I knocked this book out in just one day, it was that good! It starts off with a bang in Vegas, and we all know what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there. That definitely rings true for Paige when her one-night stand with Mafia Prince, Dario, leaves her pregnant.
Dario may want to step up, but it’s not so simple when the mother of his children has hated his family for 15 years. The story had some great twists, lots of tension, and of course, a satisfying HEA.
Such a fun, quick read, I really enjoyed it!

This was a light, enjoyable read that I breezed through in a single day. The dynamic between the main characters was genuinely engaging, and I found myself rooting for their connection early on. The pacing overall was decent, and the romance had a satisfying warmth to it.
That said, I’m probably being a bit generous with my three-star rating. While I did enjoy the story, there were a few elements that held it back from being a stronger read for me. A major issue was the repetitive internal monologue—it often felt bulky and slowed the narrative down without adding much to character development or plot progression. It took quite a while before it felt like the story had real momentum or direction.
I also would’ve loved to see more interaction between the FMC and the mafia family. That dynamic had so much potential and could’ve added depth and complexity to the story, especially given the high-stakes premise. Exploring those relationships more would have enriched the world-building and made the stakes feel more real.
Still, if you're looking for a quick, low-angst mafia romance with sweet moments and a touch of drama, this is an easy one to pick up and finish in a day. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I could not put this book down.
First of all I want to thank Willa Wilde the author for an ARC of this book 📖
Loved the romance between Paige and Dario💕💕💕
I loved a good enemies to lovers romance and also a surprise pregnancy too.
And I also liked how they both healed together in their relationship.
And I really loved their little family together with their twin babies 👶 👶

Mi humilde opinión:
Romance con aventura de una noche, embarazo sorpresa, mafia italiana, de enemigos a amantes, proximidad forzada.
A veces las protagonistas en los romances mafiosos me suelen parecer algo dramáticas, ilógicas o que están demasiado locas de deseo por el chico malo que les dejan pasar cosas pero Paige tenia carácter, era inteligente, comprensiva y era leal cuando entregaba su corazón. Quería proteger a su bebé. Me creí toda la lucha de sus emociones cuando se trataba de Dario. Además me gusto que a pesar de estar resentida con la familia Andretti escuchaba razones, sobre todo vio que aunque su padre no merecía la muerte que tuvo, si tuvo la culpa por lo que sucedió a su propia familia por robarle al padre de Dario.
Cuando Dario encontró a Paige furioso porque creyó que le robó me dio miedo por su agresividad, me dije este tipo no me va a gustar porque va a ser un idiota con ella pero me sorprendió. Sí tenia su lado peligroso por ser quien era pero con Paige mostró su lado suave, amoroso, posesivo, sobreprotector.
Me gustaban sus enfrentamientos y la tensión que creaban los dos. Cuando él se la llevo a su casa para protegerla y no solo por el bebé comenzaron a llevarse mejor una vez que cedieron.
Me pareció divertido porque quería parecer desinteresado pero no puede mantenerse alejado de Paige. Ella lo desafiaba y cuanto mas lo apartaba mas se enojaba él. Me gusto que se diera cuenta que le gustaba tenerla con él, compartir con ella momentos cotidianos, su casa ya no parecía vacía y fría, me derritió totalmente que un tipo duro como él aprendiera pequeñas cosas sobre ella. Por su parte Paige se esta enamorando cada día del hombre que debería odiar y se siente culpable pero esta eligiéndolo y aceptándolo con todo lo bueno y malo.
Me gustaron mucho Dario y Paige juntos, eran una pareja fuerte, apasionada, divertida y dulce. Me gustaron todos sus momentos juntos, la parte romántica y en la que comparten los momentos del embarazo. No había drama innecesario entre ellos, se enfrentaban pero lo resolvían hablando sobre los problemas. Paige lo inspiraba a él a ver las cosas de otro modo, curo sus inseguridades y lo empujaba a ser digno de ella.
Yo sabia que el hermano iba a causar problemas cuando nombro al FBI. Al parecer no le importaba poner a su hermana embarazada en riesgo con tal de vengarse de los Adretti. La parte en que Dario piensa que ella lo traiciono me hizo querer golpearlo cuando le pregunto si los bebes eran suyos! pero entendí que lo que dijo venia del dolor por la supuesta traición y sus inseguridades. Paige no llora sino que lo encara y se defiende. No solo eso, es comprensiva porque sabe de donde viene su enojo. Me gusto como ella manejo las cosas.
El misterio del padre me sorprendió, nunca me imagine lo que sucedería después.
La verdad me pareció un buen romance sobre la mafia. Me gusto la historia en general porque no era todo sobre sexo y la autora le dio su importancia a la parte del embarazo, porque qué sentido tiene tener un titulo sobre bebés si lo dejan flotando en el fondo. Había drama familiar con traición y misterio, la parte mafiosa tenia mucho peligro y acción, mostraba lo sanguinario pero también el cariño y la lealtad que se tenia la familia. Y por último el romance me encanto!

Who doesn't love a good Mafia story with a badass MMC and a sassy MFC? Well me for one and this book does not disappoint.
The Andretti family! Paige despises them all because they killed her father and she has had 15 years of built up hatred inside her.
So a dirty weekend in Vegas leads to Dario and Paige hooking up! Lead to her realising Dario is an Andretti due to a tattoo on his back so she fled their little love nest as fast as she could.
Finding out she is pregnant puts a spanner in the works as Paige knows she cannot afford a child with the job she has, but knows she is not going to tell Dario he is going to be a father!
A great enemies to lovers story that all started with a chance meeting at a Vegas Club, leading to Dario finding out he is to become a father, as he ransacks Paige's home looking for his lost thumb drive he had hidden in a cup, the same cup Paige took with her when she needed a drink of water.
Paige returning home, Finds Dario in her kitchen, her ransacked kitchen, her strong and sassy side come out and she does not back down when Dario insists she pack her things and return to Vegas. Until he knows for sure the child is his or not, she will remain with him.
So starts their heat filled story, as Dario would certainly like a repeat of their one night tryst, but Paige is not having any thing to do with her enemy! Lines soon blur as Dario helps Paige in her early stages of pregnancy, which she finds she is grateful for, but still refuses to let go of her hatred of all things Andretti....so that also includes Dario. Until the heat between them lights up the pages, it is so hot!
She refuses to believe she could have feelings for him, just as he is unable to recognise feelings for her.
An enemy is lurking and Dario know he is targeted by the Russian Bratva, and if he is a target then so is Paige. He knows he has to keep her and his children safe, but as with all good Mafia stories danger comes a knocking! Add another twist to the story as hidden secrets and lies from someone close soon reveals itself which causes Paige to put trust in the wrong person. Her life is in danger and Dario needs to find her before it is too late.
So many unexpected twists to the story has you vested in Dario and Paige reaching a HEA with their new family. A great conclusion to this endearing story as forgiveness is fought and won!

a new author for me i really enjoyed this story. it was well written, very descriptive, great world building and wonderful detail regarding the lifestyle of the mafia and their world. Dario is quite the jerk at first but as u get to know him more in depth u come to understand his personality and why he is the way he is. He redeems himself well as the story progressing learning to be vulnerable, open up, share parts of himself and learn to care for paige and his twins. Paige starts off very fearful of Dario because of things that happened in her childhood but as time goes by and dario begins to show her concern for her well being with her pregnancy, is supportive, attends appts and researches how to be a good parent she sees he is trying to change and that he will protect her. However, she can't get past her fears regarding his family which continues to cause some conflict. Despite her fears she starts to trust in dario but she refuses to be a doormat either and stands up to him when he misjudges her. Then a surprise plot twist brings scars and trauma from her past rearing its ugly head again putting her and her babies at risk as well as a betrayal by someone close to her that may undo all the progress dario has done to get her to trust in him and stay in his world with the babies. Can he undo the damage he causes plus the betrayal? can dario protect them once again? has he learned whats important in his life besides the family? will he learn that loving someone isn't his weakness but his greatest strength? and will he open his heart enough to love paige or lose her to his mistrust and misjudgement? Can paige ever see that his family isn't just about the mafia but are like every other family where there is love support care concern because along with that there is still violence, death, bloodshed and criminal activity. can she ever reconcile the two?.

There's a saying that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but in this story, what happened in Vegas will change Paige's life forever. She has always hated the mafia because it has only brought pain to her life but a trip to Las Vegas will bring her closer to Dario, heir to the mafia in Las Vegas their paths should never have crossed because of a night of passion in Las Vegas Paige ends up with a surprise of nine months but she does not want to know anything about Dario after discovering the truth because things do not go as she wants as a result of a misunderstanding Dario returns to her life and finds out a little surprise the romance of Dario and Paige will not be easy but as she gets to know him she sees beyond the horror world of the mafia Paige sees the man behind the darkness she sees the man who little by little is making his way to her heart the man who would sacrifice his life as long as she and her babies are safe while Dario begins to feel deeper feelings for Paige the tension grows between them and the limits blur Dario swore to protect Paige from all the threats that are suggesting and more of A person from Paige's past, many secrets come to light, and our couple will have to be strong to face what is coming. I must admit that at that moment I was in shock, but our couple knew how to overcome every obstacle that presented itself and live happily ever after. As for Dario's brother, I loved the bond between brothers. Alessio is a character that intrigues me, and I hope to know more about him. Anyway, I really enjoyed reading it and I look forward to seeing what comes next.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Honestly, this is the first time that I wish I had better layouts for reviews.
As this is my first time actually receiving an ARC, I wanted to make it really interesting but, alas, I am just not that creative... haha.. well, I am but, if you know me, then you know I have been struggling this year with medical issues... so, we will just have to give you my opinion, and maybe one day, I will approach one of those cool reviewers, and see if they can help me to create something special for these reviews.
SO! Willa Wilde, automatically gets my respect for knowing the difference between a noun, and a verb!
This is a MAJOR pet peeve of mine but, Willa, well, she made me proud!
I loved this book. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5/5 stars is because, half way through the book, there was a mild timeline confusion. Nothing to take away from the story but, it was enough to trip me up, and the point to these ARC books are for us to give honest opinions... so, that is another pet peeve of mine.. Timelines.
Other than that one slip up. The book was awesome.
It was engaging, and emotional... and smutty.. haha.. I love my smut!
I hope we hear more about Gabriel. It seems a shame for their relationship to end on a preceived betrayal...
I need to hear more about, Luca...
I hate that he was so quick to believe what he did... see? I am not giving anything away lol. haha.
I honestly cannot wait to read more from this author.

This is what happens when you truly believe what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Paige thought the trauma of her childhood would stay in the city and with the people that caused it and then thought one small girls trip to Vegas and a ONS with a man she learns too late she should have gone nowhere near wouldn't have consequences.
Not only were there consequences for Paige, but they followed her back home. Dario on the hunt for a thief finds 2 pink lines instead. Taking the opportunity to drag Paige back to a place she never wanted to think about again as the women carrying the air to the local mafia.
Paige cannot help her hatred for Dario and his entire family for the suffering she feels they have caused. But getting to know them as people has he rethinking a lot, including her loyalty.
The chemistry between Paige and Dario is definition enemies to lovers with an added element of a slight kidnapping, but for her own protection. They push each other in ways no one else had ever been able to and it ignites a spark even they can't control.

After a break up her friend convinces her to head to Sin City to let off some steam. After all, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.....or at least that is what she thought until the next morning and she sees a tattoo on his back marking him as part of a mafia family. A specific mafia family responsible for killing her father. She runs. Runs back to her quiet life at home, thinking she will never see him again. Weeks later he shows up on her doorstep, right after she finds out that she is pregnant. When she can't keep the secret from him, he forces her to return with him. Now she has to decide if his family are the monsters she grew up to believe they are or if there is a future with her baby daddy. This was actually a good take on this trope. I was not sure initially as things jumped right in with no real background context, but it circled around and gave it to you and I ended up enjoying the unconventional route. I also enjoyed that there was mafia family drama in the story, but it was never the forefront. Their relationship was definitely the main focus. It was refreshing to meet a MMC that carried vulnerabilities from his childhood and how that helps him be vulnerable with and connect to her. Their chemistry is strong and their steam is spicy, he finds her ripe belly irresistible. He goes to all the dr appts, and takes care of her. There is as much tenderness as there is spice.

I loved reading this book it was deliciously hot and electric I was hooked, the story was written fabulously and the characters were amazing. Paige and her BFF Rosa decided to have some fun in Las Vegas, Paige ended up picking up a one-night stand, it was the next morning she realised her mistake, she noticed the Tattoo on his back the Andretti Tattoo she suddenly realised that she slept with Dario Andretti, her families enemy they killed her father and in turn killed her mother. Paige ended up waking up be Dario hungover then grabbed a cup filled it with icy cold water for the trip back home. Dario went looking for her it took a little while considering she doesn't live in his town. Dario was in her apartment waiting and looking around in her place when he noticed the pregnancy test now that just added to his predicament he took her back to Vegas so he can protect her. Every time they are close proximity they can feel the heat radiate off each other, they should be enemies except they can't seem to keep their hands to themselves while Dario tries to make things right, until something happens that you don't see coming.

A story about a mafia Don’s son, Dario, and a girl, Paige, who believes her father was killed by the Don, Lorenzo. Paige’s one night hookup with Dario has become a problem because she finds herself pregnant. Paige comes home and finds her apartment torn up and Dario in her home. Dario asks her if she’s pregnant and she tells him it’s his. Dario takes Paige back to his home to live. The suspense in this story is so well planned and written. The mafia life is hard on Paige and her hatred of Lorenzo makes it difficult for her to be around Dario’s family. There is a hit planned for Paige but Dario takes the bullet in place of her. Paige then takes the threat to her life seriously until she gets a phone call and leaves her home to go without protection. The ending to this story is just fantastic. I loved this story and was not able to put it down until I was finished. I would love to recommend this book to adults. I received a free copy of this book. I am leaving this review on my own.

Surprise Twins for the Mafia Prince by Willa Wilde is a mafia romance with a pregnancy! Two of my favorite jams in reading! I read this book super quick as I devour mafia romance books.
Paige and Dario our two MC's are in Vegas and sometimes what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there;) Especially when Paige ends up pregnant with the mafia prince's babies, and yes I said babies plural. Also Paige can not stand the Andretti family which Dario belongs to and realizing this, she leaves the morning after their one night in Vegas. She can not tell Dario that he will be a father either, since she hates his family for killing her father many years ago. I love a good enemies to lovers story where the man is dominating and possessive, and Dario finds out that Paige is pregnant and wants her to remain with him until a test proves who is the father of the babies. The writing is superb in this book and I am not just saying that as I am partial to mafia books! The story is fast paced, spicy, and makes you want a possessive man like Dario in your life!

This book is so much fun…when they find out about the twins…priceless!
Dario is ruthless and morally gray as he swiftly and brutally dishes out punishments. Yet he is still perfectly swoon-worthy. Paige was the perfect match for him, strong, sassy, and able to keep up with the chaotic demands of his life in the mafia. She is everything he wasn't looking for.

Well, I loved every bit of this book. It’s got everything I like, humor, mystery, suspense, excitement, romance and all the other good stuff! I couldn't turn the pages fast enough and like with any good book that I have read, I'm a little sad it’s over.

Dario Andretti stole a flash drive which he hid in the false bottom of his cup. His cup is gone and the woman is gone! It doesn’t take a rocket science to figure out who took it.
Paige and Dario, what a pair! At the start, there is definite chemistry between them and we watch their relationship unfold. Both are extremely likable main characters. Even with her past, she and Dario overcomes the problems and forges a life together.
This was a quick and easy read for me. The story didn’t drag and it kept me turning the pages.
Willa Wilde is a new author for me. I look forward to her next book.

He has his work cut out for him.
Well written in vivid wild color. The story grabs hold and you are entwined into the story till the very very end.

This book includes one of my favorite tropes — a one-night stand that leads to an accidental pregnancy. Naturally, I was excited to dive in. However, I found myself a bit frustrated with the pacing and character development. The main character’s decision to jump back into bed with the love interest felt rushed and unconvincing — I really wanted to see more strength and growth from her.
That said, I’m giving it 3 stars because this is a debut novel, and there’s definitely potential here. The writing shows promise, and with more depth and emotional layering, I believe the author could deliver some really engaging stories in the future.
Looking forward to seeing how their work evolves — and I’d be open to reading more from them!

Hot hate between one-night stand Dario & Paige ? Really? I have to say that I loved the eBook cover ! And the story was really good and even deeper than I had hoped for ! Dario was so much more than his darker reputation. And Paige was tiny but Dario soon discovers that she has fire in her bones and a an unmatched fury when it comes to her discovering who he is. A hated Andretti ! Turns out her hate,her fire turns him on. She doesn't seem one bit afraid of him and he really likes that. No way is she going to go anywhere with him peacefully ! Turns out she doesn't have much of a choice. She has ups and downs when it comes to her softening to Dario and she worries about her future and the future of her babies.
This story has plenty of heat, danger, lies and out-right surprises. The end surprise is a doozy. Which I enjoyed. I also enjoyed the Epilogue, a lot.

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the storyline it was a full read, was exciting and had some great twists within the storyline. I loved this storyline as you never knew what was coming next. The characters were really good, I loved Paige so was on a short get away to get away from her cheating ex. so made some choices that put her right in the sight of an Andretti. Dario was a great character, he had a reputation to live up to but with Paige he showed her a softer side. It was such a great book. This was well written and the storyline was perfect, the characters that were included in this book surprised me in the end, as they were not what Paige thought. Great book recommend.

Honestly, at first I had zero expectations for this book, but it turned out to be pretty good. It’s an enjoyable read if you’re into mafia romance and don’t want something too heavy. What really made this story stand out from others I’ve read (and I’ve read a lot) was how Dario’s character was written. Seeing all of his thoughts about himself was something I hadn’t encountered before, and I liked it even if he was an asshole sometimes. For me, it was an easy and engaging read, and now I’m excited for the next book. Luca seems really promising, and I can’t wait to see what’s coming for him.

This is my first time with this author and oh my it was such a pleasure. Fantastic characters and a plot that didn't let me down.
Thinking the Andrettis killed her father 15 years ago, Paige has it in for them, until she unexpectedly falls pregnant to Dario Andretti.
Spicy, snarky, animosity but loaded with drama and romance. I loved these two. Paige wasn't putting up with anything she didn't want. Stubborn and scared she showed her claws to Dario. But he understood her feelings and even though he wasn't a patient man, he quickly learnt.

This is Dario and Paige's story. Paige was in Vegas and had a one-night stand with Dario. Unfortunately for Dario, she took his cup which had a hidden item he needed. That kicks off a funny, sweet story between Dario and Paige. It sets up an interesting dynamic between Paige and his family. There's the pain in the back side brother - both. A jerk of a brother - hers. A very unseen twist and new loyalties. It's a mafia light story but the story itself between the two main characters is the star of the show. What a page turner!! Who doesn't love a good one night stand that turns into a pregnancy lol?! Nothing like a twisty plot to get you reading a book all day long! Took me roughly 6 hours to finish and the pregnancy doesn't end until the epilogue. Paige is a sassy woman who has been holding a grudge for years and Dario is attracted to this sassy woman. Their story is not conventional and that's why I loved it. Mafia and Bratva drama is the second reason why I loved it. Familial drama is the best and fuels this plot. Enjoy 😉.

I like books with strong female characters who are a challenge to an Alpha male and still softens his heart. Paige has spent years hating Dario's family for a crime she believes they committed against her family. Then, the two accidently end up together. As circumstances bring them closer, situations challenge everything they thought they knew about themselves and their families, and as danger closes in, the two are able to lower their barriers and find love.

Loved it! Read the whole thing in two parts if you can. So much happens in this book. I took way longer than usual to read it and I regret that now. It’s one of those stories that keeps you on your toes but doesn’t have way too many sex scenes either. Just a bit of everything we love about Mafia men in love. Despite being somewhat sick of the mafia trope, I found this one to be a pretty enjoyable read. I really liked the twist toward the end but I wish it could’ve been more drawn out, making the stakes a bit higher. I liked the characters as a whole and wanted to really feel their connection developing but I felt like some parts were kind of glossed over or just under expressed. Resolution and ending included just enough for me to be left satisfied.
