Hard to do a review on this book. No I did not like it. Found it hard to read. Some stuff I thought this is ok I agree, much I thought not sure where we are with this. I suppose that puts me into a 'not in the right position' from the book writer's point of view. I found the book very self absorbed, it kind of creates a culture of me, me me. What's really important is me. Now that does not mean I think that me as a person, or the individual is unimportant, but I think that we need to be more concerned for the welfare of others than this book would lead one too. I also find the idea of insulting, i.e kicking the devil is very juvenile, seems to me that heaven has more respect for the demonic than Ian does. I.e. Daniel 10:11-13, “And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling. Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia [a demon] withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael [an archangel], one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.” So no not my best read and maybe as a friend said to me is this a sort of gnostic view?
Wow! I have read volume 1 and 2 in reverse order and get both are excellent. Easily understood and easy to activate. I give it give stars. I chose this rating against the knowledge I am receiving from Bible College instructors who have also analyzed these books.
I chose this rating due to collaboration with instructors at Bible College. I enjoyed the clarity of the writing style used. The format with the prayer of activation is practical and effective.
There’s no rushing through a book like this. So much revelation. I’m changed. Hallelujah. I’m looking forward to reading the next volume, which has already been purchased. There so much more to learn, know, and experience in the Kingdom of God.
Ian Clayton is a forerunner in the things of the Spirit. I finished the book a couple of months ago and now I'm reading through it again, gleaning even more the second time through.
