C.R. Averett (she/her) is a former children's book editor at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers and the James Patterson Presents imprint. When she's not reading or writing (which is rarely), she's probably over-analyzing movies/TV shows or playing with her pandemic-kittens (who are now adult cats, somehow). so after researching this, i've determined it's everything i've ever wanted. aro/ace-spec main characters, autistic rep (!!!!), perfectionist overachiever + introverted book nerd, complicated sister relationship, similar to loveless by alice oseman, possibly qpr-aligned romance? i actually can't describe how much i need this book right now
