My life is a mess.

It’s the start of a new semester, but things feel more bleak than ever. The house I was renting is being fumigated, my oldest friendship is falling apart, and my medical condition feels like a ticking time bomb. The stress of it all is leaving me in shambles and becoming almost too much for me to bear.

Until they offer me a place to stay, my scent matches…

Sam, Alpha Xi’s fraternity president with a secret past.

Kit, an omega who makes me smile and shares my interests.

Thatcher, a grumpy hockey player hiding behind a quiet persona.

Because of my scent blockers, they’re unaware of who I am and the connection we share. Despite this, their instincts have taken over, overriding logic in order to give me a safe place to land. The close proximity leaves my omega yearning, making it harder to keep my secrets close to my chest. The last thing I want to do is insert myself into a pack that doesn’t need me, especially one that already has an omega.

I soon discover, however, that nothing is what it seems with this pack. With our secrets threatening to tear us apart, it seems more important than ever for us to stick together. I just hope we can all stay mended when the truth finally comes out.

Genre: New Adult / Adult Omegaverse
Spice: 2/5🌶️
*spice ratings are relative to similar books in the same genre*

The Catalog: MMMF Omegaverse, secret scent-matches, dysfunctional pack, nerds in love, forced proximity (living together), cum pants fellatio, bi & demisexual rep, inexperienced alpha, men who beg, inconvenient rut, mutual pining

Kink: degradation / praise

CWs: toxic friendship, designation bias / discrimination

Synopsis:
Opal wasn’t ready when she first met her scent match, Sam, but when she found out he already had an omega, she avoided them at all cost, keeping it a secret. When she realized his omega, Kit, is also her scent match, it felt like fate was punishing her. Now, with nowhere to live, Sam and his pack offer Opal a place to stay, and she’s not in a position to refuse, not even after she realizes their third member, Thatcher, is also her scent match. How will she keep all of her secrets safe and protect her heart?

I’ve been very eagerly awaiting Opal’s story since her first appearance in the Fraternizing Omegas series! I’ve always loved her quirky personality and adored that she was a low-key, artsy gamer girl. I definitely relate to her vibes, so reading her story was so much fun!

Opal is in a complicated situation: she knows who her scent matches are, is keeping it a secret, and it forced to move in with them. However, all of Opal’s avoidance seems unnecessary when she realizes that Pack Langley isn’t as perfect as they appear from the outside *gasp*

I love a dysfunctional pack omegaverse story, and my oh my is the Langley Pack in desperate need of help. There’s Kit, the adorable but lonely omega, Thatcher, the stoic and shy alpha navigating his demisexuality, and their prime, Sam, who stretches himself so thin, there’s nothing left for his pack. It was so sweet to see Opal’s effect on their lives.

Compared to the other books in this series, this one is definitely the most cozy, which makes sense because double the omegas definitely means double the coziness. I really loved Kit and Opal’s dynamic. They were SO precious together, and they have the best alphas around.

Highly recommend this book, and ultimately this series, especially if you enjoy college romance and stories with satisfying character growth 💚

i have been waaaaaiting for Opal’s book. having her story teased out through the first 2 books made me so ready to finally read her story. but of course that meant the author had to put me through all the emotions for Opal 😭 Layney, why do you keep wanting to hurt me???

but this book had 2 of my favourite tropes: 2 omegas and omega bark. (seriously OV authors, plz give me more books with an omega bark bc i love seeing an alpha out on their knees bc of an omega.)

i do love this OV universe that the author created. and you feel so much for Opal what she’s going through physically with her illness but also emotionally hiding herself from her scent matches. however what Opal doesn’t realize is that Sam, Kit, and Thatcher isn’t the complete and perfect pack like she thought. and maybe what they’ve been missing this entire time was a sweet lychee smelling omega.

thank you Layney Jones for an e-ARC of 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 🍏🍉💚

Thoughts:

I beta read this book and I am so excited to see it in ARC form!!!

I love this book so much. It has such a special place in my heart 💕 I loved seeing the representation of Opal’s chronic illness and how Layney took inspiration from conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, etc. I felt very seen.

I loved getting to see Thatcher slowly open up and flourish over time. I think the representation of demisexuality was beautiful 💕

It’s so hard for me to choose a favorite book out of the 3!! I think this one is my favorite at the moment, though! (Possibly bc it’s the one I read most recently, possibly bc the MMCs kiss in this one - who knows!!!)

The acknowledgments always make me cry in Layney’s books because she’s just so dang sweet! But this one especially made me sob because IM IN THERE!!! 😭😭

Franternzing Omegas Book 3

Genre - Omegaverse
Rating - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice - 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Vibes -
Opal is caught between a rock and her scent matches. Rory’s book ending with no where to live, she’s couch surfing which is not good for an omega. Lucky for her, her scent match the wonderful Kit offers her the spare room in their packs house.

Between her old friends Cindy’s betrayals of late and her hiding her medical condition from everyone, lying to her scent matches by hiding her scent. Only Rory knows her secret and is constantly supporting her but still will her to come clean. Poor Opal is bad down crashing out, until she moves in with what should be her pack, she helps glue this broken pack back together with friendship, patience and love.

This book was a beautiful story of learning to be brave enough to love someone else and let them choose to love you back in return for who you truely are. Opal, Kit, Sam and Thatcher all come together in the most beautiful ways of supporting and loving one another.

This was a beautiful ending to these 3 omegas stories, a rollercoaster of secrets, heat but also being braves enough to be who you truly are.

Opal is an omega with a rare chronic illness, specifically affecting omegas and their heats. After finding herself a little more than homeless, she ends up being invited to stay with Pack Langley, Sam, Kit and Thatcher seem to be the perfect pack on the outside, put together and very much in love. But as Opal gets a closer look she starts to see the cracks and gives her everything into helping the pack, even at the detriment to herself, as she is the only one that knows she is also their Scent Match Omega.
I found Opal to just be so stinkin' cute!! The way she seamlessly blended in with the pack straight away and the relationship dynamics between the characters. I loved that even without the scents and biology overriding their instincts, Pack Langley wanted to protect Opal. They still felt that pull toward her. I think this made their love story so much more. They fell for the person before the designation, and in the end, that made everything feel more powerful and endearing to me as the reader.

having a double Omega Pack always seems risky in omegaverse to me, but having Kit and Opal be so far from the stereotypical omegas we usually see, settled me a bit, that their stance was, love is love. They are just two nerds in love!
This book is slooooow burn, one steeped in fear of rejection and the unknown. we do get to see Kit, Thatcher and Sam's pack dynamics grow and change very early on, but Opal and the Alphas relationships are so slow to get going, I was almost frustrated with Sam, all I wanted was to see Opal protected and loved and cherished, the rejection burned me ngl...
But seeing how the Packs love blossomed naturally, letting them work through their fears and insecurities, it made it all the more worth it in the end!

There will always be one thought for me as an avid OV reader... SENSITIVE ALPHAS AHHHHH!! Thatcher, we see you, and we love you 🫶

All in all, I was so incredibly excited for this book, Begrudgingly Yours has fast become one my all time favourite OV books, I was so excited to see where Opals book would take her and I'm so blessed I got the ARC copy. Layney Jones is such a beautiful writer, making us aware of real issues we as a society deal with in our lives whilst making it known, it's okay to not be okay and as long as you have your people and the courage to be yourself, you can do anything!

Finally Yours - Layney Jones
5/5✨🌟

* SPOILERS *

I have been waiting for this book since the end of the last book. When I found out that it had two of my favorite things in omegaverse: two omegas and hidden scent matches, I just knew I was going to fall in love with this book. What I did not expect was exactly how much I fell in love with the storyline and the characters.

I absolutely loved Opal and Kit because they were absolutely beautiful together. From the moment the met, I just knew that these two omegas were going to just be the sweetest together.

I will say that Sam had my heart from the moment we met him and when you learn his story, all I wanted to do was to just hug him because he deserved all the love.

There was a certain character that I hope gets all the karma that she deserves because what she did multiple times makes me worry about her sanity because what...

The way that Layney delivers the chronic illness was so beautiful to see because a lot of authors just don’t do it justice. Also, the portrayal of how the guys found out she was their scent match… I was swooning the whole time.

And the found family and the protectiveness from her friends to their pack and the guys when a certain situation happens… I was literally bouncing up and down in my seat.

This book had me smiling or giggling. The ending when the two alphas were up to something and Opal and Kit starting going crazy about them being so suspicious had me giggling. The weapons! Haha.

Gosh, I cannot wait to see what is up next because I need more. What a way to end an amazing series.

I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.

“With somewhere safe to land, it’s finally okay.” 😭🥹😭🥹

What a delicious cozy read! I love the warm and fuzzy feelings that this book brought to me. I found myself smiling so brightly from how sweet and lovely these characters are. Watching two omegas fall in love will always rank in the top of cozy and sweet things. I ADORE IT!!!!! I want all the cuddles and sweetness that that combination brings! The tenderness in these relationships was off the charts perfection!

The relationships in the pack are so beautiful and it was so satisfying seeing the slow build of friendship to love!

I fell in love with Opal in the first two books of this series and was so worried for her! I am so happy that she finally got her HEA and we got some resolution. I also have to say I really love Opal because she definitely loves a lot of hobbies that I also love which was just so fun!

I have been impatiently waiting for the 3rd installment of this series and literally squealed when I saw it in my email. this series is an amazing mental health and lgbtq+ rep. I love the variety. While the first book may have some of my favorite mental health aspects, this book is my favorite of the series. I adore this pack and their dynamics. opals and kit together is my dream come true. I love everything about their adorable nerdy selves ( their conversations get me everytime and the scene about robots, thatcher and being armed with candles and crochet needles had me snorting so loud) I think my favorite part of this story was the love that grew with the guys before scent matching was thrown in. kit and opal are absolutely soulmates and you can see it in every interaction. one thing this author is amazing at it putting breadcrumbs in the story about other characters. I really hope we get stories for 2 of the characters I saw bread crumbs for in this book. I absolutely need more from this author.

Oh my goodness I think this might be my favorite book of the series, and I loved the other two! I have been waiting for Sam's book since like 13% of the way through book 1. And then Opal's book, so for them to end up together with Thatcher and then with Kit it's also a TWO OMEGA book which is one of my favorite tropes?? I've been waiting so impatiently for this book and it DELIVERED. I loved all the characters, the drama without being TOO angsty. Kit was immediately all for Opal from the start and was a great support for her. It was great seeing Thatcher learn how to love his Omegas, and Sam learned how to balance his need for perfection with being present for his pack.

I'm so sad this series is over but the author definitely laid down breadcrumbs for future potential series. maybe Opal's brother Riley's story in California??? fingers crossed!

I was so lucky to get to ARC read this book! I have loved this series so much but this book was my favorite! I could not put it down!
Opal and Kit together are the perfect pair! I loved seeing two omegas in the pack and one of them being male and wanting Opal just as much as the Alphas was 🔥!
The way Layney Jones incorporated Kit's side of the omega experience into the story too was such a breath of fresh air. We got to see him interacting with his Alphas and his relationships with them grow and change in the pack.
The Alphas needed a little nudge in the right direction but once their omegas got them all sorted this pack was comfortable place for everyone! (PS I love sassy Opal 🤭)
I would put this at the top of my list for any Omegaverse lover out there as a must read! 💚

***ARC REVIEW***

I think this one may just be my favorite of the Fraternizing Omegas Series!!

Opal and her pack had a lot of obstacles to overcome. But they do it together.
They grow into their love and their friendships and its really amazing to see them grow into themselves as individuals too.

Im also a huge sucker for 2 Pack Omegas.
Plus we get MM spice and I'm all for it 🤣🫣🤭

We get lots of spice but we get lots of emotion too.
And each member of the pack is distinct and had very recognizable personalities which I love.

I would 100% recommend this book to any omegaverse reader or even people new to the genre.
But make sure you read the other 2 books first!!!

Opal’s story was both heart wrenching and heartwarming. Finding her scent matches is a source of relief and stress, due to her rare medical condition. When she ends up living with her two scent matches and their pack mate, who she discovers is also her scent match, things start coming together for the four of them, but not without some bumps along the way. The guys don’t know she’s scent matched with them, which definitely puts a wrench in things. It’s a bit of a slow burn, but the way they all come together organically is great. They all feel like Opal belongs with them and not just because of biology. Loved it!!!

Kit, Opal, Sam, and Thatcher 💚

I absolutely LOVE Layneys omegaverse books!
This one was so cute, and the Alphas are so swoonworthy 😍
The way Kit claimed Opal from the beginning without knowing anything about her was so cute.

Opal brought the whole pack together and helped them figure out what they needed...it was her. She was the missing piece 💛

This book had a couple elements that I love in books. Even tho the beginning of the book includes a playlist, most of the chapters begin with a song (title and artist) I prefer this over just a list so I can listen while I read. The other thing is that I love when Omegaverse books have male omegas. Altho rare in this world (FMC Opal's medical condition was rare as well) this story did have one 🥰

This series of Omegaverse books has quickly become one of my favorite series in the past year. While we do meet Opal in the earlier books, her entire story is told here and this can definitely be read as a standalone if you want to.

Opal is such a great character. She is real, with flaws and insecurities. My heart broke for her on more than one occasion, but this author knows how to pick up the broken pieces of a character and put them back together so well.

Kit was probably my favorite character in this book though. He was just so unapologetically himself and he knew what he wanted. He and Opal together were perfection.

I absolutely loved this book!

ARC kindly sent to me by the author.

Layney? Could you please stop sending me in reading slumps left and right? As soon as I finished the book I was just desperate for another hit of my rapidly becoming n. 1 omegaverse author. IMO, she just doesn't miss.
Always bringing me in with empathy, kindness, laughs and a gripping, heartfelt story, leaving me hollow and wanting more.
My reviews are always led with feelings over overanalyzing the plot so... just trust me, it's worth it!

⤷Fraternizing Omegas Series is a must-read for me, and I absolutely love the way Layney Jones writes her stories and characters! I had been craving Opal’s story from the start with Patiently Yours, and even more from the glimpses in Begrudgingly Yours! Finally Yours, Opal’s story, 100% lived up to the hype and exceeded my expectations!

⤷This story’s characters were written so beautifully and in a heart-touching and emotional way that they felt authentic and relatable. I loved how the Pack’s love for each other blossomed so perfectly as they let each of them work through their fears, insecurities, complexities, and realize their mistakes. I adored how the story touches on human growth by learning to accept and love yourself for all the unique and goofy traits you may have, and being courageous enough be fully yourself with others.
⤷ If you love sensitive alphas & adorably nerdy sweet duo omegas, you must read this book! This interconnected standalone series will hold a special place in my heart, and I look forward to the incredible Layney Jones’s future book!

⤷I absolutely love the pack dynamics and the unique relationship they each had with each other. It really felt perfectly natural, fated and intentional how they worked through the pack's foundational cracks, while also adding Opal into the group and feeling the puzzle come all together around her, being the missing piece.

⤷I loved how it was a slow burn and how the tension among all of them grew so sizzling with Opal. I loved that Kit was all in with Opal, and how sweet and fun their nerdy love was; it was beautiful to see a relationship shaped by their shared interests in gaming and anime, and being an omega. I loved the demisexual representation and how it was navigated in the story by Thatcher. Who wouldn’t love a big, quiet, sensitive MMC that, once he says something and shows how much he cares, would make you melt and see his adorableness! I adored the way Opal & Sam related and grew their relationship with their morning routine and small things. Sam’s character growth, coming to his senses and admitting his wrongs, was done well!

⤷Opal was such a sweetie, and I really wanted to give her hugs! I really related to her as a fellow crocheter, and also her fear of rejection and wanting to avoid conflict. She really grew into gaining courage, dealing with her diagnosis and letting go of the past, while loving herself!

This is definitely a YA book, with immature undertones on some of their attitudes, misunderstandings and behaviours as they navigate their relationships together. However, I absolutely loved every bit of this story. It was all very well written, exploring chronic illness and demisexual natures, all flowing at a wonderful steady pace.

It was very heart squeezing as poor Opal struggled with her medical condition and the horrid heat spikes that would randomly attack her. Unfortunately, when she scented Sam out one day as her scent matched Alpha, it sent her immediately into a heat and with no one to help her, she was left locked away in a room to suffer through it all ALONE. I mean her scent matched Alpha already had an omega, so why would he want her too, especially with her illness…..right, I mean who would want that? The whole heat definitely left her with trauma, ensuring she took medications that blocked her scent and held future heats, even if she couldn’t stop the heat spikes.

Sam & Kit were a very cute scent-match couple together. Alpha Sam is a compulsively driven student, fraternity president (Alpha Xi) and a law firm intern, who is struggling with his fractured pack and insecurities over not being good enough, after his awful father’s indoctrination tendencies when Sam was younger. Omega Kit loves Sam very much as his scent match alpha and wishes he could have the same connection with Thatcher. Unfortunately, no matter how much he tries, to him, Thatcher doesn’t like him and, as a pack mate, it leaves a hurt tender spot in their pack.

Alpha Thatcher….bless him, is the quiet grumpy hockey player, who feels as though he’s letting his pack down. He has struggled with his feelings for Kit, not understanding why they can’t connect as his pack mate and battling with how to express himself. Not only does he struggle with his demisexual nature, he feels despondent that he hasn’t found his scent match!

After Opal finds herself homeless after a so-called close friend abuses their friendship, she ends up being invited to live with Pack Langley, specifically her scent match pack!! Opal was such a wonderfully cute character, and she managed to see and relate to a lot of the pack's connection issues. It is truly wonderful how Opal slowly brings the pack together. I loved how Thatcher blossomed under Opal's attentiveness towards him, and she helped Sam to understand his priorities and the fact his pack needed him.

Sam, Kit and Thatcher, can’t scent Opal, so there is no bond pulling them together. However, they definitely feel a strong pull towards her that none of them can understand. As their friendship develops, Opal starts to see that maybe, just maybe, the pack may actually want her……maybe it’s time to come off her scent blockers?

Such a wonderfully cute loveable story! ⭐️

Layney Jones has continued to write solid omegaverse books in this series. I think it's best to read the books before this one, as we meet Opal and learn some important things about her in the previous books.

Opal is living with HHOS, a condition that causes her to have premature heats (omegas only have heats after they bond in this universe), though she hasn't told her friends about her condition. She's on scent blockers so only she knows that Sam (male alpha) and and his scent match Kit (male omega) are her scent matches (we find this out in the previous book). After some problems with her apartment, she takes up Same and Kit's offer to stay in the guest room in the house they share with packmate Thatcher (male alpha). The pack is not working well together and maybe what they're missing to be complete is Opal.

Much of this book is spent with Opal hiding the secrets of both her HHOS and being scent matched with the pack. I get that having two omegas in a pack is somewhat taboo and that Opal has a serious fear of being rejected, but I really don't understand why she's so incredibly hesitant to interact with the pack when it's clear they are fated and they can help her with her HHOS. That said, each of these characters brings some fragility to the pack and it's great to see them all support each other as they work through their issues.

Jones writes fully fleshed out characters in her omegaverse, which is really great. We learn about the burdens Sam carries, why Thatcher is so reticent in his relationship with Kit, and the hurt Opal has inside. Kit was amazing though, and I love him for being the first one to realize that all four of them are supposed to be a pack -- well before Sam and Thatcher realize and before Opal allows herself to accept the pack as hers too.

Cindy (Opal's match-making beta friend who sets up Opal's horrible blind date in book one, leading her to meet Stacia and Rory) is really the foil in this book. I don't really understand her motivations and she's definitely being used mostly as a villain to add drama to the story.

Overall, this was a really solid story, with deep characters and an enjoyable plot as they came together as a pack. There were a few characters' motivations (Opal and Cindy) that I didn't really understand, but that didn't prevent me from enjoying this book.

This is easily my favorite book in the series (and book 2 was REALLY hard to beat!) This book will pull at your heartstrings HARD. The YEARNINGGGGGGG had me in a flipping puddle!

I also got really emotional reading this book-some things hit me harder than I expected. Opal and Kit’s friendship was so pure. It has friends to lovers vibes even though she’s yearning for him this whole time. They bond over their love of cozy video games and anime. Neither of them really have anyone else to share that interest with so they share it with each other and its so freaking sweet. Finding someone who loves things as brightly as you do is such a special thing.

Opal goes through a pretty rough friendship breakup. Cindy is a horrible friend who took no interest in learning about omegas and how their lives change after presenting. She ends up putting Opal in more than one harmful situation and ignores Opal’s boundaries. She is manipulative and passive aggressive, throwing thinly veiled insults at Opal whenever she can just to make herself feel more important. Friendship breakups are so hard, but can be such an important part of realizing your self-worth.

There are so many things that make this book stand out in complexity: Opal’s pack has a non-conventional set up, they already have an omega, and not only that but he’s only scent matches with one of the alphas. Opal also know’s she’s scent matches with all three of them but they don’t know because of her condition. Speaking of, Opal has a condition that causes her to go into heat without being bonded. She also is dealing with a t0xic friend who likes to set her up on dates with awful dudes. There is just so much going on and all I wanted to do was to hug poor Opal!

But fear not, this story has the sweetest happy ending! I love that we get to see a bit of domesticity and everyday pack life towards the end!

Thank you so much @layneyjones for sending me an ARC copy! I’ve had such an awesome time with this series!

This is the first book I have read from this author and I enjoyed it. I have never read an omegaverse with two omegas, let alone with one being male before and I loved the concept. Layney did a great job with the characters and balancing each individual relationship. I would recommend giving it a read if you love omegaverse stories with sweet, caring characters who have to overcome their self doubt and internal struggles to believe in their HEA.

I am always so exited to dive back into this series and world, it's trutly such a comforting and safe world the immerse in and forget for a while. Reading these books makes me so happy, ever since patienly yours i've been in love with Layney, her books and writing style and I am so sad to say goodbye to these characters!.

I don't know how Layney does it but I was absolutely hooked from the very first page of this book, finish to end it was amazing. I mean let's be honest if was already hooked to these characters from the moment we met them in the other books, I felt such a pull towards Opal I couln'd describe it.

This story had such a crazy slow burn between most of the characters, Sam and Kit ovbiously did not but that really made this such a interesting story. Putting all these characters together, it creates such a dynamic. If you would ask me to tell you my fave character, I would not be able to tell you, I love these characters all the same it's just impossible to choose.

Opal, Kit, Sam and Thatcher absolutely have my heart and while it's sad to say goodbye I would not have wanted to miss this story for the world. Opal deserves the world and I just know that these men will give her everything she deserves and more!.

Thank you so much Layney for letting me read Opal's book in advance and this whole series, i'm so thankfull to have been a part of this and cannot wait to see what more you have in store for us in the future!.

If you lovee a good omegaverse romance with two omegas and a found family, thenb Finally yours is the book for you, it comes out Januray 29th!.

I’m becoming a big fan of packs with two omegas, and in this case the balance and dynamics within the pack were handled extremely well! What I appreciated most is how Opal and Kit are treated as true equals both by the pack and within the narrative itself. They’re given the same emotional weight and importance, which isn’t always the case in stories with two omegas.
Both Opal and Kit are explored in depth: we get to know their personalities, thoughts, insecurities, and fears, as well as their individual relationships with the alphas and the bond they build with each other. Sam and Thatcher are also well-developed and clearly distinct, each with their own personality and struggles to work through.
One of the strongest aspects of this story is the emotional journey each character goes on, learning to accept themselves, with both their strengths and flaws, understanding that no one is perfect, while trying to hold together a pack that feels close to breaking under the weight of insecurity, pressure, and internal conflict. I also appreciated the theme of friendship throughout the book. We see healthy, supportive, and protective friendships through Rory and Stacia (it was great to see familiar faces from previous books), but also a more toxic kind of friendship, the kind you don’t even realise is harmful until the damage is already done. That contrast added an extra layer of realism and depth to the story.

First of all, thank you to Layney for an ARC copy of this book; I'm so happy to have been included on this journey with you and I'm so excited to see where you go as you gain popularity!

Now, as for the book itself, I found it incredibly lackluster in comparison to the other two books in the series.

First of all, I personally HATED Opal as a character. I found her to be incredibly selfish, especially given all the experiences she and her closest friends have had on top of being a "pick-me" character; being the "quirky girl" only goes so far. If I were the guys, knowing that she'd observed our brokenness and consciously prevented any kind of healing would have been enough for me to break bonds. It's malicious to see people hurting when you know how to stop it and do nothing.

While I'm so thankful we finally got some swords crossing, there was a kind of disconnect between the individual relationships and those of the pack; there was a lack of communication between existing pack members that I think should have happened before bringing Opal into the mix.

I also feel a little conflicted about having the demi/ace character "force" himself into a relationship because of pack dynamics, but I can mostly write that off as nuance to this interpretation of omegaverse.

Regardless of my critiques, I'm looking forward to watching Layney grow as an author and expand her universes and experiences.

I have been waiting for this book since the end of the last one, and as soon as I started it, I knew sleep would allude me! What I didn’t expect was just how much I would fall for the story and the characters.

This is an FMMM omegaverse romance; each member of the pack has a distinct personality and clear growth throughout the story. The relationships feel real and well balanced (No favorites! I mean, it is an OV 👩‍❤️‍👨👨‍❤️‍👨,) with great banter, lovely acts of care, and genuine connection. The dynamic between the two omegas was especially refreshing and beautifully done. (I've only read one other book with two Omega's and the connection between the Omega’s that I loved in that book rivaled my love of Kit and Opel 🩷🩷🩷)

The author handles heavier themes of Layney's illness and the self-doubt MANY of them feel with thoughtfulness and care, giving them the respect they deserve. The found-family aspect is strong, the protectiveness is top-tier, and the emotional payoff feels just perfect. Add in speecy spicy spice, fruity tooty scent matches (🍏🫐🍈🌱🍫), and a deeply satisfying HEA, and this book delivers on every level. (My only issue is the "not a real 3AB" - Opal just runs away from a conversation that was meant to clear up her misguided thoughts. Silly.)

This story is ultimately about learning to be brave enough to be yourself and allowing others to love you for exactly who you are.😭😭😭 A heartfelt, swoony, and memorable conclusion that left me smiling and already craving more from this author.

Thank you to Layney, who knew I was drooling for this ARC. I've found a new favorite author.

Another amazing book by Laney. Finally yours is a cute omegaverse with heat, conflict, a cat and 2 omegas.
This pack had quite a few struggles between them from Opal hiding her scent and her condition to Sam working too much to Thatcher not being able to tell people; especially his pack; about his sexuality. Having Opal move into the packs house was a great idea on Kits part. She brought out the better in them all. She helped Thatcher with being able to talk about his sexuality and the weird distance him and Kit had, and helped Sam realize his pack needs him to step up and be there more. I loved the friendship she has with Kit. They love a lot of the same things and just get each other. The friendships she formed with each of them is amazing. I feel it might be more important than if they just dove into being together. I also could NOT stand Opals friend Cindy. I knew from the little bits we got from the other books that she wasn’t a good friend. This book just proved my point. Sam, Kit and Thatcher have said they felt like something was missing in the pack and it turn out that missing something, or someone, was Opal. Opal deserves to be happy and loved and I’m happy she finally has that.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received a copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving this review. All opinions are my own.

I loved this book, and I am so excited to love a new omegaverse author. The way Layney writes her characters is wonderful. They are flawed, and the way their flaws and emotions are written is so perfect that it truly makes you fall in love with a character that feels so real. I loved each character. Kit is everything I was hoping he would be, and he is just the perfect bubbly male omega. He is truly everything, and I am obsessed with him. Then there is Sam and Thatcher, and they are both the perfect alphas. Not to mention who doesnt love a man that acts all grumpy and stern but is really just a big softy. Then we have Opal, who is written so well again, and I truly understand her. I am so drawn to her as a character, and the way her story is written is simply perfect. I really can't get over the way her friendships are written; it really just hits so close to home, and it was so good to read.

I cannot wait to read Layney’s other omegaverse books because I really just need more of all of them so badly.

3.8 ⭐️ thank you Layney for an early copy in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

As an avid OV reader, Layney does a GREAT job in this book at adding all the small touches that really make an OV what it’s about. I loved the relationships between Opal and Kit and how Kit really pushes the alphas in the pack to open up and welcome Opal into their family.

This is an OOAA and MMMF where everyone swings with everyone and the chemistry and yearning in ALL relationships was top tier. I love a good pining moment and Finally Yours definitely serves.

On top of the relationships, I really thought the character arcs were well done and the growth Opal, Kit, Sam and Thatcher experience left me feeling very satisfied in the end. And the support each character gives to the others was the sweetest! Every moment between 2, 3, or all 4 of them had meaning and I loved every bit of it.

The only reason my rating didn’t hit a complete 4-4.5 was pacing. The pacing felt very slow for about 50-60% and I was really hoping to see these relationships expand even 10% earlier, but how it did pan out was still lovely to read. Otherwise, it was nice to see two omegas in a group with two alphas, everyone loving on each other, and the mental health and LGBTQ+ representation that was weaved throughout!

Amazing book and characters, I will 100% be reading the first two books in this series!

Finally Yours is one that made my cheeks sore from smiling, gave me the warm fuzzies, had my heart fluttering, and kept me giggling as I devoured it. There’s great banter, bubbly omegas, grumpy alphas, lots of pining, and some deep moments along with sweet tender ones that tugged on my heart strings as well. The way the characters navigate their feelings and the dynamics between them while also overcoming challenges they face is endearing and heart warming. Something has been missing from this pack and a cute omega with red curly hair just might be their missing piece 🤭

As everything comes crashing down on a sweet and kindhearted omega, Opal, she takes up an offer that’s hard to refuse but there a problem, she’ll be living with her scent matches that don’t know a thing due to her scent blockers. Kit is an omega who’s fun and geeky. Sam is an alpha who strives for excellence and will do anything for his pack. Thatcher is an alpha that’s very attentive and a little reserve. With an inexplainable strong pull the three feel towards Opal, something about it just feels right…like it’s meant to be ☺️

Thank you so much Layney Jones for this ARC 🫶🏻
