What a life changing experience! I love this book. I found it very easy to follow and understand. Is the program easy. Yes and No. Read the book and try it for yourself. My husband and I were at a point in our life and we had to do something. His doctor gave us a list of 5 different programs and the Whole 30 was at the top of the list. The doctor said pick one and stick to it, and we did. I feel so much better, I never want to go back to eating like we were.
