Kissed a few frogs....
They say you may have to kiss a plethora of frogs before you get your prince. Unfortunately, in Taj's dating life, she had to do just that. Now she didn't exactly get a Disney prince per se. Hers were more covered with tats, carried, thuggish but educated. She actually had a well-rounded individual in her life who would go to the ends of the Earth for her. When Tristan became Taj knight in shining armor one night out, he instantly fell in love. He was also a gentleman and made sure she was taken care of. His protection and possessiveness started at that moment. He was most definitely the man that God created just for her. All the others before him failed at being her significant other. To add fuel to the fire, she was let down by her father adultery ways. A father is supposed to be his daughter first love, not forming a wedge in their relationship. I have to give credit to Tyler, Taj's brother he did not play about his baby sister. He would rectify any problem that arise in her life. He was that kind of brother. Taj went through quite a few valleys, but she finally let love in again. When she started to open her heart and let the walls fall down, Tristan was right there to grab all the love.
Ladies and gents, this is a magnificent read. B. Love did her thing as usual. You need to grab this masterpiece at your earliest convenience. You will enjoy the intelligent hood men who don't play about their women.

so def enjoyed this MMC more than the first book so this is a 3.5 star. the plot was better as well because they didn't shoe horn a random mafia plot line in the background in this one lol. audiobook narration was also better so we're winning. the next book Plea comes out I believe next month so we shall continue on another quick lil black novella

(3.75⭐️) Such a sweet romance. I loved the way that Tristan moved with intention regarding Taj. Understanding her reasons for being guarded initially, he ensured that his actions always followed his words to help reassure her. He was such a protector, not just physically but of her heart as well. This is a nice low tension/low drama read. I also adore the relationships in this book. Taj and her brother. Tristan and his partners at the firm. All nice healthy dynamics. I do feel like there was a lot of telling about events that happened off page and I can’t recall if the same happened in the first book in this series.

Inadmissible was one of those reads that quietly sinks its teeth into you and then refuses to let go. I ate it up.
Taj’s emotional baggage felt painfully real. Watching her navigate love after growing up with betrayal hit close to home, and I appreciated that the story did not rush her healing just to get to the romance. Her hesitation made sense. Her walls were earned. That made everything that followed feel that much more satisfying.
And Tristan… whew. He is the definition of steady. Not loud, not flashy, just consistent, observant, and deeply intentional. I loved that his actions always did the talking. He did not try to fix Taj. He simply showed up again and again, letting her decide when and how to trust him. That kind of patience is rare in romance, and it worked beautifully here.
What really stood out to me was the sense of community. The friendships and family dynamics added so much warmth and grounding to the story. Nothing felt overdone. It felt lived in, supportive, and safe, which made the emotional moments hit even harder.
This book reminded me that love does not have to be chaotic to be powerful. Sometimes the strongest love is calm, protective, and unwavering. Inadmissible delivered all of that and then some. B. Love did exactly what she needed to do with this story, and it absolutely earned five stars from me.

Love’s foundation
I enjoyed this so much. I loved how intentional Tristen was with Taj. He knew her backstory and worked hard to show her with his actions how he was coming behind her. The history between them was super sweet, and seeing the relationship come to be was cute. I also loved Viola not being the typical "boy mom" and putting Taj on game about her son and telling her to get far away from him.

I'm swooning from this book even though I'm in my no love phase of life
This is a story that any woman who has been constantly burned by love will truly understand and appreciate. As someone at that moment in life, I could connect with Taj in many different ways. Tristan is the epitome of book bae for me but on a different level than some of the leading male characters I have read lately. He's the perfect mix of charming, rugged, sophisticated, lover boy! It might sound cliche but this made me desire a love like Taj and Tristian's and a friend group like the one that they have. I'm hoping we get a book on Tyler and Emilia!

This was so good! Taj and Tristan fit perfectly together. She was his rib, and he was her heartbeat.
Taj went through some heartbreaks after dealing with cheating ex's. I loved that she took the time to step away from men & love to get her peace and sanity together, even though she was forced to because of the last betrayal by Destin.
Destin, I came to the conclusion that this ninja was definitely CRAZY. What would you possibly have to talk to me about after I've clearly expressed I'm done with you and leave me the hell alone? Who does what he did and expects his now former fiancee to live and act like everything is peachy and normal? Who continues to pursue their ex and is now married to your baby momma? Who disrespects their now wife and refers the ex as his wife? Yep, the author wrote this character as absolutely CRAZY.
Baby, Tristan was that alpha who was absolutely on a mission. Once Taj fell into his radar a year after their brief meeting, he was not gonna let her get away. He was intentional in his pursuit to make Taj his forever. Although intentional, he was thoughtful and gentle in how he handled Taj and protected her heart. He did not play about Taj, and Destin finally got the message. Tristan brought peace, trust, loyalty, and love back into Taj's life.

Ummm, “great day in the morning”♥️👀that’s another fine chocolate morsel moonlighting as a BLP cover model 🤩🤭‼️Meanwhile, my “B. Love” altar ego was on vacation today. Consequently, I crossed the proverbial picket line to read “Inadmissible”(4.0⭐️’s) quickly. Congratulations, I actually enjoyed this book. Now Taj 😏, I was astonished to read she like Tristan were both Lawyers. Really🥴⁉️ My only criticisms, Taj’s depressing damsel persona & bleach blonde Barbie defeatist attitude was annoying. Otherwise, she was either clueless on how to attract, select & date the “right” type of men or maybe she was just attracted to the philanderer types of men🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️… Masochist⁉️Conversely, Tristan Pierce I’m convinced he could romance a pebble from a stone. That man was smooooth as silk‼️More so, I appreciated the sincerity, kindness, candor & calculated pursuit his character had towards the restoration of Taj’s confidence & her heart. …what a beautiful couple & journey 🥰‼️

True to fact, you never miss a good thing til it’s gone and Taj’s ex Destin, kept showing up performing like he was not the reason his relationship ended!!!…
Tristan was a healer, a protector and generous lover!!!…He met Taj by accident, but a year later, the woman that haunted his thoughts was right in front of him!!!…
He never let up or let go until his words and actions soothes the fear in Taj!!!…
Trenae thought she had a good thang til she realized she didn’t!!!…She was wearing the used ring of the ex and thought Destin was the prize only to realize she was a trick in his game too!!!…
Rey’s mother story in the beginning had my heart breaking, especially when she compared her life to Viola’s life in the movie Fences!!!…

I really liked this book from beginning to end. I loved the way Tristan was all about his actions matching up to his words and making sure he was intentional with Taj. He respected that he had his work cut out for him with helping her see he was nothing like her exes and that she was safe with him and would be loved unconditionally. I also liked how protective he was of her. I loved these two together and their connection and chemistry felt genuine and organic even when Taj was trying to keep her walls up.
Shout out to Ms. Viola because she was a real one. She was a girls girls and looked out for Taj and gave her the game on her ex even though he was her son. I appreciated that because I’m not sure it’s that common.
This book showed the power of allowing yourself to heal before moving on and that when you encounter someone who is real and genuine, your walls willingly come down and allow you to be loved like you deserve.

Inadmissible, great read from start to finish. Taj had a lot of heartbreak. She sisnr have the best example in her parents' relationship. Taj, brother, was her greatest protector!
Tristan went through heartache as well. However, his parents were a very good example of a great relationship.
Taj & Tristan relationship was very organic. Two hard-working adults looking for love. Though, Taj was fighting love. Tristan was persistent! I love how Tristan took his time and showed Taj action behind his words
The epilogue was.so good, and I truly loved the gems that Taj and Tristan parents were able to provide them.
The friendships and families were supportive and loving!

B.Love DOES NOT MISS
The fact that the book started with Taj literally finding out her no good fiancé (Destin) was never faithful to the end ending with Taj finally finding her happily ever after. That Tristan ain’t play about Taj even when he 1st met her and projected her from a possible assault. The letter Taj wrote him was what sealed it all and the fact that they continued the pet name for one another was cute. OH and Taj brother is definitely was her protector before Tristan (or AK, read the book to know about this part). I mean B. Love just does it time after time with her catalog!

Taj and Tristan are so cute together. I love that Tristan was fighting to approve. Taj that she could love again. He was patient with her and he paid attention to her love language. He really wanted to be her healer in a way that she didn’t think she needed it.
I love that it’s not all about the gifts, but it’s also about the affirmations and the gratitude and showing each other genuine love without our material things
The things that the main female character went through a real life scenario and it was nice to see a happy ending

Taking a Leap of Faith for Love
Love this read. I absolutely LOVED Tristan for Taj because she needed someone strong like him to love and protect her the right way. Her brother Tyler was a trip but I loved how much he loved and cared for his baby sister. Hopefully him and Emilia blossom into something. And for Destin he got everything he deserved but I wish it was more because he was horrible. I would like to get more glimpse into their life's because I know only great thing will happen

Taj, not you catching gems and implementing them on sight. The way I laughed at the stupid lies being told by both of them. It was your brother for me. His sosters keeper until Tristan thanked him for his service, but kindly said, "I am here to do the job now."
Yeah, this book was everything.

I love the pureness in this storyline. Taj was a woman who fell for the wrong man repeatedly. Eventually giving up on love altogether was realistic and B.Love made you root for a happily ever after for her. She showed how growing up wrong can definitely affect the people you choose in your life. She made you see the characters and want the best for those who deserved and karma for those who didn't.

Destin thought Tyler was a nut but found out if you messed with Taj it is on and popping, I loved the way Tristan showed her love and how a woman is treated from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet. LOVED IT
This was such a good story. Taj just couldn't catch a break with the men in her life breaking her heart. Tristan came along and changed things for the better. Although Taj was hesitant about starting a new relationship, she didn't completely give up on finding her true love. I loved Taj and Tristan together. He definitely showed her that there were still good men out there, and she was accepting of all the good things he had to give.

What a man!
What a man! What a man! What a mighty good man! Taj ran through a whole lot of jerks before she actually found a true king. Tristan (Angel) and Taj (Sweetheart) were the true definition of intentional loving. This book was well written, flowed well and definitely kept my interest. I loved how Tyler rode hard for his sister and how Tristan’s friends rode just as hard for her when they got together. Loved it.

Tristan was who he thinks he is.....
That man was on 1000 when it came to Taj, and didn't let up. I was a little upset when I saw Taj trying to put space between her and Tristan but she saw all the signs and didn't put any between her and Destin until the baby momma called her. I just believe in people showing you who they are and Tristan was NOTHING but a gentleman especially in her time of need. I'm glad they got their happy ending.

Beautiful
Your words were everything I didn’t know I needed. I’ve been going through something similar and to hear or read rather what I want and need is out there and not accept oh anything is refreshing. To know my boundaries that I set in place need to be kept in place. These two characters were beautifully written and I absolutely loved their story and the love they have for each other.

I really enjoyed this book!! I think it’s my favorite out of the two! This was a short book, but the foundation of Tristan’s and Taj’s past was laid so well that nothing felt like it was missing! I loved how Tristan loved Taj❤️❤️ I wouldn’t be upset with another book 🤣 I listened to the book and the narration was top tier! Wesleigh Siobhan is going too knock it out of the park EVERYTIME🔥💯❤️📚

A page turner for sure
I really enjoyed this story. Taj's journey resonates with the journey I didn't know I was on. Tristan was a little bit of everything you'd want in a man. B. Love brought their story together beautifully. Angel and Sweetheart have me feeling all of the good feels!

A good read!
This was such a good book Tristan I don't know if I have the words for this man he is so captivating His fate in love is so amazing for him to love this woman so truly and teach her and show her about love it's just 1 for the record books be loved her big 1 on this can't wait to hear about the other men
