For a “brand name” cookbook surprisingly few recipes featured a brand name or any clue where the recipe came from. But I found a lot of recipes that look good and within the amount of effort I’m willing to put into cooking. The table of contents isn’t terribly helpful - some very similar recipes appear in different categories. And there are no dessert recipes which is kind of strange for a cookbook. But I’m very happy with the number of recipes I found for the way I cook and eat.
