*** Stinger ~ Mia Sheridan ****** 4.0 STARS

I bought this anthology for basically 2 of the stories. Stinger was one of those stories, so I started with it. Never mind that there is no table of contents so you can't just get to the book you want. I Had to scroll through the entire book to find the one I wanted to read first. For those that care, Stinger is in the VERY back. Approximately 75-80% on a Kindle.

Anyway, back to Stinger. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED Archer's Voice and so I wanted to read Stinger in the worst way. However, I am cheap and don't buy books until there are at a DEEPLY discounted price. (I'm an asshat, I know). But this anthology brought be Stinger for basically 99 cents, so I jumped at the chance.

This was a GOOD read. A really good read. It wasn't quite as soul capturing as Archers' story, but it wasn't far off either. I LOVED Carson & Grace and their journey. Ms. Sheridan is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I wish I could say I am on to read Leo, but I haven't bought him yet! :(

So, On to Therapy I go.

Crap, this isn't the "Therapy" that I thought it was... Oh well, off to read it anyway!

Whoa!!! That was some crazy, heart-breaking shit right there!! Damn. So, so glad I started reading this book even though it wasn't the book I thought it was!

This book was deep, crazy, and VERY hard to read at some points. But that's what we want from books right? An escape into an unknown, unimaginable world!? This book was all of that.

Poor Jace, He just broke my heart, I wanted to squeeze him soo many times. Kingsley, wow you are a man's man and I love you! Jessica, I wanted to smack the shit out of you and make you stand up for YOU so many times.


Wow! Read this book people! Amazing!!!

Holy cliff-hanger! What was the crap was that!?

This was a pretty good book. I admit, I skimmed parts Bc I was bored, but just before the accident and after, it got pretty good.

Basic story of "plain girl" and hot player guy. There is a misunderstanding, leading to an accident and a horrible break-up.

I cant say anymore Bc I don't want to give the cliffy away, but How did Aubrey NOT know. Weird.

Anyway, I give it 3 stars.

I really liked this book! It was crass, funny & real. I can't believe all the crappy ratings.... Yea, the religious portions were a lil weird, but who cares. I hate when people say they hate a story bc it has cheating, age differences or whatever. IT'S. A. STORY. It's supposed to push limits and TELL YOU a story that wants to be told. If every story was all hearts & flowers the reading life would SUCK!!! Just because you READ about a tough topic doesn't mean you do it and just Bc an author WRITES about hard topics doesn't mean they like it NOR condone it. Rates books on the emotion & depth within the story. Not by how your own personal morals and values TELL you to rate it!!!

ok off my soap box. I really, really enjoyed this story. David was hot and totally swoon worthy. But Toni was my favorite. Yes, she had flaws, but for ONCE I got to read about a heroine that kicked ass & took names! Litterally!!! LOVED her! I laughed out loud, I cried, and got caught smiling like a goon by my husband while reading Toni & David's story.

4 stars!!!

I didn't finish the rest of the stories in this anthology.... I just couldn't get into them. So, I am rating this entire thing as a 3, but the above stories I actually rated were AH-MAZING!!!! MUST READS!

Amazing love story

Mila has a way of taking her Characters to another level. Stinger is an wonderful story about two lost souls finding their own truths and accepting acceptance and love from someone they never thought they would mesh with.

I had tears in my eyes and the friendship and love between Stinger and his "Buttercup" leaves you laughing crying and swooning. Another 5 star high from Miami.

Stinger was my favorite, but the entire book was awesome its a very good deal even if you have read some of the books already.
