Such a great story... gave me warm fuzzies... I love it when that happens... :)
This book really took me by surprise because I wasn't expecting it to stir up my emotions as much as it did. The story revolves mostly around Selena and Oliver crossing paths again after years of hiding away from the mistakes of their youth. But it also revolves around Joe and Marsha Dixon, the foster parents of Oliver, and it was his parents that had me hooked mostly into the story. I loved their marriage and how they devoted their entire lives to helping children in need. They couldn't have children themselves, but they turned it into something wonderful instead of letting it bring them down. Very inspirational characters that I grew to love.
Selena and Oliver made huge mistakes in their teen years... it's a story we've heard before right?? Their Wreck-less behaviors eventually pulled these two apart even though they loved each other. Sometimes you hurt someone so much they have no choice but to run away. And, that's what both of them did.
Tragedy strikes the Dixon family however, and Oliver found himself back in this small town facing the woman he loved in his youth with a new set of eyes. It's funny how time and a few years to grow can help heal the hurts of the past and find a way to give someone a second chance. It also doesn't hurt to have a huge family of foster brothers and sisters to set you straight!
The other thing that I LOVED about this book is the way the author included the occasional POV of Selena's little girl... I thought this was really powerful. Looking at a situation from the eyes of children is always a rude awakening. They see things simply and even though you try to hide the truth they can also be very, very perceptive! I fell in love with little Camille.
Joe and Marsha Dixon perfected what it means to be a real family. Sometimes a little love and patience is all the medicine we need to carry on. I loved the way they loved all of these children and gave them a sense of belonging and home.
I hope there are more installments to this series. I would love to get to know some of the other characters a little better!
A wonderful story that I would highly recommend to small town romance fans and those who just love a story that leaves you feeling good at the end.

LET ME LOVE YOU AGAIN is an emotional journey following the heart-tugging choices made by Selena, and the domino-effect upon her return to Chandlerville. Oliver, Selena’s high school sweetheart, is forced back due to a family emergency and these two are faced with the past. I admired Oliver as a successful businessman with a sense of family duty right from the get go, but Lordy he grew wings and a halo and a spot on my "come sweep me off my feet" list before I knew it. Anna’s characters are engaging in a way that make you hope for them, worry for them, and root for them to find a way to their meant-to-be.

It wasn’t long before I felt like part of the Chandlerville community too as these neighbors tried to sort through the past and follow their hearts. Thanks for weaving a beautiful tapestry of family, hope and second chances.

Adored this one! Neither Selena Rosenthal nor Oliver Bowman thought they would ever return to Chanderville. However the demise of Selena's marriage has her and her young daughter returning to live with her mother until she can get back on her feet. When Oliver's foster father, Joe, has a heart attack, he returns to Chandlerville to help out the family he owes his life to. Never did he expect to see Selena living right next door.

This is an incredible story of dealing with the past, letting old hurts go, and moving toward the future. It is one you will definitely want to read. I highly recommend it.

Let Me Love You Again is a wonderfully romantic and complete storyline of finding the love of your life as a teenager and losing it due to the immaturity and teen drama that most people face. Then years later and a lot of heartache, recapturing that and more.
Anna DeStefano is a very talented writer who creates a world of characters that are incredibly real and yet can be so very different from each other, much like the people you know in real life. She takes the time to weave an intricate and compelling story, allowing it to develop naturally without rushing it to a hurried conclusion.
This romantic and compelling tale unfolds with the hero Oliver returning home, once a foster child with the Dixon family, he’s now an incredibly in demand computer security specialist. Unfortunately, he hasn’t been home since he left seven years before. He sends lots of money to help his foster parents raise more children in their loving home. He finds the love of his life Selena, back at her home next door with a daughter.
That’s all the setup and spoilers I’m going to do! Except to let you know that the author spins a realistic and exciting tale of small town life. She’s given a wonderful picture of foster parents dedicated to helping kids have the family they so desperately need. Even if things don’t always go well. Sometimes kids get into self-destructive things, even with the best parents.
Oliver and Selena (whose father abandoned her and her mother when she was a child) fell in love, but life got in the way. They both became teenage alcoholics and the consequences were devastating for a good part of both of their lives.
The story centers on their old relationship, the lives they have now and Selena’s daughter. Can they become friends or lovers again? Can they get through all the baggage and hurt? Whose daughter is Selena? There is so much great drama and fantastic self-discovery in this heartfelt story, it’s incredibly hard to put down. It entwines the lives of the many children the Dixons have raised, as well as health issues of the father that bring the family back to help.
It’s very talentedly written and believable, a completely captivating read that will alternately warm, break, then rebuild your heart. Grab lots of tissues, your favorite beverage and settle in for a wonderful ride that will play your heartstrings like a violin.

Let Me Love You Again is a beautiful tale of second chances. It is book 2 in the Echoes of the Heart series, by the fabulous Anna DeStefano.

I thought Here In My Heart was wonderful, but Let Me Love You is even better.

What really drew me to this book was the fact that Oliver and Selena are far from perfect. Both are recovering addicts, but they have pulled their lives together. Oliver is doing is best to take care of the foster parents who made him who he is and Selena is doing her best to be a good mother to Camille.

These two were an item, but their teenage problems pulled them apart.

The struggles that these two have are very real. I have to admit to loving that Oliver really wants to be part of Selena's life, probably more than Selena is ready to have him in hers.

There's more to this story than just the rekindling of a romance. The big picture really focuses on the importance of family. Selena is coming to accept her mother, who she had a strained relationship with, as well as Oliver's family, The Dixons.

If you don't love the good hearted foster mom and dad, Marsha and Joe, there is something wrong with your heart. There is one scene with Marsha and Belinda (Selena's mom) that will tug and your heartstrings.

It was really wonderful to see the two families come together.

If you are a fan of family romance, this is definitely the book or series for you. I can't wait to see whose story is next.

Love love love this book. Once again a welcome trip to Chandlersville. But, I think this is the best visit yet. I was immediately drawn back into the lives of Joe and Marsha and their foster children. These are characters that are so well written that they feel like a part of my family. And, the reader becomes emotionally invested with their lives. From the beginning, I cheered for Oliver and Selena. Camille draws the whole family together in a wholesome feel good way. I read this book when I needed it badly. I put a smile on my face and was just a feel good read. I am read for Anna to write the next in the series. Hopefully, there will be many more.

This is a sweet story of how one can overcome the past and start anew. Selena and Oliver had a past together, which did not end well. Oliver returns home to help out when his father becomes deathly ill. Serena is home because she is trying to get her life back together after filing for a divorce from her cheating husband, who really did not care for Selena or her young daughter Camille, and who will do anything to get them back to maintain appearances of having a loving, stable marriage and family.

The only problem I had with this book was the way the author made everything a big drama, so much so that it almost detracted from the story line and current happening. For example, the author dragged out the initial encounter between Oliver and Selena, the confrontation between the two while the Child Protective Services was doing and impromptu inspection of Oliver’s parents’ home environment and never did mention the inspection later (why insert this anyway if you are not going to even mention it and possible impacts/repercussions after the fact, since it added nothing?), and the initial meeting among Oliver, Selena and Brad in the hospital while all were visiting Oliver’s father. I could go on, but I won’t. I just cannot understand why everything, regardless of importance or complexity, became so very important and usurped the story line so much so that, as I said, I sometimes had difficulty remembering/realizing what exactly was going on. I realize the author wanted to bring out all the past events that led to what was occurring and to bring out their importance but there are other ways, often employed by other authors.

Otherwise the story is a well done, sweet romance. I enjoyed reading about the town and the families and watching the interactions between the characters, though there was nothing all that different from other books in this same genre. I have not read anything else by this author,
but she seems to be quite good, and I will now look for other works by her. The story is a good romance and will appeal to readers who are looking for and enjoy them. I received this from NetGalley to read and review.

I always look forward to anything new from this amazingly talented author in contemporary fiction! Each novel is a wonderful, heartfelt story full of drama and romance, usually with a HEA- my kinda book ;) ... I also love
Ms. Anna's style and flavor of writing about small town life with the love and support of families & friends and sometimes struggles with real life problems, then finding solutions :)

Rich details and descriptions bring the well defined characters & settings to life, keeping the reader engaged & the pages turning! I was fortunate to receive an ARC in exchange for an honest review and I honestly loved this 2nd book in the "Echoes of the Heart" series and I highly recommend you add this to your must read TBR list :) ... I also hope that Ms. Anna will take us back to visit the wonderful folks of Chandlerville for another visit and soon :)

Selena Rosenthal left behind her high school sweetheart, who was the love of her life, seven years ago.

Growing up next door to your boyfriend can be somewhat of a catch 22. It’s all fun and games, till the end is near and then it’s awkward.
This was the case for Oliver and Selena.

Seven years later their path collide once again when his foster father has a heart attack.

Oliver Bowman is back where he said he would never go back again. He is perfectly happy having walls put up around his heart. After being left by his high school sweetheart he said he would never love again, and he didn’t.

Now that they are both home because of circumstances their lives collide once more, but he has to decide if he will take that step again and risk losing her again or just leave her this time.

In a story that has ups and downs and secrets I was quite taken with it.

In this story we get to know Oliver Bowman and Selena Rosenthal. Selena was the love of Oliver's life until one crazy night when they were teenagers and mistakes were made and hurtful words were spoken. These two are back in Chandlerville for their own personal reasons and have no idea the other is there. When they are forced to talk to each other will they find that the old feelings are still there or will they cut ties forever?
I love Chandlerville and all the families that live there. These two have found their way into my heart just like every other person in Chandlerville. I would highly recommend this story and any of Ms. DeStefano's other books. This story can be read as a stand alone.

I just read a new book by a new author, well new to me anyway. Her name is Anna DeStefano, and her new book is Let Me Love You Again. It is about old love found again. It is a wonderful story of two young adults, both with a serious underage drinking problem. Now, seven years later, as grown up adults, they both have the problem under wraps with the help of tough love from family, and AA. I do not usually like stories that have to do with characters with alcohol problems. I grew up in a family with this problem. Just goes to show, a well-written story can get a reader thru anything and Ms. DeStefano does a phenomenal job writhing this book. I really LOVED this book! All of the characters are well developed. The writing really makes you feel all the emotions possible for Selena, Oliver and their families, and what they went, and are going thru. I really cheered for Selena and Oliver when they came out the other side. I loved the give and take between Selena and her daughter. Camille was such a grown up little girl, to read her mom the way she did. It just made me smile reading these passages.
I want to thank many for the opportunity to read this book, NetGalley, Montlake Publishing, and most of all Anna DeStefano for writing this story.
Thank you for reading my review. You really will enjoy the book.

In Anna De Stefano's Let Me Love You Again, the 2nd installment in the Echoes of the Heart contemporary romance series, we return back to Chandlerville, Georgia, for another heart-warming romance novella. For prodigal son Oliver Bowman, he returned home when his adoptive father suffered a heart attack. From there, he ran into his former flame, Selena Rosenthal, who broke his heart years ago, when she slept with his future brother-in-law Brad Douglas. For Selena, she kept the secret of her daughter Camille's paternity for seven years, and was also a recovering addict like Oliver was. She was also dealing with Parker, her soon-to-be ex-husband and their pending divorce, who didn't give a damn about them. While Oliver dealt with the past and needed to make a clean slate to make things right, he wondered about Camille being his daughter, while Selena learned about the truth about her father. In the end, they've mended fences along with their broken hearts and fall in love again.

Oliver had one thing on his mind work, work and work, when he gets a phone call from his brother that takes him back home and back to one place that he doesn't really want to be because he will be forced to face things he doesn't want to and never wants to. Selena has a beautiful little girl who is her everything and Selena is now back at her moms house and is already to move on again, the only thing keeping her there is her wonderful daughter and her soon to be ex husband. There is only one problem and she is about to come face to face with it and she is no more prepared then Oliver is.
I really loved this book so fun and a real page turner. The storyline is well written and amazing, its draws you in and all you do is get loss in it and then your find your self completely done. The chemistry is amazing the people, you find yourself feeling like your catching up with friend not just reading a story.

This was my first book by Anna DeStefano and I was really curious what her writing style would be.

Let ME Love you Again is about second chances in life despite having a rough past. It´s about family values and the love between parents and their children. But mostly it is about the ability to trust someone when you had a bad start in your life.

I would have loved to read a little bit more about their past and the circumstances, which lead the characters to separete or about their addictions.

Despite the fact that the storyline was predictable I enjoyed reading about the different views of the characters (I really loved Travis). To make it short it was a sweet story with no big drama.

I've been waiting for Selena and Oliver's story since I read the first book in the series, and it did not disappoint. Their attraction is undeniable from the moment their eyes meet for the first time in years. They both have their flaws, but in my opinion, that's what makes the story seem real. They both have a lot of emotional baggage to deal with, but they are lucky enough to have family to support them along the way. This is a sweet and emotional second chance romance with an amazing group of characters. It was great to catch up with Dru and Brad from the first book. Oliver's brother Travis is one of my favorites and I can't wait for his story.

The previous books written by Anna DeStefano feature very deep and complex characters and the characters in Let Me Love You Again are no different. If you are looking for an easy, light-hearted read, this book is not for you. But if you enjoy reading emotional stories with characters that are wounded and flawed, and deserves their HEA, then this book is totally great for you.

Oliver and Selena are two very complex characters with loads of baggage. One part of me wanted to shake some sense into them, especially to Selena. But the other part of me couldn't help rooting for them, wanting them to have a second chance and finally a HEA. Love this series and can't wait for the next book in this series.

This is Oliver and Selena's story. They were an item in high school and both made mistakes and ended up running from Chandlerville. Selena ended up in a bad marriage in New York. Oliver finally started a company where he traveled constantly. When he is called back to Chandlerville because his foster Father, Joe, is stricken. This is a story about second chances and family. Unconventional families can form and be strong. Anna DeStefano grabs you with her story and doesn't let you go until you are done with the book. I enjoyed reading this and her other books. I could not put it down!

This book will draw you in from the very beginning and until the very end of the book. I hated for the book to end. I felt like I was one of the residents in Chandlerville. It will have you cheering for Oliver and Selena. Selena's daughter Camille is so adorable. The book will make you laugh and cry. I loved every minute of this book!

Second chance romances have a special place in my heart. As a result, I found Let Me Love You Again by Anna Destefano to be filled with all the ingredients for a great story.

Oliver and Selena missed out on a happily-ever-after as teenagers. Now, as Oliver returns to their hometown to help out his family, the sparks between them are still evident.

Old hurts tend to die slowly, and the author did a phenomenal job providing enough of a back story for the reader to understand what had happened in the past. The Dixon family, complete with numerous foster children, offers a wide variety of possibilities for future books. With Joe Dixon’s health on the line, Oliver and Selena have to decide whether to mend the rift or say goodbye forever.

While more sweet than spicy, the focus is on resolving past hurts. With that process comes the revelation of old secrets that could destroy any chance Oliver and Selena have for a future. I found the novel to be well written with appealing characters living in a charming community. When the last page was read, I felt a sense of contentment at how well the author wrapped up the story.

I really enjoyed the storyline and where it was headed. The characters were great how they worked together to be a family. The only issue was it came to a point where it got repetitive with everyone discussing or explaining to themselves or others the same things over and over and over again. I do wish there was a little more of a back story, though that would have just made it longer.

It started out good and held my interest until around the 75% point. It was still interesting and I still wanted to know what happened but it had gotten slow so I perused much of the remainder.

Engaging

Another nice romance elevated by threads of foster care, substance abuse and recovery, etc. Those threads gives the story more realism and make the characters more engaging.
