Book 6 in the La Patron series,
As the story continues, finally Silas and Jasmine get to have their happy ending but due to some meddling people the threats continues...
This time the story features Tyrese and him meeting his mate and also about Asia (her having her own book.. 😏😉)
Its one hell of ride for Silas and Jasmine. The characters were great and as the plot is a little unpredictable w/ all the twists..
It was a great series and I enjoyed reading it 🙆🏻😊

NO NO NO NO NO.... This is not the way to end a book in a six book series. Where the hell is the closure? Nothing was closed in this book. Ok sure more people found mates but so what. Y0u can't end a series with a cliff hanger or more unanswered questions. It just can't happen. The story was still amazing and the intro to the new characters were ok even-though in the beginning it left me really confused about who was who and what was going on. There was at least two new story lines introduced in the book but not closure. I am so disappointed and read all of these books looking for answers and came up with little more than nothing.

I read this book in hrs. I love the La Beau series. I was shocked when I saw this on blackwomenlovetoread she did a small write up an after I read it, I went an brought the book, I am a true fan of Sydney Addae writing. The book was good, I'm glad there was mating going on can't wait til the next books of La Beau come out. I want Asia to find a new mate.

I didn't enjoy this one as well as the others simply because I grew impatient with the plot. It seemed a bit forced and out of the blue, however it did help to bring attention to how La Patron secured the future and well-being of the wolf nation. However, if we keep introducing new characters, regardless how engaging, were going to need a companion novel to keep up.

I love this series. I have yet to be disappointed. More characters to enjoy. You know a author has you hooked when you don't mind the cliffhanger. Keep writing and I shall keep buying. Well done. Do yourself a fan buy the books. Money well spent.

This book really cemented the deep commitment to each other Jasmine and La Patron have. She has become very powerful and it is time to formally be married. After recovering from an odd onset of female issues she has to let Tyrese go help the US government on her wedding celebration week. But not without misgivings that do turn out to be well founded. This book also shows the relationship with the black wolf packs in battling those against full and half bloods and the length of time this battle has been ongoing. Nothing sexier than a man who can move money around💸🙌🏾.

Fast paced with action and lots of romance, Jasmine and LaPatron one of my favorite couples.
I like the real life sass that Jasmine and her family bring too wolf nation, even as humans she holds her own including her wolf La Patron, the love, the passion and pissing her off ranks right up there with the battles.

Just when you think the series can't get no better, it just keeps exploding with kick a$$ goodness.
After all Silas and Jasmine have been through, we are now down to the 4 day mating ceremony between La Patron and his mate. Everything that has been going on; the threats to La Patron's leadership, the threats against his children and his mate, The assassination attempts and the list goes on and on. You would think people would have just given up and these people alone. But it is not to be so because "The Liege" are still on the scene and more determined than ever to infiltrate and bring down "The Alpha".
The newest threat and betrayal comes from none other than White House, The Joint Chiefs of Staff have called on Silas seeking to bring Tyrese in on a hostage situation in the country of Lyrill. They want him to allow Tyrese to go in and extract the hostages thus depositing them safely back to their father. Tyrese the always adventurous one says he will go as long as he is back before the ending of the mating ceremony. Silas reluctantly agrees on one condition, Tyrese is to be brought back on to American soil unharmed and back in time for the finishing of the mating ceremony.
Jasmine has been battling strange cramping and a heavy menstrual cycle for the past couple of days, not only that no one has been able to help her and it is just came out of nowhere. Medicines, potions nothing is working. On top of that she has to deal with her son leaving which she has a bad feeling about this assignment Tyrese is going on. Everyone chalks it up to her being hormonal and emotional (but a mother always knows when something isn't right). Unfortunately with Silas not listening to her, everything goes completely wrong and thus discovering the betrayal by the White House.
Silas not only has to deal with the betrayal and exacting his revenge, he now has an angry Mate that he now understands that Jasmine knows things and he has not only taken her for granted but has totally disregarded her knowledge. This leads to him now being on the outside of her and he is struggling to fix the mess he has gotten himself into not only with his mate but now setting up a rescue team to get Tyrese out of Lyrill.
On a happy note, Tyrese has met his mate Woot! Woot! I was wondering when that was going to happen for him and she is just perfect for him. But before the celebration of his mating and the mating ceremony can continue, he has to get out of the country and his rescue team. It seems also that Silas brother Angus may have met his mate as well but we will have to stay tuned for that.
Which sets up beautifully to roll into Asia's own story which is "Sword of Inquest (La Patron's Sword Book 1)" I am very happy to see she has her own story now. She has been afloat, misused and abused by "The Liege" and it is high time she gets payback for what was stolen and done to her.
This is an incredible continuation to this series and a great big congratulations to author Sydney Addae for keeping her fans in tuned to the wonderful world of "La Patron"

Love La Patron
This author has totally knocked my socks off! I've read all 6 of these books and each one got better. She has a way of taking down this road and you think it's going to be one thing and it's something completely different. The love between this couple and the love they have for their family is awesome. It takes a good man to take another man's son's and love them as his own...but that is what Silas Knight has done with his mates grown twin son's! And they know this and feel the same. This series is a must read BUT start at #1 so you get the whole story! GO hurry ..trust me you'll like it!

The mating celebration is staring and Jasmine is sick. Tyrese is sent on a mission under protest and Silas has promised Jasmine that Tyrese will be back before the end of the celebrations. With all that Silas and Jasmine have come up against so far, will the celebrations run smoothly for them? NO! The military that have sent for Tyrese have picked the wrong soldier set up. Jasmine and Silas have to work hard to find the threat and find out who is behind it.

I love this series!
I took a break to get some other reading dine but now I'm back. I really love this series! I can't say that enough!
Jasmine & Silas are awesome! So strong but able to be vulnerable with each other. And Jasmine doesn't take any shit! He needs to listen to his mate. Lol.
The family keeps growing and I look forward to seeing the pups/kids grow.

Answered a lot of questions from before. Good tie-in and good lead in for the next installment. I like storylines with a strong female lead. And I wanna find a wolf like Silas for me!

I love it when an author can put a new spin on the paranormal world and this series does so magnificently. She creates characters that are real and that you can't not cheer for. I can't wait to read more!!

It seems like the end of an era. We get some answers to questions, but now we have the place where they book splits off into the next cycle. Although I did like this series it at times felt drawn out... and the opposite was here. This felt alittle rushed for my tastes.

This is a review for books 1 thru 6. I give it a solid 4.75. This is an imaginative, awesome story with fantastic characters. Great series and I highly recommend it.
