FULL LENGTH NOVEL

Sheriff Griffin Sawyer likes his town quiet and his life uncomplicated. Fishing – alone - on a serene and sunny afternoon is one of his favorite things to do. So is coming home to a place that isn’t littered with cosmetics, clothes, and panties. After growing up one of ten children, sharing his bathroom, his closet, or his thermostat is not high on his to-do list. Women have their place. Just not his place.

Jazz Oliver wants to be a star. Unfortunately, Hollywood hasn’t been kind. The day she loses out on the part of a lifetime is also the day she gets fired from her crappy waitress job. Down and out and deep in debt, she’s desperate for money and a big break. It’s the only reason she’s allowed herself to be signed up as a contestant on a reality show in some backwater town in Montana.

From their first meeting, the attraction simmers between the sheriff and the Hollywood starlet. Jazz knows Griffin needs his space, and he knows she will only be in town a short while. The one thing they both want? More of the hot, sultry nights they’ve been sharing. When they’re together their differences don’t seem to be any problem at all.

But when casual, naughty fun turns into something more, Griffin is stumped as to what to do. Having spent most of his adult life keeping women at arm’s length, he doesn’t know how to get one to stay. He needs to find a way to convince her – and himself – that he’s finally ready to share everything. Even the remote control.

Publisher’s warning: This book contains hot sex scenes with a bossy alpha male cowboy cop, an actress turned deputy, and some steamy fun in the bathtub and on a fishing boat.

Series description:
The Cowboy Justice Association is a group of eight lawmen in Montana who work together to keep the peace. If only they could find that peace in their own lives.

Sheriff Griffin Sawyer's quiet town and quiet life is disrupted when his superiors decide to let a reality show film in town, bringing plenty of Hollywood types, including actress Jazz Oliver. But when one of the contestants is killed, Griffin's job becomes doubly hard.

This is another solid entry into the Cowboy Justice Association series. Griffin is smart, determined, but stuck in his ways, so spontaneous Jazz makes a great foil for him. They're a good couple, and the mystery is interesting enough to keep readers guessing until the very end.

Sheriff Griffith Sawyer likes his solitude, his job and his town. Or he did ... until the town council tells him he either has to fire a deputy or agree to be part of the reality show where the audience will select a new deputy for him and the revenue would pay for a deputy. Unfortunately the council gives Griffith information in bits and pieces, shredding his legendary patience which Jazz also put to the test.

Potential starlet and far too often waitress Jazz Oliver is having a miserable day. It started with her losing out on a part that was perfect for her and ended with her losing her waitressing job. Jazz had planned to buy food with this paycheck and pay rent with the next. Luckily a reality show she turned down before is offered again. At least it can resolve her immediate money woes and maybe kick-off her career.

Mutual attraction springs up between Griffith and Jazz and they've got to decide if they're going to play it up for the cameras or deny it. In tiny Hope Lake, there's no way they can hide it. As part of the show the pair has to work together and naturally become much closer especially when danger and notoriety come to visit. But they're both afraid of getting involved in a relationship that can't last.

Griffith has a surprisingly small amount of baggage for a committed bachelor even for this series and doesn't put up a lot of fuss. The only thing Jazz has in LA is more of the same and in Hope Lake there's Griffith. Meanwhile, Dare Turner and Evan Davis leave their jobs to become sheriffs in neighboring towns This easy to get into read has likable characters and a fun storyline. A great lazy afternoon read.

Reading Olivia Jaymes Cowboy Justice Association is better than watching an episode of Texas Ranger

Cowboy Famous is book 4 of the Cowboy Justice Association series by Olivia Jaymes. Having just finished Olivia's boxset containing books 1-3 of this magnificently written series, I did not hesitate to purchase the next book in the series. I was pleased I did!

Cowboy Famous continues the story of a group of bachelor small-town sherriffs who have gotten together monthly to review the issues affecting public safety and law and order in their communities. From Olivia Jaymes' creative imagination, she has developed a group of hunky alpha males, who are the best lawmen in their communities. But when it comes to women and relationships, they are perfectly flawed, just waiting to be knocked off their high horses by women they never saw coming. Olivia Jaymes' female protagonists are testimony to her brilliant character development skills! For each male, she has developed a woman who, though the exact opposite of her hero, fits a hole in his heart perfectly.

This is especially true of her hero in Cowboy Famous, Sherrif Griffin Sawyers. Griffin likes his sleepy little town in Montana to be quiet and orderly enough to allow him to go fishing whenever he wants. However, Jazz Oliver is a hot mess of a woman trying desperately to make it in Hollywood. The day they meet fireworks explode and poor Griffin's life will never be the same!

Cowboy Famous is a lively romp through mishaps that can occur when Hollywood and "reality" TV collide with small town country people in Montana. Olivia Jaymes was able to bring this setting to life and balanced some hillarious laugh out loud experiences with romance and love scenes that burned up the sheets. There was also a substory of lies, deceit, and murder mystery that kept me glued to the book while ignoring a ton of housework I needed to do.

I love how Olivia Jaymes makes a story seem so real, believable, and relatable that for long moments of time, I get lost in an alternate reality. It is like I am not just watching a made for TV movie, I am actively participating in it. I am so caught up in this series that I immediately bought book five and can't wait to meet another member of the Cowboy Justice Association.

Oh how I’ve missed my sexy cowboy lawmen. I’ve loved this series for a few years now and have slowly been adding the books to my collection. I was over the moon to see they were added to KU so I could finally read the ones I was missing. I have to say that this is the only series I have ever read out of order and I regret nothing. Each book is a standalone and whilst some of the characters over lap, there is alway just enough back story added that you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. I’m sure if I go back and read the whole series in order I probably see a whole new dimension to it.

Ok, so Jazz and Griffin, wow! I wasn’t sure how a sherif romance was going to work with a reality tv show woven in, but Olivia Jaymes has worked her magic, love, humour and suspense. An unsolved murder and s new murder and then a kidnapping, it’s about as intense as I get. 😂 I loved every minute of it. I love how the men are all totally alpha and adamant they don’t want a woman in their lives and then they go and fall hard. Everything Griffin said he didn’t want he found he wanted more than anything with Jazz and hated when she gave him what he said he wanted. I also loved how strong and fearless Jazz was. She took everything in her stride and was so brave.

I have totally enjoyed being back with the Sheriffs and I can’t wait to read the next book and the new spin off series coming soon.

Two murders.

I love this series and the bad ass sheriffs in Montana. Griffin is one of 6 small town sheriffs working together to eliminate crime in their respective towns. Griffin likes quiet and solitude. So when his city council agrees to host a reality TV show in their town focusing on try outs for the role of deputy, Griffin is way out of his comfort zone. Jazz is one of the contestants, an actress from LA in need of money and a break. Even though there is chemistry between Griffin and Jazz from the beginning, Griffin’s integrity will not let him cross a line. At least initially. But a cold case, a murder in the cast, and multiple suspects soon change their relationship and so much more. I love the relationship between the sheriffs and can’t wait to read the next one.

Fame is not all its cracked up to be...

Sheriff Griffin Sawyer just wants his town of Hope Lake quiet and unchanged. What he gets is a reality TV show in his town so he can "win" himself a new deputy and also a monetary windfall for his town. To top it off Jazz Oliver is a spunky, intelligent blonde contestant who is only here to help her acting career and pay off some bills. The chemistry between the Sheriff and Jazz soon becomes a driving force in the reality show, until a murder mystery in this sleepy little town turns everything sideways, bringing the Sheriff up short and putting Jazz in mortal danger. Quick witted and fast paced this is an interesting and gripping story that brings the world of realty TV into the real world.

Best Yet + Page Turner

Make sure you have time to read this book because it is hard to put down once you start it. Of her first four books in her Cowboy Justice Association this is the best yet. It was definitely a page turner. The hero and heroine were worth rooting for and seemed like able characters. The premise for the story was fun with reality show being filmed in a small town.

Love this CJA series!

Griffin and Jazz are fantastic characters I'd like to know. Actually, I'd like to sit in on the next "meeting" to hear what's going on, especially with the 2 new additions.
A reality show in Griffin's town, what a hoot! Mister, I love boring, quiet, & fishing. Jazz wants to be a star, which relates back to her childhood, damn parents can mess up their kids.
Griffin's family, his Mom, is the best! Enjoy this one! 📚🎉❤️🌻

Sheriff Griffin Sawyer. WOW!

Griffin Sawyer is verrry appealing. Griffin and Jazz have chemistry immediately.

Jazz is in Montana for a reality show and Griffin cannot believe he will have pure chaos in his calm little town. He also is having trouble ignoring a contestant.

Trouble ensues and attraction can be difficult to shake.

I think I am moving to Montana!

Good book

I've been reading this series, and loving them! But I was disappointed that I stumbed onto grammatical errors, and words repeated in a sentence where I had to read it a second or third time for it to make sense. Hopefully this series isn't downhill from here......

What to do when a reality show and murder come to your small town? That is the question that this book solves. Its a crazy journey but a good one. Enjoyed the chemistry and characters. Plus the updates.

This is the 4th book in the series. It is the story of Sheriff Griffin Lawson and actress Jazz Oliver. Financially struggling town forces reality show on Sheriff Lawson. Competitors compete to be hired as Sheriff Lawson’s new deputy. Murder and romance happen.

There’s nothing missing when it comes to the characters portrayed in each of the Cowboy Justice Association books. They are well developed without the need for everyone to have a tortured past that dictates their lives. Griffin’s reasons for his preferred solitude are real and understandable, and even though Jazz has some insecurities from her childhood, they haven’t crippled her outlook on life.

This story had everything; the expected sexual tension between the primary characters, but it also had mystery, suspense and emotional growth. I laughed, cheered and cried with our hero, but mostly I prayed that he wouldn’t let fear rule his heart.

Another well rounded story that covered all aspects of the plot and left nothing unexplained. Ms Jaymes is definitely on a winner with this series and has me totally addicted to her sexy Lawmen and their Montana towns.
