I got this book thinking it would have more recipes for natural skin care, so I was a little disappointed that there was only one chapter related to that particular use of coconut oil. This book has a lot of information packed into it, so don't let it's lenght fool you. The recipes towards the end of the book sound delicious and I'm sure I'll be trying a few of them.

Read this book as my first step in learning how coconut oil has so many beneficial benefits to your health. Currently I use it to cleanse my face twice daily and can't believe the difference in my skin. Soft, smooth no more blemishes. It really does work. Now on to adding more essential oils to this carrier oil for even better results.

The theory is good but they did not talk about quantities needed for health. This looks like only part 1
