It also explain of harassement and treating with colleagues with good manager. this book is made for anyone who does not have experience or new to a company. Must read the company policy. Finally a lot of sample form to show you how to be always alert. excellent book for those who does not have experience and want to improve themselves.
This should be mandatory reading for anyone that wants to do employee relations within HR. I wish I had read this at the beginning of my career. It completely breaks down the process for progressive discipline and the case law and legislation that drive this process. It's also an easily digestible. I recommend this book to all my colleagues that are starting their career.
