This fairy tale is my daughter's favourite story!! I have read various Riding Hood to her everyday and she doesn't get bored. She will still bring same when we go to bed. This was her first book which I read to her when she was just 7 months old. A perfect book for bed time story with Happy and Funny ending. Illustrations are cute with a lesson never talk to a strangers for small kid. Some words are rhyming which makes story more fun for younger kids. Got this from Amazon and good value of money for a daughter who is big Riding Hood Fan!!

This was a great shortened version of Little Red Riding Hood. I’ve always thought this was such a morbid story, and it is, but the illustrations in the particular version make the story seem more innocent. They were such cute pictures. It makes the story seem more acceptable for younger ages.

The story takes place in a cottage at the end of the forest. Little red riding hood brings her sick grandma a basket of food. The wolf eats grandma and little red riding hood and the wood cutter came and the wolf got embarrassed. In the classroom, could have the students re write the ending of the story.

I like this version of Little Red Riding Hood because the wolf doesn't get cut open.
