Horrible MC

Insufferable main character. I really liked the magic system and the writing. The reason for the low rating is because I spent the entire book rolling my eyes and snarling because the main character is a weak minded, depressing, self involved person. She is selfish and ultimately a boring personality. Traumatic without any redeeming qualities. All that said I really do love the world building and hope the author knocks her off and builds out the world with someone more interesting.
