Great book. Lots of nice explanations and ideas to push PD into the 21st century. Investing in your teachers, creating time, and personalizing learning are the main takeaways. As expected Thomas Murray delivers! Great read for any educator looking to advance their learning.

This was a practical, quick read. This book confirmed many of my philosophies, and stated research to back them. The premise that administration so be a guide in professional learning, not a dictator, is good concept to adapt.
