A super helpful book! I still don't quite understand the appropriate usage for the "whether or not" / (tell someone) that / (tell someone) to sections but I'll keep working hard in volume 2 to try to figure them out and understand them better.

My biggest issue with the book was with the audio recordings. 경화 read the sentences at lightning speed and then after that at a snail's pace. It would have been more helpful to have a reading somewhere in the middle. I understand the importance of fast readings because that's how native speakers will talk. But sometimes I couldn't even pick out the separate words in her quick readings and then it was agony sitting through the super slow reading. It would have been more helpful to have the fast readings paired with a slower but not THAT slow reading.
