Millions have experienced Carmen Electra’s vivacious charm and drop-dead sex appeal from afar--from her roles on Baywatch and MTV’s Singled Out , to her dozens of movie and television appearances, to her wildly popular Aerobic Striptease videos. Carmen explains that sexiness starts with confidence, personality, and a willingness to laugh at yourself, so your inner glow will radiate outward and make the world sit up and take notice. Then she reveals the tricks of the trade for upgrading your appearance, with step-by-step instructions for hair styling and makeup application, and choosing fashion that flatters – including tips and techniques from some of the most talented stylists, makeup artists, and coaches in Hollywood. Finally, she shows you how to strut your stuff with chapters on body language and the lost art of seduction.

I read this book for a couple of reasons. First, it was on the clearance rack. And second, I have always admired women who seem to be completely naturally sexy. Although some of the content is this book might be more suited for a single gal, it had some good tips on fashion, beauty, and self-confidence. It was a quick and easy read, and I'd recommend it for women.
A quick easy read, Carmen offers interesting ideas on how to sit for a photo. She makes a decent effort at trying to emphasize that self-knowledge and -appreciation are aspects of "how to".
