Tub Toys

Rate this book
The water's running, bubbles bubbling, time to grab some toys. One duck, two trucks, three bottles...how much can a tub hold? Even the bath-shy will relish the rambunctious rhymes in this ballad of a bubble-loving bather and his over-the-top attempts to assemble his army of toys. Good to the last--surprise!--drop.

Funny story. My kids were laughing and eager to see what would come into the tub next. We thought it's best that it's written by a mother-son team!

Within fifteen minutes of bringing this book into our home, we'd already read it three times! My kids (4-1/2 and 2) both adored the rollicking rhymes and the colorful illustrations. I know which book we're going to be reading at bedtime tonight!

This book has illustrations that spark imagination. The concept may be one that has been done before and will be done again but so far, this is my favorite---a boy fills his tub so full of toys that there is no room for him. Has some counting in it but def not a counting book.

The illustrations are super weird and crazy, but I love them! The more toys in the tub, the better, right?
