Highly enjoyable read by Susan Stephens.

4 Stars! ~ After a very bitter divorce, journalist Charlotte Clare decided an extended vacation on a lessor known Greek island would be the ticket. Three weeks have quickly gone by, and Charlotte is struggling to find inspiration for an article; until she spies Iannis Kiriakis, a man so absolutely stunning he could easily be a Greek God. And as he and the other fishermen set their nets, Charlotte begins her fantasy and words begin to flow on paper. Iannis is curious of the beautiful woman and sets out to meet her. Instantly the sparks fly, and Iannis begins his seduction. Charlotte feels guilty that she's writing an article drawing on her experiences with him. Iannis too is keeping a secret, he's not a run-of-the-mill fisherman, he's a shipping magnate with interests around the world. And when he discovers the article Charlotte is writing, he is furious.
Ms. Stephens has written a very enjoyable story that sweeps you up. Iannis is very cynical and immediately draws conclusions that place Charlotte in a dark light. It's very important to him to hold on to the privacy of his island retreat. Charlotte is determined to never be a doormat to a man again, and she battles her will against Iannis. Ms. Stephens artfully allows us to see into both Charlotte and Iannis which helps make the seven day romance credible. I love Charlotte's spunk! At times she is quite fearless.

«No dejemos que la ambición se burle del trabajo duro, las alegrías del hogar y las incertidumbres del destino»
Más allá de una seducción, fue una complacencia. Esta historia narra el placer de una mujer por su trabajo y la soledad. Y el amor de un hombre por la tranquilidad y su respeto por sus antepasados. Es la unión de dos seres casi solitarios, buscando la tranquilidad del mar, de las actividades sencillas y honestas, quienes dentro de un escondite estratégico para cada uno, logran amalgamar sus increíbles temperamentos.
Dentro de la narración, existe el trabajo y la intensión de crear un artículo para una revista que a mi parecer, de ejecutarse en nuestra realidad, sería estupendo leer: “El pescador de Iskos”; una parte de Seducción Griega que convierte este libro de Susan Stephens en muestra de originalidad.
Aquí, al igual que la protagonista del libro anterior, no se trata de una joven sin experiencia. A contrario de muchas, Charlotte ya ha estado casada, y a pesar de ella enarbolar que le faltaba emoción a su vida sexual, nos muestra un despliegue de sapiencia que sorprende.
