Amazing results

I've done three cycles over the past 24 hours. I felt a complete shift in energy after the very first cycle and it continues to amaze me each time thereafter. I am committed to continuing for this energy boost alone but am also looking forward to seeing what positive health results I find after doing it for more time. I appreciate that the authors presented it all in a quick read rather than dragging it out

Although this is a very interesting book and I would never detract from the efficacy of the Chi Method, this is a difficult book to follow. The illustrations are not clear and its hard to determine what position on the body to do the tapping. There is a video on the internet that perhaps maybe more helpful or private instruction maybe a viable alternative.

Hi, I am a little bit confused at the statt as it says women start from above left breast over to right, then there is a pic of the left shoulder? Then it says always start on the left side, ?

Should we just swap over after the diagonal tapping before trapping down the arm, wanted to greet this straight before Istart thanks Geri

It's a great book to improve health by giving just 5 minutes of a day. I tried it for two days and felt an increase in my energy level. I will definitely give these 5 minutes everyday for my health and well being.
Images were very helpful and Videos too!

Great book.

Easy to follow, time tested techniques. Clear and concise, right to the point. This book seemed to give you exactly what you need to hammer out a 5 minute boost just like the title says. Recommended.

Lovely learning

This book was an excellent way to refresh my mind on the power of utilizing and moving Chi through tapping, touch and movement to create sensation.

If Sifu William Lee were a skilled baseball player, he would win a batting title. This is because to win a batting title is a testament of skill, but more so, simplicity. And you can have all the skill in the world, but if you don’t keep things simple, you will become your worst enemy.

5-Minute Chi Boost by Sifu William Lee, takes a very pragmatic approach into the discipline of Chi and how to learn simple ways of employing it.

Like his previous two books, Total Chi Fitness [review here] and Healing Chi Mediation [review here], Lee provides the reader with a sound manual that’s as incisive as it is no-nonsense.

As his previous works, Lee commences the manual with the what’s and why’s that pertain to Chi. These help the reader understand what Chi is, how it can be employed, and so on.

From there, Lee explains the five pressure point methods, which can be applied in specific locales on the body, as well as preparations the reader should do to maximize the efficiency of the exercises.

The techniques within the book 5-Minute Chi Boost, while seemingly unconventional, have helped me personally achieve additional energy and focus. Out of all three of the books reviewed by me of Lee, it’s been the most helpful, although admittedly it’s also the quickest/simplest to employ, which is why it’s often used.

Speaking simply, if you want to add energy to your life in a simple and yet measurable way, get this book. Its benefits will be proportional to your effort, but the best part is that it doesn’t take too much effort to employ these techniques, which is why the book is getting more noticed.

Time will show of it deserves the 5th star

Just started the 5 minute process and I feel much better(currently battling a cold). Almost immediately my sinuses released and my body felt lighter. I feel better but would like to try this a few more times to see if it's the process or just the fact I'm moving around a little bit. Overall, worth the download!

This book was easy to read but it read like an essay. I wasn't sure if it was entirely true.

I'll have to see if the other books make sense.
