At nearly fifty years old, I'm supposed to have my life all together.
My friends are finding love and embracing their lives. I feel like I am falling behind in a race I was never really part of.
I had dreams—dreams that involved me being a successful doctor by day and a happy and fulfilled boy by night with a daddy who dotes on me and helps me find the submission I crave.
But the days are passing by quickly, and the face in the mirror is not the Cullen I used to be.
Where did all this grey hair come from?
Maybe it's time to give up the dream and face my new reality.
Perry
I am attracted to the most annoying man in Tewsbury, one who is in serious need of a good spanking and a proper bedtime.
Cullen stirs my Dominant side like no one has in a long time.
He needs a daddy as much as he needs a Dom, but how do I convince him that I am the man for the job?
Together we could make magic, if only he’d see past his insecurity and just believe.
Will Cullen finally open his eyes and see the daddy infront of him?
Tattoos and Tiaras is book four in the Tewsbury Daddies series featuring an older middle and a younger daddy. Lots of snark and bratty banter and a plushie lion called Leo.
Myf Wren lives among the gum trees and kangaroos of rural Australia with her family, a Great Dane with the IQ of a potato, and a cat that is actively trying to kill her. Despite this, she still finds time to write MM romance novels where her boys are guaranteed a happy ending!

I'd been looking forward to Doc's story ever since he was first introduced, and I love that he found his HEA with Perry!
These two had been bickering a lot, and they desperately needed some outside "help" to realise how great they could be together. They got just that, and after doing a scene together at an event, they realised they had more in common than they thought. I liked the 'flipping the switch' moment that Doc went through, when he discovered how hot Perry was and how easy it was to submit to him - even if it was just meant to be for the one night.
Neither of them could let each other go after that night though, and their feelings made me feel all happy and giddy. It was definitely a bit of a fast paced romance, but considering that there'd been some tension between them in the background of the earlier books, it didn't necessarily feel like they rushed into anything. I really liked the older sub / younger Dom / Daddy here. It was also something that Doc felt insecure about, as he sometimes felt a little undesirable for his age, but Perry was very firm with how much he loved the differences between them.
I loved being back at Tewsbury, and finally getting Doc's background and story was such a treat! He'd been waiting for the perfect Dom / Daddy for a long time, and his longing at the beginning made my heart ache a little. It was overall a sweet read though, with just a little bit of family drama. I always love a sassy and bratty character, and Doc was definitely that type of boy!
- I received a complimentary copy of this book, and these are my honest thoughts and opinions.
Honestly this was very repetitive. Like I understand you both were kinda dicks to each other but why are we still bringing it up 75% through the book. The pacing was weird. Also a lot of the plot points just didn’t mesh. I honestly had high hopes after reading the overview. I’m sad it didn’t live up to it.
Great book, really enjoyed it. But it seriously could have used the help of an editor. There were too many small errors that ended up just pulling me out of the story enough to be irritating.
I've loved Doc since book one, so him getting his happy ever after has been something I've needed for a while, and the author delivered. Cullen's self-esteem issues are rooted in a lifetime of emotional abuse from his parents, and it hurts to see him discount his worth at every turn. Even though he keeps his distance from them as much as possible, the damage they did runs deep. What he needs is someone to show him how much he deserves the world, and Perry does just that. They've been snarky and cranky with each other since they met, but sometimes snark hides fear.
What starts as a demonstration at the club quickly becomes a scene for the night, before building into something so real and sweet that I swear I smiled through most of the book. Cullen and Perry are so, so good together. Perry sees every piece of Cullen, an he falls for him, exactly as he is, and we get to see Doc Cullen finally unlearn the damage his parents did and let Perry in. Perry is exactly the kind of Daddy Dom that Cullen has always deserved but had given up hope of finding, and they just fit together so well. He sees all of Cullen's sparkles, tulle, snark and sass, and he's determined to be what Cullen deserves - someone who loves him unconditionally.
Add in Perry's family showing him what familial love is supposed to be, and this story hit all the emotions for me. I think this is the last of the Tewsbury Daddies books, but I hope the author will bring us back to visit them once in a while.

Personal Notes: I wish it was longer and we had more showing Cullen and Perry being antagonistic rather than just telling us about it constantly. It could also use some proofreading.
Cullen, nearing fifty, feels left behind as his friends find love and fulfilment. Once he dreamed of balancing a respected career with a private life of submission under the care of a devoted Daddy, but now insecurity and age weigh heavily on him. He wonders if it’s too late to embrace the life he longed for. Enter Perry — younger, confident, and undeniably Dominant. Though he finds Cullen infuriating, Perry is drawn to him in a way he hasn’t felt in years. He sees through Cullen’s defences, recognizing the boy who craves guidance, care, and love. As snarky banter and bratty sparks fly, their dynamic deepens into something tender and transformative. With plushie lion Leo as a symbol of Cullen’s vulnerability, Perry must convince him to trust, submit, and believe in the possibility of happiness.
I loved this story where at the heart of it was whether Cullen could overcome insecurity and open his eyes to the Daddy standing right in front of him — and whether Perry can show him that love, discipline, and devotion are not dreams lost to time, but miracles waiting to be claimed. I loved that this story was told in a sensitive manner and that added to the romance of their relationship. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like D/s and Daddy/boy dynamic.
I wanted to read Doc's story since we met him in the first book. I liked his sassy attitude and I loved his friendship with Rhys and Mouse. I also really enjoy reading love stories with characters who are over forty. In this book we learned more about Doc's childhood and his relationship with parents. His backstory was very emotional and I wanted to jump in the book and hug him. Perry, his love interest, was very caring and I loved how he supported Doc. I also really liked Perry's family, they were super interesting and kind people. The two of them had an enemies to lovers vibe in the beginning of the book but it was just flirty banter and it didn't take them long to figure out they were attracted to each other and their interests aligned. They were beautiful together, with fantastic chemistry and a delicious dynamic. They were a match made in heaven. I loved reading Doc and Perry's book, it warmed my heart and put a smile on my face.
Sass for the win!! Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2025 Format: Kindle Doc has been one of my favorite characters since the beginning!! I love his grumpy sassy self and Perry is the perfect Daddy for him!! He sees who Cullen really is!! With lots of encouragement, praise and love Perry helps Cullen embrace his true self!!
Definitely recommend along with the other Tewsbury daddy stories!!
Tattoos and Tiaras is the fourth book in the Tewsbury Daddies series by Myf Wren. Tattoos and Tiaras is amazing!! I loved it so much!! I have been patiently (Not really 😆) waiting for Doc's book and it was everything I wanted and much more. Cullen and Perry are perfect together. Their story was sweet, sexy, full of feels and very well written.
I was so excited to read this book and was delighted to receive an ARC. I loved the first 3 books in this series and was really looking forward to Doc's book. Awful homophobic parents, misunderstandings, A kinky making up, cuteness overload, snarky and hilarious banter, great friends and sexy lingerie. This book was brilliant and I can't wait for the next one!
This was a sweet story with some steaminess. I liked seeing the MCs connect and their relationship grow. I do wish the story was longer as I wasn't ready for it to end once I got to the last page. I hope the author continues to expand this world as there are other characters I'll like to get to know better such as Aiden, Regie, etc.
It was a delight to see Perry and Cullen come together. The dynamic and age gap written in this way isn’t super common among MM romance books. It was refreshing and very well done. I enjoyed every page and can’t wait to find more by this author to try next.
Ok, this was deceiving, I was expecting a pretty little princess and got a service k!nk which it's fine, but again with the title tiaras I was expecting something different.
So glad the doc got his book and happy ever after with exactly the right man for the job. Great read, good to see some of the previous books and their partners too.
