Get Results from Your Very First Experience
You will learn ten practical and immediately effective techniques that require little effort, no knowledge, no mind, no emotions, and not even the belief in the process itself. Results begin immediately and continue to grow long after this book is set aside. Written as if you are right there with him, Dr. Kinslow will enlighten and inspire you to the joys, the possibilities, and the power of doing nothing.
In your hand you hold the answers to these questions: • Why is happiness so hard to hold on to? • Can positive thinking actually be negative? • What can I do to form a perfect relationship? • Can suffering be reduced or eliminated? • How can the three phases of transformation enrich my life? • Is there such a thing as universal love? • Can I really turn my life around in just 90 days?
Dr. Frank Kinslow has been a chiropractic physician and a teacher for the Deaf. He is a Doctor of Clinical Spiritual Counseling and developer of the Quantum Entrainment® process, a scientific procedure that promotes rapid healing. He is author of several bestselling books on awareness and healing including The Secret of Instant Healing and The Secret of Quantum Living. Frank is a Hay House author and hosts a weekly radio program on Hay House Radio every Wednesday at 1 PM Eastern Standard Time. (Beginning July 13, 2011). He travels worldwide teaching and lecturing about the life altering benefits of the Quantum Entrainment. Frank lives with his wife Martina in Sarasota, Florida.
Kinslow tells us that the reason for this work is to present the EuStillness Technique. In his other books he told us of the Eufeeling Technique and I now find it easy to attain this though I had a difficult period. You get a euphoric feeling of bliss, love, peace or some other pleasant feeling.
But I don’t really understand the EuStillness Technique. It is apparently more effective than the Eufeeling Technique.
I can look into things and see stillness and look into my body and see stillness, as he advises. But I don’t understand what makes it into the Eu-bit of the Stillness. I don’t get any euphoric feeling.
He offers us a whole range of techniques – the Nothing Technique, the Stop-Hand Technique, the Coin Technique, etc etc. But I don’t see the point of them.
He also offers various healing techniques which presuppose that you have learnt how to get into EuStillness; but he tells us how to do this, of course.
There is a chapter devoted to “the negative side of positive thinking”. Kinslow does not believe in the Law of Attraction. I appreciate Kinslow’s Eufeeling Technique and am prepared to believe that performing it and/or the EuStillness Technique can heal. But as regards his views on the Law of Attraction and its existence or non-existence, I feel that Abraham as channelled by Esther Hicks is a much more credible authority.
I agree with Kinslow that we shouldn’t deny the existence of negative things. We should accept the reality of problems but focus on resolving them.
Kinslow has mentioned his disbelief in the Law of Attraction previously. It’s a sort of idée fixe with him.
At the end, we find a chapter about what he calls the theory of transformation, which is rather hard to follow.
I agree with him that the world can be saved by our all developing universal love (of course!) but this is easier said than done. He informs us that EuStillness is the basis of universal love, and Eufeeling is its expression.
In the glossary, EuStillness is defined as “Absolute Stillness. Unexpressed universal love. The lens through which pure awareness creates. The perception of Eufeeling before it takes form in the mind. (Also known as Pure Eufeeling.)”
I wouldn’t really recommend this particular book but would refer those interested in quantum entrainment and/or Eufeeling to his earlier books, e.g. “Eufeeling”.
Jer nije. Drugim riječima, sve ono što on tvrdi da je "otkrio", ovi drugi koje je on očigledno krivo shvatio, to već odavna podučavaju.
A truly enjoyable read. The author write in a friendly conversational tone, that I found highly enjoyable about things that tie into a subject I’m keenly interested in ... the quality of my life experience, and experiences.
To me this was like painfully sieving for anything useful through 180+ pages of what felt like utter quack; the thing contains too many invented words along with what seems pseudoscientific blabber to me. I'm not sure why I finished it, maybe I was both amazed and incredulous it was this bad.
This is the latest of the author's books related to QE, and in this book the process is changed slightly and presented as an 'improvement', called 'EuStillness'. The book contains a number of techniques, which are slight variations on the previous QE processes, and all relate to resting in 'pure stillness' with the context of some practical application. Strangely, I feel the author actually went backwards with this book. I felt much better with his previous books and methods on QE, which were simple and effective. In this book, it seems as if he were attempting to improve things, and only ended up further complicating the method, and adding an unnecessary step of moving from 'eufeeling' into 'eustillness', which are really the same thing. Even the first method 'the Nothing technique' seems a complicated version of the former method of stopping thoughts. As the book progresses, things get more complex, with final techniques related to decision making, transformation and other ideas. The author's previous few works were brilliant, but in presenting this as a 'step beyond QE', I just can't see how that works or is as effective in simplicity, apart from giving some novelty to his material and confusing the whole situation. Hopefully, the author rectifies his 'system' over the coming years and goes back to the simplicity which he recommends.
