A cute read. I think it was meant to be a little angsty, but to me it wasn't. Charis was feeling Tyren, but he looked too similar to her type which had steered her wrong in the past so she was hesitant to try with him. Tyren was definitely feeling Charis and flirted with her every chance he got. When they finally have a break through Charis is questioning if it's real while Tyren is extremely sure. Their push and pull although unnecessary added to their connection.

Ughh…. Charis got on my nerves with her hardheaded ass!!🤯 I don’t know if she deserved happiness or a Valentine. Tyren was front and center, flirting, giving her all the signs he was interested, and practically waving the D in her face, but she was oblivious to it all. Or was she? Just scared and for what? Girl, closed mouths don’t get fed. What the problem is? 🤦🏾♀️
Tyren has been checking for Charis for a minute, and he senses her hesitancy. However, he still comes to the coffee shop daily and unnecessarily to get a glimpse of the woman who has him in a chokehold. OK so this was a cute little slow burn... I love the back and forth between Charis and Tyren...they literally wanted each other but were being equally stubborn in connecting...but when it finally came to a head it was explosive...this was a nice speedy v day read...def give it ur time...if u need something quick and light cause it def put a smile on my face😁

This was a cute little Valentine’s Day romance. A little slow burn with push and pull from both MCs. Both in their heads and struggled to communicate their feelings. I wish there was a little more progression of their relationship in the epilogue.

Charis was clearly trying to move on not just from a broken heart but from the rebuild that comes with choosing wrong. She wanted to protect her heart and dust off her cobwebs. Tyren 🥰 magnetic, flirty and very aware of the effect he had on her. That man knew exactly what he was doing and the tension between them was chef’s kiss. I love a confident man!!!
Their push and pull was fun to watch because it felt real. Charis wanted him but she didn’t trust wanting him. Tyren wanted her but he wasn’t going to beg to be chosen. The moment he clocked her interactions with Ethan it was clear Charis was settling for safe even though safe didn’t deserve her softness her depth or her heart.
I'm not gonna lie I had to chuckle a bit listen the universe was absolutely cutting up by sending Ethan and Tyren into that coffee shop at the same time. That wasn’t coincidence that was fate saying, Pick wisely this time. 👀 What she do pick wrong and the universe said aht aht uno reverse 😂😂😂

This was such a cute and fluffy read. Tyren was fine as hell yet he was a Cinnamon Roll MMC, the best of both worlds. Tyren finds himself drawn to Charis whom is a barista that has moved into his building. Charis is also attracted to Tyren yet has sworn off relationships and is looking for something more casual. One night stand and one magical latte seems to complicate things beyond what either of them expected. KC Mills is a genius when it comes to crafting a clever plot and as always the characters are so edgy and well developed. This was perfect for the valentine season. I would recommend this to any reader that is looking for a quick read, a fluffy romance with a twist, or a pallet cleanser.

I think I have a new favorite with these short stories!!! I loved Charis and Tyren. The coffee shop romance when both work opposite shifts and both are home bodies!! The fact that Tyren had been plotting on Charis for months without out right just asking her on a date or letting his intentions be known. Baby girl just knew she wanted something different but a good or swap gave her just what she needed.
They got on my nerves with the push pull back and forth. However they really deserved each other in the best way. How y’all do the cat and mouse and live so close is beyond me. Tyren really was the sweetest and I’m glad the one night Charis decided to let her hair down she got everything and more.

This was a cute and quick read. I liked these two together and was glad they finally had a discussion and put it all on the table because Charis was about to get on my nerves stressing about that recipe and overthinking things. It was clear to see that Tyren was interested in Charis from the beginning and that she liked him as well, but she was scared of getting her heart broken again. I liked that Tyren stepped up and took the initiative to get her to go on their first date and again when he confronted her after their time together.
This was a cute and quick read. The Possibility of Love
I have really enjoyed the Recipe for Love Series from start to finish. I enjoyed some more than others but they all fit the theme together. I like that Tyren took the initiative to pursue Charis because he wanted to be the only man in her life. Charis knew from the beginning that Ethan wasn’t the one for her and that Tyren was all the man that she needed and wanted. The epilogue was kind of blasé and missing some juiciness in my opinion.
