Rival syndicates have laid siege to our walls, bribed half the porters, and trained rifles on every stained-glass window. The Sanctuary Statute still holds—and my Court, now owns every staircase.
So we weaponise the curriculum.
The enemy has been granted “diplomatic access” to the Garden Party, certain that British decorum will keep the croquet lawn blood-free.
They forget Cravenmoor sits on flooded Roman tunnels—and that I hold every key.
The academy tried to cage me. I made it my kingdom. Kneel—or burn for extra credit.
Eve is a USA Today Bestselling Author with a specialty for steamy romance with strong female leads.
She lives in the UK, with her husband and five kids, so finding the time to write is short, but definitely sweet. Eve has a number of series, both completed and on the go and hopes to release some new and exciting projects, both paranormal and contemporary in the future, so stay tuned!
This finale is everything I wanted and more. The pacing is relentless—nonstop action and sharp, calculated planning that keeps the tension high from start to finish. Every character has a purpose, and their roles are woven seamlessly into the story. Venetia is still the same unapologetic force she’s been from the beginning—driven, bold, and unwilling to hold back.
Viper, Raff, and Blake each step up in their own way to protect her, and the differences in how they love her add depth to the relationships rather than feeling repetitive. Longstanding questions from the first two books are finally answered, and Venetia faces a decision that’s both terrifying and transformative. It matters to her, and you feel the weight of it. Through every moment, her men stand with her—loyal, unwavering, and making the emotional payoff land even harder.
This book and this series was EVERYTHING I needed! I can't believe that it's over. This book was phenomenal, full of action, emotional rollercoasters, spice and everything in-between. I am already missing these characters. I will be buying these for my collection. I don't know how Eve Newton does it.
Venetia- WOW! If I could be anyone when I grow up I want to be her. (I am 30, so I still have to grow up some, right?) She came along way in this book and I couldn't be more proud. Probably my favorite FMC written by this author, yet.
Viper-my heart is still yours and I don't want it back. This character was fan-stinking-tastic and perfectly written. I am glad to see how he grew and became so much more. I love you Daddy.
Rafferty-I have so many feelings about this man and I can't keep them quiet. He makes me kick my feet, laugh and cry all at the same time. He is so swoony worthy. (YOU HAVE TO READ IT TO UNDERSTAND HIS CHARACTER) He is my Ghost.
Blake-okay my man I see you. WOW his mind and thought process is insane. I loved seeing how he worked and the way he was different from everyone else. I'd take his last name quickly.
Lucy- such a good danger noodle. Another queen in her own right.
Anton- my heart goes out for this father. I just wanted to hug him so much.
Mystery female- I hope she ends up with Vipers bestie and I hope we get a little side story about them...maybe add Peter to the mix!?
If you haven't already picked up this series, what are you waiting for? This book is top tier Mafia! Long live the Queen and her Kings! Highly recommend this book and series!
Okay so this series was different in a good way. Our FMC is strong but still goes through some very human things. Her mother died of breast cancer, she eventually gets a prevenitive surgery with reconstruction. All the while taking over St Sebs to turn it into a proper mafia academy. When she first arrived it was turning the students out to be involved in human trafficking so thats why she tore it down. So much happened but it was kinda like national treasure in the sense the academy was very old and held alot of mystery. Also super cool because because she ripped the trafficking rings down while building a rep in the criminal world.
Her 3 kings.
Daddy Viper aka Nigel omg he has my soul! Brute force and a deadly weapon but shows her so much care.
Rafferty, her deadly assassin who had abandonment issues loves her so much that if she was unalived he would just follow after.
Blake the strategist and computer guy. Can destroy anyone one with a keyboard.
This def had alot of plot and spice.

Revenge has never looked this seductive or this savage. Vendetta is the final, fiery blow in Eve Newton's Cravenmoor trilogy, and let me tell you… It does not go out with a whimper. It explodes.
Venetia has officially shed any remnants of the girl who arrived at St. Sebastian's in Book One. Now? She's an empress in heels, walking through blood-soaked halls with her crown crooked and her kings at her back. She's not playing chess anymore, she's flipping the entire board, lighting it on fire, and daring anyone to come at her.
This book is brutal, brilliant, and beautifully satisfying. Betrayals are confronted. Scores are settled. Power is seized. And through it all, the emotional undercurrent between Venetia and her deadly harem hits harder than ever. Each of her men, dominant, damaged, and absolutely devoted, gets a moment to shine, and the dynamic between them is nothing short of magnetic.
This finale gives you the vengeance arc you crave, the romantic intensity you need, and a lead heroine who walks out of the ashes not just alive but undefeated.
If you like your endings sharp, sexy, and satisfying, Vendetta is five stars of flawless, fiery chaos.
Aghhh.. I HATE to bash a series because I know it takes so much effort to publish. Alas, that's what's happening.
I could ignore the complete deviation from reality, because sometimes that makes a story more interesting. I can even forgive the lack of real chemistry because this was an insta-love series.
What i can not overlook or forgive was the eternal repetition and stagnant plot. Add that to the extremely overdone and UNNECESSARY naked sessions and this series was a CHORE to complete. I've never been so happy to finish a book or series as I was with this.
I am no prude, and I love intimate scenes. This series was exhausting to read sex scenes, especially when there were like 10 chapters of nothing but. If the author took like 4 chapters from this book and maybe 10 of book 2 and rolled them into a single book it might have been more enjoyable.
As it is, I'm glad it's over and I highly doubt I'll read more by this author.
The plot was insane. I felt like I needed a notebook to reference all the mini plots going on in the big plot. Then it turns out that’s not even the real plot. It was way too much. You’re telling me 4 people in their early 20s can dismantle an entire European trafficking ring that has survived for DECADES in a matter of months? And by only murdering 1 person? Puh-lease.
The ending was WAY too anticlimactic based on how fast paced the books were. There were so many conversations about kids but didn’t find out?! Dumb.
Venetia- I got so sick of hearing her and her power trips. So many times was being “addicted to the power” and how powerful she felt. Blah.
Viper- the entire book could have been from his POV and it would have been 5 star. Sexy growly tatted up Daddy. Yes please
Rafferty- I loved his vulnerable moments with Venetia. Gotta love an assassin who can love as good as he can kill
Spoilers Alert: so don’t read if you don’t want to know details.
While I did enjoy the book it fell short in some areas that dropped the star further. Its anticlimactic nature drove me nuts especially when we had such a build up. And Lucy Lucy Lucy. Why make her so important and lovable to not give her the shine she deserved. Just felt wrong. I like the twist that developed out of the switch in direction but we didn’t get any more battles or execution. I appreciated the journey through her breast cancer journey coming to a head as a daughter whose mother is stage 4. However the final promise of blood and dominance it was already felt we’d hit an epilogue instead. Which we were. It was definitely an interesting take on it all. Worth reading but you’ll feel a bit slighted about how it ultimately unfolds.
The absolute perfect mafia Queen and her knights. It does not get better than this
Venetia and her guys go through a lot in the final book of this series. From war with factions out to get her, to history coming out of the woodwork, to Venetias deeply personal war with her own body. And I am here from every single moment of it. I was going through something remarkably similar to Venetias medical issues and it helped me reading about her story and know I was agreeing with her every step of the way. The representation of the C word and how she and her guys coped, was extremely well done and true to life I felt.
The author deserves massive kudos for getting it right in my experience. Please check out the warnings especially with this book, or it might smack you in the chest and you won't be able to take a breath.
Always thought Venetia was a strong woman, now I KNOW it. Such an amazing story.
This is the third and concluding book in the series, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying it for numerous reasons. The development of the school, as well as the relationships between Venetia and her kings, was particularly engaging. Furthermore, the internal struggles Venetia faced were also captivating.
I also appreciated the parents' approach of allowing the children to develop their skills and create something independently, while still providing support when needed. I would have liked to see Venetia have a conversation with her uncle to learn more about her mother. Furthermore, I am hopeful that there will be a spin-off featuring her cousin and Vipers' second in command.
Also shout out to Lucy and being a very good side character.
So very different from the usual mafia or reverse harem series I've read up to now. Had me hooked from book 1 and I romped through from one book to another. Venetia is a woman with a cold heart, having recently lost her mother to breast cancer and is, herself, at risk. She is entrusted, by her father, to Viper who is to become her bodyguard, and lover, at St. Sebastians academy. Whilst there she meets, and falls in love with Rafferty (an assassin) and Blake ( a financial wizard). Suffice to say things take an unexpected turn!!! Please give this trilogy a go...it's well worth the read. Right I'm off to find a gentle romance now, my brain needs a rest. Ps...5 stars is no way near enough.
Venetia I’m gonna need you to be a staple on my shelf!!! Holy hells bells y’all, I know I know I tell y’all all the time to never underestimate the Queen when she writes because she delivers EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! This entire book was packed with action. From the battles or the Academy down to her own personal battle. However, Venetia showed us just how much of a powerful woman she is. A knowing her men are at her side and she has answers well that just puts the frosting on the cake. As always check your triggers but if you’re looking for a romance filled with all the emotions and thrill and a sprinkle dash of tease then buckle up Buttercup because this series is for you!
Series review 3.5 🌟 Venetia, Viper, Blake, Rafferty Overall the series was ok. Not great, not horrible. The relationships were an instant “all in” without much relationship building. Never learned too much about any of the guy’s histories. Don’t play a drinking game & take a drink every time someone calls her the “queen” —- you will be extremely sick. I feel like the plot was all over the place. I can’t put my finger on it, but the plot was missing something. The plot was kind of over the top. There’s a big trafficking ring that many of the big major mafia men have information about, they don’t try to stop it, and then give it to this small young group to take care of and take it down.
Vendetta is the 3rd and final book in the St. Sebastian at Cravenmoor Academy. It was a case of save the bloody best until last I thought. Not only did the knives come out (quite literally!) but Venetia and the guys did everything that was necessary to establish themselves as the Queen and her Kings (within St. Sebastian's and beyond). All whilst going through her own personal battles along side everything else. A cracking conclusion to a flaming brilliant trilogy of books with characters I've loved from book 1. One hell of a read.
Phenomenal conclusion to this story!!! This is book 3 in the St Sebastian at Cravenmoor Academy and wow just wow. One of the best Mafia RH books I have read. I have loved Venetia since the first book. Her personality and her strength is what is going to make her a favorite character of mine. I also loved her kings. Raff,Blake and Viper. Storyline was fantastic. Action packed throughout. Let’s not forget my spice and yeah I got my spice. One of those books that stays with you well after you finish. Highly recommend reading. One of the best series I have read.
Epic! Really epic series and best of 2025 so far. I say so far as this author creates the most intricate stories and comes with the best ideas for stories. Full of action as with a mafia book totally needs to happen because otherwise it would be boring and reading this is anything but boring. It keeps you on the edge of your seat in wonder of the brain of the author. I'd love to live a day there. I love Venetia as FMC, strong, fierce and still lovable. And the love interests? All fantastic but I won't spoil it here. Just Viper! I want a bite of him.
Oh my lanta, does our girl go through the wringer! Holy mother of fluff! I absolutely loved this journey—it’s not smooth at all, but wow, does V (not even gonna attempt spelling her name because I’d totally mess it up) go through so much! She’s undeniably strong, and she really needs that strength to make it through her journey, but she comes out the other side even stronger, if that’s even possible!
Eve outdid herself with Vendetta! Venetia maybe one of my favorite female characters that she has written, and her men are dreamy, deadly, and oh so perfect for the Queen. This book had everything, twists and turns, intrigue, revenge and the deeply personal trauma that Venetia was struggling with was perfectly delivered and your insides were twisted with Venetia's emotions. This was the perfect conclusion to a great trilogy!!
An epic conclusion to this trilogy, Eve does not disappoint with all the action and drama, plus a few surprises along the way. Eve doesn’t shy away from difficult and sensitive topics, as shown in this series with regards to cancer, and the fact that the fear of disease can take over. She also doesn’t hide the difficulty of making decisions that will affect loved ones as well as Venetia. A fantastic read that deals with scary, real life issues.

Vendetta, third and final book of Eve Newton’s St. Sebastian at Cravenmoor Academy, is a must read. It is the perfect ending to an exiting ride with the Queen and her 3 Kings. There is emotion, thrills, and spice. Twist and turns is the continued theme of the series, some predictable out comes but so many unexpected revelations. You will fall in love with Venetia, Viper, Blake, and Rafferty. Don’t skip this rollercoaster thrilling ride!
Vendetta was a wild, over-the-top finale in the best way. The stakes were high, the drama was nonstop, and watching Venetia fully step into her power was so satisfying. I loved the loyalty and dynamics between her and the guys chaotic, intense, and fun to read.
Things do get a bit crazy at times, but if you like dark academy vibes, mafia drama, and a fierce FMC who doesn’t hold back, this one delivers. A solid, entertaining end to the series.
What a great ending to the series. I’m sad to see it end. Venetia and her King’s reign is secured at St. Seb’s.
If you’re looking for a series that has -Badbutt FMC -RH (with possessive, slightly unhinged men) -Spice -Multiple POV -A deadly snake named Lucy -Action from the first chapter
Then this series is for you. Anything that Eve Newton writes is worth reading.
This is the final installment in this world, and it does not disappoint. Venetia and her kings are about to change the world. Several players pop up that they were not expecting, but they take things in stride, after all this is what makes a dynasty. Enjoyed this book, and how much they care for each other
Wow, I couldn't wait for this book, and it was so worth it. Now I'm sorry it's over. This will be one of my favorite go to reads. Venetia grew into her role as queen with Viper, Rafferty, and Blake by her side. This book was thrilling and twisted, a must read for anyone looking an action packed book.
I love love loved this book of the trilogy! It will hit you in the feels hard, and I mean I straight up got mad and happy and then ugly cried (we won't talk about that) and then happy and laughing again. This book made me feel not so dead inside anymore, that is how good it is.
Venetia has been through so much at St. Sebastian's Academy. She has dealt with betrayal and is now heading for revenge. Her past comes for her, but this Academy is hers now. She is Queen with her three Kings by her side. Viper, Raffety, and Blake will do whatever it takes to protect Venetia. I highly recommend reading this series.
Loved how this book toes everything together. Venitia has stayed strong and true to herself. Her men are just as strong and have supported her and boost her up throughout the whole series. I have been dying for this book and boy did it not disappoint. A great read.
Ugh I love reading your books and I can’t wait for more new ones. Ugh I a little sad that this series has ended especially saying bye to daddy viper ugh the sex makes me so hot lol. 10000/10
Wow. This book was action packedand full of spice. It grabs you by the face and keeps you reading until the last spicy page!! I belive this may be one of my favorite Mafia RH of all time. I can truly say I was sad to see it end!!
Venetia and her men have already been through so much and in this final book of the series, they go through so much more. It is packed with action and heat. I loved these characters front the previous books of the series but this book only cemented it.
I think the author needs to find balance with dragging things out and stuffing too much plot into the book. I loved the characters. I just feel like some aspects were glossed over too lightly so that other new stories would emerge. I was starting to get tired of left-field story segues.
