He’s big. He’s broody. And he’s about to show her exactly how hard lumberjacks fall.
SALLY I did not expect to spend the night stranded with my walking, talking lumberjack fantasy. Nope. I was supposed to deliver a stupid part, get a glimpse of his grumpy, growly self, and go home to swoon in peace.
But the universe had other plans.
A storm. A fallen tree. One ridiculously isolated cabin.
And him.
Landry McAllister. The eldest of six hulking, broody lumberjack brothers. The man I’ve been secretly crushing on since the first time he stepped into the hardware store, all flannel and muscles and scowls.
Now it’s just the two of us. The tension’s thicker than pancake batter, and his stare? Hotter than a campfire in July. I should be terrified. But I’m not. Because when Landry looks at me like that, like he’s barely holding himself back... I kind of hope he doesn’t.
LANDRY I’ve wanted her since the moment I laid eyes on her.
Too young. Too soft. Too damn tempting.
So, I kept my distance. I built walls. Focused on the business, my brothers, the logging company.
Then she showed up at my cabin, all curves and bright eyes, delivering a part I didn’t even care about. And when a fallen tree blocked the only way out, trapping us together for the night…
I knew I was done pretending.
She doesn’t belong in my world—rough hands, cold nights, and a man who’s been alone too long to know how to be anything else.
But none of that matters. Because now that she’s here, there’s no way in hell I’m letting her go.

Falling for the Lumberjack is Book 1 of the multi-authored Sexy Lumbersnacks Series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, grumpy-sunshine, one-bed, mutual pining, forced proximity, curvy girl gets her lumberjack romance. Sally is a sassy, snarky, no-nonsense, curvy girl who works at the local hardware store. Landry is a burly, hunky, grumpy lumberjack. The two have both been crushing on each other for some time, but Landry feels he's not good enough. When she delivers an order, though, she ends up stranded during a storm with him, stuck in a one room logger cabin. Landry tries to resist, but Sally keeps pushing until his control snaps... and it's hot. The inner monologues of these two were hysterical, the chemistry was hot, and the ending was so happy. I hope we get books for all the brothers. I loved it.

Wonderful! This was a nice, quick short read. I enjoyed this book.
Landry and Sally have known one another for a while. Sally works at the hardware store while Landry owns his own lumber company. When Sally is out making a delivery to Landry she can see him waiting when she pulls into his place. After Sally gives Landry his part he was waiting on it starts to rain. Soon a bad thunderstorm hits, Landry has to pull Sally out of the way when a big tree comes down. Landry takes Sally inside where they’ll have to wait out the storm. Landry makes them soup and Sally questions where they’ll both sleep since there’s only one bed. Landry takes the couch while Sally takes the bed. Landry tells Sally to take off her wet clothes so she does. Landry gives Sally a shirt of his to wear and tells her to get some sleep. The next day it’s still storming out and Landry’s brother’s can’t make it up the mountain. So Landry and Sally are stuck for another day. Sally tries to pass the time by looking at all the things around the room. When they head to bed, Landry lyes awake, he can’t take it anymore. Landry goes to the bed and tells Sally if she doesn’t want him she needs to tell him. Landry pleasures Sally then they make love. The next morning Sally wakes up hearing trucks coming up the mountain. Landry tells Sally to get dress while he goes and talks to his brother’s. When Sally steps out the door Landry’s brother’s are shocked when they see her. Six months later, Landry and Sally are married and now live in his cabin. Landry wants to get started with a family. They have time to start a family they have forever together.

This was a very enjoyable read. I did have some laughs. Sally (her name always makes me think of Nightmare Before Christmas) she was new to the Lone Mountain town. She actually had a job at the hardware store and seemed to know what she was talking about. She would have to make deliveries to Landry McAllister of Lone Mountain and she felt he never liked her. He was always grumpy. She had this thing for him and he never seemed to pay attention to her. Upon leaving work she had to make a delivery and lo and behold it was up the mountain road to Landry’s office. When Sally was driving up there a storm was on its way. So she pulls in and… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊

Sally has the hugest crush on Landry, but she has no clue because he's always super grumpy. Until one day she has to make a delivery to his work site, and suddenly a storm rolls in and they are stuck there, and he can't resist her any more.
I really enjoyed this story! The authors are new to me and it was a short but very entertaining read. The characters had a lot of chemistry and the plot moved along well. I will definitely read more books from the authors and I would love to read more about these Mcallister brothers!.

And it is, but the biggest storm is not the weather, it's the final snap of Landry's control as Sally breaks through his walls and pushes him over the edge! Their chemistry is like a pressure cooker that gradually builds with each sarcastic retort, every flash of skin, every hungry look until Landry can't control the fire burning within him and he claims, consumes, devours and worships Sally and all her curves in the most delicious way. It wouldn't work for everyone, but for Sally and Landry their sarcasm and verbal jousting is like foreplay....the calm before the storm! A steamy read on Kindle Unlimited.
Instalove for Sally and Landry but neither one wants to admit it, instead they tease each other. A storm is brewing as she delivers a part. Unfortunately, the storm hits, a tree falls and she is stuck with Landry. Now they forced to spend the night together. Will this make or break their friendship or lead it to a relationship with HEA? The chemistry between them is intense and made it an enjoyable read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review

I love this multi-author series - Sexy Lumbersnacks. And I loved Sally and Landry's romance - they both have had crush on each other from the moment they first met 6 month ago. And now Mother Nature decides to step in. Will his walls go down at last? Will he show what behind his stoic exterior? Intense, well written short and steamy read. Enjoyed it.

Landry has wanted Sally since the first time he saw her. He doesn’t feel like his lifestyle will support a relationship so he fights it. Sally wants Landry but all he does is grunt and scowl at her. She delivers some parts to him up the mountain, getting stranded due to a storm knocking trees across the road. Read to find out what happens next. Hea.
Landry is a no nonsense emotionally closed lumberjack. And sally is just the snarky comback queen to shake him loose and make him break. Throw in a mountain storm and downed trees to block anyones retreat and voila- HEA.
