He lectures on Alternative Religions and Cults, Secret Societies, Terrorism and Crime, "Banned Books," Intellectual History, and other subjects. According to Mirabello, "Never believe anything until it has been officially denied."
Mirabello, who is a professor of history at Shawnee State University in the USA, has served as a Visiting Professor of History at Nizhny Novgorod University in Russia.

This book was very much in-line with my views on Spirituality and Gods/Deities in general. It expanded my knowledge on the Norse Pantheon and taught me a few new things about Gods I'd known of for many years (e.g. - Thor also represents "Generosity"). Based on my experience with this book I look forward to reading more on the topic and expanding my knowledge even further. I only wish this book contained more information and was longer, it only took me a couple of hours to read!
I read the book, and many 'historical' facts in this book are unverifiable. Too many aspects of the faith are incorrect. For people interested in the Heathen faith, look for books by established heathen writers that are based on the actual faith.
