This high school anthology contains sixteen short stories chosen for their literary excellence. It includes a unique commentary by each writer to give students a personal insight to the story and its author. A biography, photograph and bibliography for each writer accompany every story.
This anthology of short stories was a high school textbook containing samples by such Canadian authors as Alice Munro, Margaret Laurence, Mordechai Richler, and Morley Callaghan, to name but a few. I wish I'd kept my copy. But at least there's a copy in a local library. I may take it out someday to re-read and review.
