The Case of the Restless Graves
Emily Hayes used to be a tenured psychology professor with a corner office and a thriving marriage. Now she’s divorced, unemployed, and living in a shoebox apartment that smells faintly of despair. Her only hobby? Late-night arguments about ghost sightings on a paranormal forum with a woman who reads tarot in dive bars.
That woman—Juniper Quimby—owns exactly one leather jacket, lives out of a van painted with moon phases, and has “commitment issues” tattooed across her entire personality. Now Emily and Juni have to navigate skeptical cops, construction workers with secrets, and an infuriatingly handsome billionaire developer who may or may not be hiding a body or two under his penthouse floorboards.

This Mystery was A Wonderful Adventure
My first Magnolia Murdersworth book. I am totally a fan now. The characters are really amazing and the mystery was incredible. I wasn't expecting so much fun in the first book. I literally couldn't stop reading. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

searching for ghosts
Great series starter. Two new friends open to possibilities of supernatural while investigating a mystery. I liked the opposite personalities of these two women. It made for an interesting contrast.

The Between Agency Book 1
What fun! At 69, there's not much available... Escapism reading has become my way to get away from the horrors of reality. Doesn't lessen the pain but it does make it better for a while 😄.

The Case of the Restless Graves (The Between Agency Book 1) by Magnolia Murdersworth (Quick Read)
The book was entertaining but it had gaps in it's plotline with repetitive parts. The character development was contrived such as the super organized, has been professor, and the burnt out ER nurse that moonlights as a Tarot cards reader at bar dives. In the storyline there are injured people but the former ER nurse does not provide medical aid. Puzzling!
Despite the aforementioned weaknesses, the author has potential. It is a good start for the novice writer.

Two stars reluctantly rounded up from 1.5. Just not very good.
Major plot hole left the whole thing making no sense, but to explain it here would require a huge spoiler explanation and I just don't care enough to do that.

Great mystery read
I enjoyed it except for the occasional bad language. Two amateurs on the adventure of a lifetime. They confronted several obstacles to find answers to their to questions.

Loved it.
Two ladies with very different attituted decide to establish a paranormal investigation podcast, and their first case tumbles them stright in murder and mayhem.
Very likeable characters, good plot, and good narration make this a very enjoyable book.
More please.
