I found this book while just browsing and decided to try it. So glad I did. It talks about how deception works and how people use it in real life. Very eye opening. It is not like other books that just say "lying is bad." This one actually breaks it down and explains how and why people deceive others. I learned a lot just from the first few chapters. Some of it made me realize I had been fooled by people before without even knowing it. Now I feel like I can spot it better. The chapters are short so it is easy to read a little at a time. It does not feel boring at all. Finished it in two days. Worth a Read!!
i learned to be eviiiilll with this book....haha actually this book made me realize how shady people can be. Plus how smart you and ambitious you should be about succeeding in life. You got to stand out in this world. If you roll with the bunches you'll become lost. You always have to have a good reputation or if you have a certain reputation you better use it to your advantage (damn im evil hahaha). This book will expose and teach you alot about the real world. One of my first books i really read and enjoyed. it motivated me to keeping learning about myself and people. i highly recommend it.
“The Deceiver's Bible: 7 Ruthless Dark Psychology Tactics for Mind Control, Manipulation, and Ultimate Power” is quite a loaded title for a book that is honestly just fluff. There’s nothing in here that isn’t widely known, and it was difficult to get through despite being just under 100 pages. It’s just a collection of surface level information with a catchy title, but I have to say I find that clever the way I was manipulated by the title into thinking I would get more out of it. Well played!
Edit: I feel like it’s worth mentioning, the author reached out to me asking me to change my review (against author guidelines).
