Formerly Sex, Lies & Llamas

From the author of the Number 1 bestseller - No Bra Required

Molly Pearson doesn't have children, but as the Player Liaison Manager for a premiership football club, she does have twenty-two professional footballers and one jealous fiancé to take care of – which as far as she can see is quite similar. With having to deal with problems from players buying zoo animals as pets, to losing their false teeth and a whole lot more, Molly can’t wait for the season to end. But, her life becomes even more complicated, when the man who broke her heart six years earlier, comes back into her life. Hail the returning hero, Joe Bennett, now one of the best footballers in the world and the club’s most expensive signing. Every woman wants him, every man wants to be him, and he’s returned for one reason only – he wants Molly back.

With engaging characters, Sex, Lies & Llamas, is a humorous, yet sometimes sad romance depicting the difficulty in always doing the right thing, especially when love is involved.

Please note there are some mild sex scenes and bad language

I live in Cheshire with my husband, two dogs and mum in law and write romantic humour and contemporary romance. My first two books, Guess Who I Pulled Last Night? and No Bra Required both stayed at number 1 on the Amazon Humour list for 3 & 4 weeks respectively. My ambitions of becoming a writer started at the age of 10 when I started writing poetry at school, and was given the honour of reading one out to the rest of my year group (an horrific experience that I will never forget). Thankfully I have a wide variety of strange and wonderful people in my life, otherwise I'd be stuck on what to write about! I am currently talking to family and friends, finding out their innermost secrets in readiness for my next book.

My books are romances that come with a little more than vanilla sexy times, sometimes a few tears, lots of hot men and feisty women, but ultimately they'll make you smile.

This was AMAZING !!!

I really enjoyed this book the story was brilliant from the start to the very end. I was dying to know what was goin to happen between Joe and Molly. Things were crazy with them after the way things ended with them it wasn't goin to be good when they first saw each other again. But they were so hot together even when they tried to stay away from each other it didn't happen. There connection was just to strong but there was someone else in the way of what Joe wanted and that was Molly's fiancé Rob. Let not get me started on him or I'll be writing forever.

This book was funny, hot and had me on the edge of my seat. I would highly recommend this book. Nikki's alway create great stories that have your emotions up and down. You can be laughing one min and angry the next it's just what makes her books brilliant. Joe is definitely one of my favorites from her books this guy is just amazing. I'm looking forward to reading more of her books.

⚽️♥️ brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another incredibly heart warming, funny and gripping story from Nikki Ashton!

With football fever everywhere at the moment I couldn’t wait to start this book, instantly I was caught up in Molly’s world with the return of her superstar footballer ex boyfriend Joe who returns 6 years after breaking her heart to the football club she works at.

The story follows Molly as she tries to continue her life with fiancé Rob as well as the return of Joe! As she battles to keep her feelings for Joe locked up but Joe isn’t about to let Molly slip away again.

Absolutely incredible book and another I highly recommend! Especially for the laugh out moments of Tino 😂😂😂

So much action and lots of drama, this second chance romance had me riveted from start to finish. I fell in love with Joe and Molly. If there was ever a fictional couple that deserved their happy ever after, then it's these two. I experienced a myriad of feelings throughout, be it swooning at the cuteness over the two main characters, giggling at some of Tino’s actions, to concern and pure rage - I literally wanted to jump into my kindle and throttle one of the character’s, who I shall not name (I’ll let you work it out when you read it!). Together with Nikki Ashton’s easy, flowing writing style, this was a perfect story to shut out real life and get swept away into the characters' world.

What a drama filled book by Nikki Ashton!
Absolutely bursting at the seams the pages were full of drama angst love and heartbreak.
Yet more loveable characters.. some that make you want it all to work out for them...some you want to lock in a cupboard and keep them away from all others LOL
I can see why some others may not find this to be their favourite book by nikki but I do love myself a bit of a taboo subject.

Set in England and written by an English author. This is a pretty engaging romance with drama and a second chance at love. Told from Molly's POV. What happens when the man you fell for 6 years ago - then split up with over a scandal - comes back into your life, just as you're about to get married? This story is very 'real' in flavour and it does involve cheating and has lots of heartbreaking and surprising twists for the main characters, some action near the end and I enjoyed it.

A good easy read

This is my first book by Nikki Ashton. Great plot with lots of twists and turns. Have to point out I'm not usually a fan of reading about an affair but found this easy to read

Pretty engaging characters and though the situation is ridiculous, I enjoyed it in general. The epilogue needs to be longer and resolve all the issues because this feels like a stand alone novel.

Romcom British style, the writing was a mixture of good and bad dialogue but worth a read lounging on the beach.
