I think this book is a great way to identify and start to deal with being codependent. It gives many clear examples and lays out ways of changing your behavior in easy to understand steps. I would have liked it if they had spent more time on setting boundaries and what that looks like, but overall I found it very helpful and informative.
Very good, tangible advice to overcome a tricky problem. I really like the RECOVER steps that are laid out. Some typographical errors took me out of it (that’s a me problem) but overall a very good starting place to look at codependency and how to remove yourself.
