I was happy. I had my girls, my parents, friends, even my store and thanks to the Silver Shadows, I had my former best friend back, even though he was a lying asshole. Life was good. I was perfectly content with my life, just the way it was and I sure as hell didn’t want the smoking hot author who I thought about having ten different ways within the first minute of meeting her. Nope. I didn’t want her. I was happy, damn it!
I wanted the dream. A home, husband, and kids. After leaving everything in my past behind to pursue my dream of writing, my travels landed me in Diamond Creek, Nebraska, a small town where everyone knew everyone and everything. Ask Trudy, she will tell you! The town was exactly what I was looking for. A writer’s paradise with gossipy townsfolk, a bit of mystery and some drool worthy hunky bikers! It was perfect! That was until I met the ornery Bookstore Owner and his adorable two girls.
Welcome back to Diamond Creek, where the town’s broody Bookstore Owner is about to become the leading man in a story of his own making. Throw in some nosey good-hearted friends, a long-lost sibling and some past family drama and, well… it’s bound to be a best seller!
Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 Trope: single dad, MC Angst: 😱😱1/2 Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥
Another great addition to what's becoming a fabulous series by new author Ann Silver. Great storyline with tons of action and a couple of good twists to keep you hooked. The chemistry between these two were fantastic. Super excited to see what's to come!
Ellie was running from her family. Trying to find the brother that left her to deal with the crazy parents that they had.
Along the way she found Diamond Creek and Ryder. While Ellie had her issues, Ryder has problems of learning to love again. Both found love within each other but neither knew how how to obtain it.
Trouble comes and it forces them together faster then what they were expecting. Now to fend off the danger that comes to Ellie.
I loved this book and they way that the plot plays out. I can't wait to start the next book in this series.
Ryder………we’ve met him and his sweet little girls Chrissy and Tabby in the previous books, he runs the local bookshop and as we read in book 2 he will be having the romance author Rayne Perry hosting a book signing and he likes what he sees 😜😜😜 not that he’ll EVER go there 😂
Ellie, romance author under Rayne Perry, has had a tough beginning in life, one of her brothers ran away from home and hasn’t heard from him in years, and as a result, couldn’t wait to get out from under her parents roof
When Ellie comes across a little town with a little bookshop, she instantly feels this could be her forever home……….but a few run ins with Ryder, his youngest daughter clinging to Ellie like she’s the most important person in the world and finding someone that she never thought she’d see ever again……..well this just gets more interesting as the book unravels and it has a lot of 🥵🥵🥵 another fantastic read!! And I still love Jingles 😜😜😜
The club isn’t a bunch of hardcore bikers, the women in the book wear the pants. Even Ellie who barely even knows this man but treats his children like they came from her the moment she meets them. He walks into his store and sees essentially a stranger (they’ve known each other for a month or so but don’t even know anything about one another) holding his daughter. He yells at his daughter when she won’t let go of Ellie. Ellie then responds like the children are hers. This author is not one for me at all. Too fictional.
“You want to be pissed at me? Fine, be pissed. Don’t you dare take your anger out on her!” I growled, pointing at Tabby. “She did nothing wrong. It says a lot about a man who can’t control himself and takes his anger out on an innocent child.”
I did not see the many plot twists in this book coming.
Ryder isn’t even in the MC club but is an honorary member because of his relationship with many of the members. He’s a single dad who owns the bookstore in town. All around great guy.
In comes Ellie who is an author and asked to have a signing at his store. All the Old Lady’s of the club see the instant connection but Ryder refuses to even humor the idea.
There was a night at the bar… then he gets shot and then puts his foot so far in his mouth, the groveling to get back on Ellie’s good side is 10/10.
And then a brother being an actual brother? Whaat!
I could not put this book down. So good!

Ryder is absolutely fantastic! I have patiently waited for his story and it's so worth it. Him and Ellie are complete perfection together! It took him a minute to get his head out of his rear but once he did, 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Chrissy and Tabby are the cutest little girls and Ellie's just what they need. The little surprises, twists and turns thrown in pull readers even further in. And her friend Jessie, I really like her character. She's a little spitfire and hopefully she hangs around to keep everyone straight. I'm excited to see what's next for the Silver Shadows.
Oh Ryder! You did not disappoint. Following their journey as Ryder falls for Ellie, but doesn't want to let himself go there. After one drunken night, it takes a while for him to pull his head out of his a$$, and an awful lot of groveling, but these two finally find their way. Along with two of the most adorable little girls ever, they form a loving family. And now that he has finally accepted his cut, they are a wonderful addition to the Silver Shadows MC. A story of second chance love and found family. Buckle up and enjoy the ride!
I really enjoyed this book. Ryder is such a sweetheart. He's been through a lot and no longer trusts women, until Ellie comes into the picture. Ellie has been trying to make a life of her own outside of her overbearing family. She ends up in a small town for a book signing and ends up falling for the handsome bookstore owner. These two are perfect for each other. Ellie teaches Ryder how to love again and Ryder shows Ellie that there really are wonderful men in the real world. Also I absolutely adore Ryder's girls! I can't wait to see what comes next for the MC!
I've been holding my breath for Ryder's story since the beginning of this series, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! He's a bookstore owner, a motorcycle-riding dad, with two of the sweetest angels, and the ultimate book boyfriend. I mean, what's not to love? Ellie, the romance writer, steals his heart, and I was hooked. I laughed, I cried, and I cheered for a happy ending. This series is pure magic and highly recommend reading if you love sexy as sin bikers that bring on the heat in the bedroom as well 🔥🔥
This is the third book in this phenomenal series and this is Ryder and Ellie's story. This is a well written story has is easy to read, and action packed, with family, friendships, emotions, loyalty, heartbreak, tension, secrets, twists and turns, humour, witty banter, challenges, undeniable chemistry, and unconditional love which all leads to an entertaining, and captivating page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
Another excellent addition to the Silver Shadows MC series. I absolutely loved Ryder and Ellie’s story ❤️❤️❤️ Of course Trouble looms, it seems one problem is solved then another crops up making for an exciting, thrilling read. There’s a couple of mysteries to unravel so I cannot wait for the next book. A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤
Ryder runs the local book store and is a single dad to Tabby and Chris's, when he hosts a romance authors signing and meets author Ellie, sparks ignite. Ellie didn't have an easy life when her brother upt and left, she was counting the day till she could leave her parents, butbwill this small town start to feel like a new home, even with some old faces. Well written engaging steamy, desires, single dad, twists and more! Great addition to the series
Ellie is on the run and uses the identity of her pen name Rayne Perry. She arrives in Diamond Creek and is going to do a book signing event in Ryders bookstore.
Ryder is a single dad with sole custody of his two adorable little girls, he is attracted to Ellie but refuses to ever get involved in a relationship again. Ever.
A fast paced, gripping page turner: drama, action, danger, secrets and revelations. I can’t wait for more of Silver Shadows MC
Love this book. It was Awesome. I couldn't put it down. Hot MC guys, author, secret identity, looking for brother, single dad, action, rich mom and dad, familia wants her to marry someone she doesn't want to, ranaway, author, book signing, hot chemistry, entertaining, unpredictable, he thinks she had a boyfriend, bookboy, twist and turns and so much more. Definitely, Can't Wait, for the next book. Found me a new author.
Ann Silver just knows how to suck you into the story. Love the characters and chemistry between them. The story is well written and I couldn't read it fast enough. Can't wait for the rest of the men.
I am obsessed with this series. Ryder and Ellie's story couldn't be anymore perfect! I love seeing the innocent people get justice, with help from the MC, of course. I can't wait to find out who this mystery woman is. Also can we please get King and Grae's story?
And the story continues. Just a great series. Can't wait to start the next book in the series. If you have started reading this series yet you need to check it out.
Omg I am in love with this series and I need more to read please tell me there is going to be more I’m so hooked on the story line for all of them and I don’t ever wanna stop reading. Such a talent author
All my questions about Ryder were answered and I am not unhappy about any of it. Ellie is so perfect for him and the girls that it warms my heart. Can't wait to see what's next. Just read it!
Ryder was one of the 4 musketeers with Micah/Blade, Beck and Rach, he took over his dad’s bookshop, married his high school girlfriend ( who left him and her daughters behind) and dotes on his little girls. He hangs out with the silver shadows with Rach who he has siblings like relationship with that her old man, Cash hates. It makes sense both only children and half of their tight friendship group had gone. He is just the nicest guy. When a author comes in the shop asking if he’d let her host a book signing he is reluctant but after Sammy gets all giddy fan girling over the author and promises to do all the work he relents. He had no idea it was the first day of the rest of his life but he’s helpless to fight it once his girls Chrissie and Tabby decide that Ellie is the one for them.
