Turtles and snails together in one book. Also, some tortoises and box turtles. The turtle skeleton depiction was helpful. Don't overlook the snails either. Frogs in the same series a strong companion piece. Frogs also has toads in it.

This book is aimed for kids. It has fun see through pages that show different views of the animal. For example you'll see the top of the turtle on one side of the page, turn the page over and you see the underside of the turtle. Both my kids enjoyed looking at this book and I'm going to look for more like it.
