This boxed set is the perfect introduction to the West End Games' version of the Star Wars Role-playing game. The rules are easy to learn, quick to pick up and simple to employ. The cinematic spirit of the films is captured almost flawlessly with the use of this introductory adventure game. The series of adventures contained in the Adventure Book supplement underscore the fact and provide for situations and obstacles for characters to overcome that are as big as the excitement of the movies themselves. I cannot recommend this product highly enough for aspiring game masters and players alike. Included within the set is everything you need to play the game, to create follow on adventures of one's own design or even to run previously published adventure modules as well without ever requiring another purchase of the core rulebooks of either the first or second editions. This boxed set is just THAT good!
