"We could die here, and you're excited about cookies?" 🍪

This book is a must-read for all Christmas lovers - perfect to snuggle up with by the hearth on a cold winter night with a hot chocolate in hand.

Firstly, I'd like to thank the author for trusting me with her work and sending me this ARC. I know her from Ruthless Protector, a book I loved and highly recommend, so I couldn't wait to delve into Mistletoe and Mayday.
I'm happy to say it didn't disappoint - I was hooked from the very first page and devoured this book in one sitting.

Bailey and Sebastian couldn't be more different - she's a cargo pilot, he's the CEO of a billion-dollar company - yet they complement each other seamlessly. Although they get off to a rocky start, they quickly warm up to each other, their constant bickering and banter a constant companion and pure comedic gold.
I immediately hit it off with Bailey - she's awkward, has a habit of spouting random facts regardless of social cues and loves collecting snow globes. I found her endlessly relatable. Sebastian came across as a bit of a jackass at first, but he quickly grew on me, especially because he's utterly smitten with Bailey 🤭 Still reeling from his would-be-fiancée's betrayal and all his plans for the future going up in smoke, he finds the perfect match in her. Sebastian's caring and thoughtful, and he's willing to drop everything for her - exactly what she needs.
Despite the many hurdles they have to overcome due to their different social standings, their love for each other remains unwavering and they always find their way back to each other.

4.5 stars for me.

Sebastian Lockhart thought his trip to Alaska will end up with him being engaged to his girlfriend Rebecca. What he didn't expect is that Rebecca enjoying different engagement with someone else in her bed. He don't want to stay there any longer ,and not having a choice because of the snow storm,he get a space in cargo plane.
Bailey Monroe prefer cargo over people, and the last thing she needs is to fly arrogant Lockhart, whom she met before and who was quite rude, but him paying big money is something she can't say no to. Off they go,but instead of cozy Christmas at her family home they crash in Alaskan wilderness, and surviving it's just a beginning.

Will they put aside differences and work as a team?

It was really a pleasure to read this book. From freezing temperature,to dislike of each other, wolves, snow storm, what more I could possibly want ?I liked Bailey and her ranting, so oposite to Sebastian in that way,yet after a while it works between them. I feel this was a real enemies to lovers book, they really dislike each other, and there was no lusting after each other from the go(that come little bit later). There was funny moments, scary moments, and spicy ones executed very well.My first book by this author and hope to read more.

Would definitely recommend.

Thank you booksprout and author for arc,my review is honest and my own.

Slow burn forced proximity billionaire story!
I absolutely loved these two characters and the storyline!
You have a billionaire Sebastian that follows everything his parents want him to do and is getting ready to propose to a woman and wants it just right! But does the proposal go right and does he follow what his parents want???
Then you have a cargo pilot Bailey that just wants to get home for Christmas because she hasn’t been home in a few years and so she is trying to get her plane up in the air to get herself home! But the airlines has other plans for her when Sebastian pays the airlines enough money to get him out of that airport on that cargo airplane.
But because of airplane malfunctions the plane crashes and because of the Alaskan storms they cannot be rescue for sometime so the two have to find shelter but Bailey sustained a leg injury because of the crash!
What will happen to these two in a small cabin?
This book was top notch in my book! And there was spice!

Thank you Karin Winter for the ARC e-reader copy of Mistletoe & Mayday. The perfect book to cozy up with on a brisk evening — or to get you into the holiday spirit!

As someone who proudly identifies as a bit of a Grinch, I was hesitant to pick up a Christmas read in September. But this story struck the perfect balance: just the right amount of festive charm wrapped in an irresistible love story.

Bailey is an adorably awkward cargo pilot with a passion for snow globes and ramble random facts in any social situation. Sebastian is the CEO of a billion-dollar company with a perfectly planned life — the complete opposite of Bailey. But somehow, their differences make them the perfect match. After a rocky start, the two are forced to work together to survive in the middle of no where, Alaska.

Despite the challenges they face — from clashing lifestyles to their wildly different social worlds — their connection is undeniable. Their love is unwavering, and no matter what, they keep finding their way back to each other.

This book had my heart racing — from the suspense to the spice. An absolutely heartwarming (and heart-thumping) read!

Brilliant Enemies to Lovers!!

Bailey and Sebastian are definitely opposites. He is rich, entitled, controlled, and organized. She is a cargo pilot, overshares when nervous, collects snow globes, and has a quirky sense of humor. He just caught his fiance with another man as he is preparing to propose to her. His attempt to leave Alaska has him buying a seat on Bailey’s cargo flight. Which requires an emergency landing in a remote area in a storm.

These two rubbed each other wrong from first interaction. Sebastian proves himself to be much more than an entitled jerk. He has skills much needed for their situation. As they get to know and appreciate each other better, an understanding and appreciation for each other grows. Bailey doesn’t care about his money or his position, is refreshingly down to earth, and gives up a cherished item to save him (as he is also saving her).

Chemistry, adrenaline, and forced proximity create a perfect storm. Rescue and reality is a bucket of cold water for these two. Two very different worlds. Highly entertaining, gritty survival, romantic moments, and emotional as real life interferes. My first read from this author and I am an instant fan!

Bailey's just trying to get home and have Christmas dinner with her family but when she's angry, well, most of the time, she has no filter. She was just trying to help the jerk, aka, Mr. Dictionary. Now because of the approaching storm, her plane may be grounded in Alaska.
Sebastian can't believe how his evening is going. First that green-eyed woman almost destroys his luggage. Then when he surprises his girlfriend, she's not the only one who gets surprised! All of his perfect plans, down the drain. He just wants to get out of Alaska.
Sebastian and Bailey are about to learn that sometimes you and your plans have to step aside and let love find you and work it out.
Did I like Sebastian all the time? Definitely not! I just wish he would have. . .
Did I like Bailey all of the time? Of course not. Her way of. . .
But I was rooting for them all the way to find their way.
Grump/sunshine, opposites, snarky humor, steam and a HEA to rival a fairy tale.

Mistletoe and Mayday is the first book I have read by Karin Winter and it definitely will not be the last! It is a beautifully written story with characters that you will love, and maybe love to hate. You will smile, laugh, cry and be frustrated at times but you will be never by bored.
Bailey Monroe is a cargo pilot who is trying to get home for Christmas, she has missed the last couple of years and has promised her mother she will be there this year, the weather is closing in. Sebastian Lockhart is a billionaire CEO, who has flown to Alaska to surprise his girlfriend Rebecca, he has a well orchestrated proposal organised. Bailey and Sebastian have their first encounter in the baggage collection area where she was trying to wrangle his suitcase from holding up all the other cases, he was all about his designer suitcase and her damaging it, Sebastian eventually gets his case and heads off to the hotel where his girlfriend is staying, finalising all of his elaborate proposal plans, he squeezes the family heirloom ring in his pocket as he opens the door and finds her having sex with another man! He is furious, embarrassed, angry and just wants to get out of Alaska now, he heads back to the airport and finds that no matter how much money you have, when the weather is closing in and there are no more flights you have to take the only chance you get. His was a seat in a charter flight leaving shortly, when he got there, he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the pilot was the annoying Bailey Monroe! Bailey saw the uptight CEO from earlier in the baggage area and called her boss, absolutely not, I’m not taking him he’s nothing but trouble!
The flight takes off to Bailey’s relief but the weather pattern is not great and neither is the conversation between Bailey and Sebastian, she tries to make small talk with him, her incessant chatter is driving him crazy, she sees a typical, rich, spoiled, uptight and bland rich man. With the bad weather closing in the flight is bumpy and then an engine problem arises Bailey has to crash land the plane!
What happens next is a wonderful twist in their relationship, Sebastian sees that Bailey is more than just someone who talks too much, and Bailey is seeing a different side to the uptight billionaire. Follow their journey to the cabin, their fight for survival with wolves, the changing of their relationship from adversaries to friends then lovers, will their relationship last beyond the cabin? Will Sebastian go back to his world and his “perfect” girlfriend that makes sense socially and business wise, how will Bailey move on and forget Sebastian? She must shut him out because she knows she won’t ever fit in his world, she will always be an embarrassment!
I couldn’t put Mistletoe and Mayday down I read it in one sitting and I absolutely recommend this book to anyone who loves a good romance.

If you love Christmas, this book is an absolute must-read. As a self-proclaimed Hallmark and Lifetime holiday movie addict (and proud of it!), this story hit all the right notes. It’s the perfect cozy read to curl up with by the fire on a chilly winter night, hot chocolate in hand.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to the author for trusting me with an ARC of this delightful book. I’m happy to report—it did not disappoint. I was hooked from the very first page and read it straight through in one sitting. This was my first book by Karin Winter, but it definitely won’t be my last.

Bailey and Sebastian were such a fun and memorable couple. Their first meeting is packed with sharp banter—Bailey is chatty, unfiltered, and laugh-out-loud funny. Sebastian, on the other hand, starts off as a bit of a pompous ass (I won’t lie), but as the story unfolds, we see his softer, more vulnerable side emerge—and it turns out, he’s actually kind of amazing.

Despite their differences, Bailey and Sebastian have undeniable chemistry. Being stranded in a remote Alaskan cabin after a crash landing might not sound romantic, but they somehow make it work—and then some. Their connection deepens as they’re forced to confront their own fears, expectations, and what they truly want from life.

I especially loved how the story didn’t stop at the initial spark—the second half brings real emotional depth as Sebastian grapples with his future, and Bailey wonders whether what they’ve found can last beyond the snow-covered fantasy.

This book had everything I was hoping for: humor, heart, heat, and a whole lot of snow globes. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves a festive, feel-good romance with a side of sass.

Bailey is a cargo pilot who is quite happy flying around the country without any other humans on board – she has her cookies and her snow globes. One stormy Christmas she finds herself in Alaska, desperate to make it home to her family. Also desperate to leave Alaska is Sebastian, a controlled and uptight CEO, and money is no object. Having paid his way on to a cargo flight, he is dismayed to find that the pilot is Bailey, who had not made a good first impression on him earlier in the day. With the storm grounding all flights he has no choice but to take the flight and put up with her. Unfortunately, engine trouble and a crash landing in the wilderness mean they’re going to have to tolerate each other for quite a while. In need of shelter before the temperature plummets, they have to put their initial assumptions aside in order to survive. As time passes, they look past those first impressions and uncover strengths and vulnerabilities which add depth to their underlying physical attraction. They face extreme weather and the dangers of the wilderness but nothing prepares them for the storm of emotion and desire which sweeps them up.

This is a beautiful and poignant love story which will take you on an emotional rollercoaster as Bailey and Sebastian examine their lives, what they want, and whether they’ll be able to have what they truly want. Karin has created two complicated, brave and vulnerable characters who have totally crash landed into my heart. Read this for the beautiful love story, the authentic representation of neurodiversity, the intoxicating steam and the glitter of all the snow globes.

I absolutely fell in love with this story. It’s a fresh take on the billionaire romance trope — engaging, funny, and full of heart. Karin Winter crafts a plot that pulls you in and keeps you turning the pages, leaving you with a big smile and a warm, fuzzy feeling when it ends.

Sebastian, a goal-driven billionaire, is on his way to Alaska to propose to his girlfriend, Rebecca. On paper, they’re the perfect couple — they tick all the right boxes, especially in their carefully curated world. But everything changes when he meets Bailey at the airport — and it’s definitely not a meet-cute.

When Sebastian later discovers Rebecca cheating, his carefully planned life unravels. In a desperate attempt to get away, he hops on the only available flight — a cargo plane heading out in terrible weather. The pilot? None other than Bailey.

What follows is a brilliant and heartfelt adventure. Winter pairs a tightly wound, success-driven billionaire with a funny, talkative, and wonderfully neurodiverse pilot. The result is pure magic — their dynamic evolves from irritation to deep connection, from surviving a plane crash and fighting off wolves to discovering love and vulnerability.

Watching Sebastian and Bailey grow — learning to open up, trust, and fight for what truly matters — is a joy. And the sweet touch of snow globes leading to their happily ever after? Perfection.

This story has emotional depth, humor, and heart in all the right places. It’s an absolute gem of a romantic read — one that left me smiling long after I finished.

This was a great read. It’s my first by Karin Winter, but it absolutely will not be my last. Bailey and Sebastian were such a great couple. I loved the snark and snipe of their first meeting. Bailey talks — a lot. And usually without much of a filter. And the things she says are utterly hilarious. Sebastian wants to kill her at first, but soon he starts to warm to her ramblings. Like they keep telling themselves, they make no sense as a couple, and yet they were perfect for one another. I have to admit I didn’t like Sebastian much at first. He was a pompous ass. But soon the real man started to emerge and he was actually pretty amazing. I loved how he lost it after the crash landing. And speaking of their near-death experience, being stuck in a remote cabin in the freezing wilds of Alaska doesn’t seem like it would be all that romantic, but Bailey and Sebastian managed to light things up. And that’s just the first half of the book. Sebastian has to decide what he wants his life to be like after Bailey has given him a glimpse of something other than the life of expectation and duty he’s been living. And Bailey has to decide if she can trust that what they feel for one another can survive in the real world. It had heat, heart and a lot of snow globes. This was such a fantastic read. I definitely recommend it.

Whoa! A crash landing that just might lead to a once in a lifetime romance? Now that’s a book I couldn’t pass up! And I’m glad I didn’t because this book was quite interesting, I loved watching these characters grow, not only individually but as a couple as well. Plus the survival aspect of this book was so well written that I was literally on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next! So if you’re looking for a book set in the wilds of Alaska, that’s full of romance, banter, survival, and more than one heartwarming moment then I highly recommend grabbing a copy of Mistletoe and Mayday!

While I really enjoyed this book, the setting, the characters, and the romance. I have to admit that the characters lost me in the last little bit of the book. Bailey who I loved for all of the book suddenly became a little bit hypocritical in my opinion when Sebastian bares his heart to her, and instead of allowing him to prove himself she begins to tell him what he wants something she was judging him for allowing from his parent just a few chapters earlier. Now I was happy to see her grow from this and face it head on but I will admit it just didn’t feel like it fit with the character I’d loved for the majority of the book. She won me back over in the end though and I was excited to see Sebastian and Bailey get there happily ever after I’ll definitely be checking out more of Karin Winters books!

Mistletoe and Mayday is a romantic comedy and Bailey is whole reason why.
Bailey is a cargo pilot with a very spunky, up-beat personality that's full of humor, sarcasm, and just the inability to close her mouth. She is absolutely hilarious. Sebastian is basically her polar opposite. But when Sebastian needs to flee Alaska due to some unfortunate circumstances, Bailey is his only option. A snow storm is coming and he can't get a flight out. The storm picks up and they end up crash landing in the Alaskan wilderness and Bailey injures her ankle pretty badly. Now they're stranded, hurt, and freezing. Sebastian is able to secure them some safety in a cabin nearby, but now they are forced to endure a blizzard together with a growing attraction they came seem to pull away from.
I absolutely loved the banter between them, though Bailey was the one that carried most of it! She is funny, but also... towards the end, that humor was used as a barrier to protect her feelings. When they end up giving into the attraction between them and their feelings develop, they get hit with a dose of reality, they must return to their lives. And even though they are pretty much opposites, they have such great chemistry together.
This story is super enjoyable and the plot will keep you hooked! Karin did a fantastic job keeping my attention! This was a great, fun read!

What a perfect book for your holiday TBR list. THe story of Bailey and Sebastian will have you laughing, gasping, smiling, and at some point you might want to hug them both. Both of them are complex characters, he is rich and controlled, has always been told what to do, and is expecting to follow a path set for him, that is until he finds his girlfriend in bed with someone else. For Bailey, a bubbly, sassy, no filter pilot, it is the need to belong, to be enough, to belong. They meet as he boards her cargo plane, but a crash will have them working together under the harsh Alaskan winter.

Their banter is hilarious, their connection is like a slow burn built on close proximity, interactions, conversations. As they need to fight the environment, and survive in Alaska, they start to see that they both want similar things, and they open up to the possibilities. But then rescue finds them, can they make it in the real world?

This is a fun, entertaining, touching book so perfect for an afternoon holiday reading break!.

Mistletoe and Mayday: A Billionaire Romance Comedy by Karin Winters is a holiday RomCom about Sebastian and Bailey’s story. Bailey is a cargo pilot looking to travel home before a snow storm in Alaska. Sebastian is a billionaire CEO of a global hotel chain who arrives in Alaska to propose to his girlfriend but finds that she has been unfaithful. Sebastian is looking to fly out as quickly as possible and flies on Bailey’s plane.

The plane is forced to take an emergency landing due to the storm. Together as Bailey and Sebastian try to survive until rescue arrives. While they do, they realize their feelings.

I enjoyed this book and seeing Sebastian and Bailey’s relationship grow. Their initial meeting is fully of banter. They both complement each other well. The pace of the story is well done in allowing their relationship to grow and see how to navigate their realities after their rescue.

Readers who enjoy slow burn, opposites attract, forced proximity, and holiday romances will like this book. There are open door scenes.

Bailey really wants to get back to spend Christmas with her family. Being a Cargo Pilot takes her all over, and here she is in Alaska with a snowstorm drawing in fast. Hoping to get in the air quickly to at least have a chance, a quick coffee, and Mr. Perfect in front isn't improving her mood. Sebastian just wants to get to his girlfriend his plans have been three months in the making. Walking into her hotel room, finding her in the throws with another man. Not in my plans. Now, I just need to leave Alaska as soon as possible. A cargo plane. That's my only option. Putting Mr. Perfect and Bailey in a small cargo plane, not really the best option. She's a go with the flow person. He's organised, routine, perfectly dressed CEO. They are in the midst of a snowstorm in a tiny plane. Obviously, tempers start to grow. This is a hilarious Christmas story about realisation, growth, and acceptance. Can Sebastian prove he's not all suits money and power. Can Bailey ever accept help and stop talking. Sit back and enjoy a spicy funny story with a few snow globes thrown in for fun.

This is the first book I’ve read by Karin Winter and man did I enjoy it! I loved how this book starts with a Bailey helping out at the airport with getting a suitcase getting unstuck and its owner trying not to lose it because it’s expensive. Right from the beginning Bailey and Sebastian clashed and hoped never to see each other again. Funnily enough Sebastian need to make a quick exit from Alaska and Bailey was his only option. Unfortunately, something happened to their plane and crash landed. Bailey was injured and Sebastian was quit the knight in shining armour with his endless wilderness skills, strong body and quick wit. I loved how he accepted Bailer as is (eventually), her quirks, and different outlook on most things.

The book kept me super interested and wanting to know what’ll happen next. One of my fav parts in the book was when they fought off the wolves and eventually a snow globe capturing that scene. There were lots of great moments like this in this book, check it out!

She is a cargo pilot and he is an entitled billionaire. After a rude encounter at the airport he is now her passenger as she is the only flight out of Alaska during the impending storm. He is on the heels of a failed proposal attempt after finding his girlfriend in bed with another man. Circumstances take a dire turn when engine trouble causes a not so smooth emergency landing. She is injured and they have to hike to find cover during the storm. During their time the wilderness they grow closer than either imagined. Upon returning home safely life goes back to normal. Will he realize that the is worth it and go again his family? Or will he lose the only woman who ever made him feel free?
This was so incredibly moving. The initial tension between them is absolutely hilarious. The way he cared for her in the woods and what happens at the gala has me sobbing. Highly recommend having tissues ready for this HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book provided by booksprout.

I enjoyed this story so much. This was a very different type of Christmas story. Bailey is an incredible down to earth everyday pilot with several quirky behaviors. Then you have Sebastian who is a handsome billionaire that is way to uptight for his own good. Watching them get stranded together and learn how to appreciate each other was so good! The push and pull between them and their worlds was done beautifully by Karin Winters. Of course the happy ending was extravagant.

It comes out that Bailey is neurodivergent and she gives her side of growing up. I think it was done so well to show and highlight some of the issues that are faced when you are neurodivergent. I think to continue to bring awareness to this was brilliant. It showed that people that struggle can be strong capable people. I have a child that is neurodivergent and I appreciate the insight shown.

I have enjoyed reading books by Karin Winter. Her stories always are outside the box of normal romance stories. They are fun and easy to read.

I absolutely loved this book! From the very first page, I was hooked. It struck the perfect balance between being heartwarmingly cute and completely wild in the best possible way. The characters were full of personality, and their chemistry made every interaction sparkle. The storyline had just the right mix of chaos, charm, and emotional depth to keep me turning the pages long into the night.

The writing was engaging and easy to fall into, and I found myself smiling, laughing, and even gasping at certain moments. Every scene felt purposeful, and I was genuinely sad to reach the end—I just didn’t want to leave this world or these characters behind.

If you’re looking for a Christmas romance that delivers on both the swoony romance and the unpredictable twists, this is it. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fun, fast-paced, and feel-good holiday reads with a bit of spice and a whole lot of heart.❤️

Sebastian (hot billionaire) needs out of Alaska immediately. The only option is the extra seat on Bailey's cargo plane. Except Bailey is the irritating pilot who ruined his expensive luggage and insulted his vocabulary.

Their plane crashes in the middle of nowhere on Christmas Eve. Bailey's ankle is broken, so Sebastian carries her 3 miles through the snow to an abandoned cabin. It gets emotional, scary, and sexy after that.

Favorite lines:
Sebastian: "I'm about to die in a cargo plane with a pilot who thinks snow globes are aviation equipment."
Bailey: "If we die, I want you to know your Christmas tree decorating skills are sub-par at best."

Forced proximity
Snowed-in
God-tier banter
Caring for an injury
Dual-POV
Neurodivergent rep

I love this so much! The writing was incredible. I laughed the whole way through and cried a bunch at the end.

This book is 5 stars for writing, plot and characters. At first I didn't get Sebastian he seemed stuffy, serious and snobby but he was meant to. Otherwise his character progression wouldn't be endearing or special. Him and Bailey learning to work together and helping each other is genuinely heartwarming. Bailey learning to see she is enough and how to trust is written beautifully. Having a main character who isn't the standard 'normal' is refreshing and interesting.
I would say the spice in this is probably only 2🌶. It has some steam which is, like the rest of the book, well written and hot but it's not off the charts spicy. Great for coming down from a dark romance marathon, as a palate cleanser or even just for those starting out with romance and not wanting anything to out there.

Really fun story and characters! The meeting of Sebastian and Bailey was comical and set up an endearing dynamic of the fun and quirky pilot vs the polished and super structured CEO. Sebastian needed Bailey go help him escape a relationship and personal disaster, yet ends up in a true disaster when the cargo plane being flown by Bailey crash lands in the Alaskan wilderness.

The two come together for survival, but Bailey helps Sebastian shake some of the stuffy "too-perfect" persona that leads the two to fall for each other even though he's still recovering from heartache.

Absolutely enjoyed the story & the author's writing style. Am definitely interested in reading more from this author!.

The more I read, the more I enjoy of this author. Very new to me but I'm excited to read more.

This is about pilot Bailey who crashes in the Alaskan wilderness with entitled Billionaire Sebastian.

Not your usual trapped in the wilderness book but it sure grabbed my attention. Sebastian isn't what he seems at first and Bailey is learning that first impressions need adjusting. But oh my in their little capsule, they burn.

I truly enjoyed these characters and loved their journey.

Adventure, hard times and romance, along with a fair dose of drama make this book a great read.

Fantastic story and I want more.

- Christmas romance
- Billionaire romance
- He falls first
- Stranded

This is not your typical Christmas story. There is an action element that is very compelling!

Billionaire Sebastian wants to leave Alaska after finding his girlfriend with another man. Because of an incoming storm, his only choice of transportation is a cargo plane

Grumpy pilot Bailey just wants to get home for Christmas, but the money she's offered to take Sebastian home makes this an offer too good to pass up.

However, when the plane goes down in the remote wilderness, the unlikely duo needs to work together to survive the elements and each other!.

What a fantastic book! I was really invested in this story from the very first page until the last! This is a book that I could reread every year, I loved every minute of it!
Bailey is just perfect with her “don’t care “ attitude, her sarcastic humor and her non-existent filter. It gives you several funny moments. Sebastian on the other hand is a billionaire who has to meet a lot of expectations. Bailey is the one who shows him that there’s more to life than expactations. Their chemistry is so swoony! I received a copy and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.
So it’s unnecessary to say that I definitely recommend this book.

Bailey and Sebastian are a great combination that had me all into their banter and antics. Bailey is ready to settle down for the holidays with family when an unexpected flight changes her course of action. Sebastian has just had his plans go up in smoke after catching his fiancé in a compromising situation. Life's complications bring Bailey and Sebastian together when she has to charter him and the plane goes down. Itis a heartfelt story with emotions and revelations on both side as they are in close proximity. In the end will these two get a chance for happiness together.

While it feels a little odd to be reading a Christmas book in August, this one made it easy! It was laugh out loud funny, the FMC was quirky and hilarious and a blast. Two strangers who get off on the wrong foot are forced into proximity when their plane crashes and they must survive in the cold Alaska wilderness together. A bit of spice and a lot of laughs ensue.
I took iff half a star because there was some lines that were written that seemed to have already been said a couple sentences or a couple of chapters earlier. It did not change the storyline in any way but it did give me a couple too many deja vu moments where i was like didnt this conversation already happen?
