Genevieve Beaufont just never knew she’d decide the fate of the planet.
Somethings are better left as a secret until the very end.
Mother Nature and Father Time never promised a happy ending. They only positioned the human race to give them the best possible chances. The fate of the world is no longer in their hands.
Can Gen win the deadliest war and save magic and its people?
Or will the greed and pride of man destroy the world?

This final book was, simply put EPIC! We have followed the Beaufonts on their incredible adventures but this final series where we met the founder of magic Gen, I think this may be my favourite series of all. We have met some incredible characters, been on incredible journeys, experienced emotion like no other and this final book well, it had me laughing out loud, it made me gasp and scream in frustration and it made me cry like a baby. The final battle is upon us and so many come together to fight for equality and for each other and yes lives were lost but so many were saved and this had me clinging to the edge of my seat as it became Gen versus Haro in the final showdown. Family, friendship, good times and bad, Mother Nature and Father Time really outdid themselves this time and although I am very sad to see it come to an end, I absolutely loved how these authors bought everything together to give us closure and answers to our many questions. It’s been one hell of a ride and an honour to be alongside this fighting family, to feel the love and the friendships. Familia Est Sempiternum!
A fitting end to Gen's story and the Beaufont saga
I, and a lot of other people, have become totally invested in the Beaufont family. The showed us not only how to fight for what's right, but how to do it with class and humor. They showed us how to love and support each other unconditionally. They showed us that the craziest people make the best allies and friends. They have the best unconventional companions who make us laugh at the most inappropriate times. This book is the culmination of everything that it means to be a Beaufont, to rise above evil and beat it.
As for Mama and Papa ... It's a big universe out there.
It’s the final battle. Haro Takahaski has his army and allies ready to take down Roya Lane, expose the founders, take the title of Ruler over Magic for himself and reorder the world to his plan. Gen Beaufont must defend magic and all she’s worked for her life. Haro has a few tricks up his sleeve. Gen has the back-up to handle it, but she needs to solve a mystery, learn a spell and handle a bunch of crazy stuff. Then there’s the final one-on-one battle with Haro.
Question: Everyone’s future is accounted for at the end, but what happens to Subner?
Fave scenes: pandas & Koala bears, moving the library, the Grandfather garden and the four fronts holding.
I will miss this “Earth” of social justice, love connections, personal growth and close family ties along with the diverse cultures and races of mythical beings and magical folk. It’s been a ride through the various series and the great stories that beautifully unfolded amongst the Beaufont family members. Highly entertaining! Well written! These books have kept me company for several years as the author kept writing them. I love every one! The humor of Lunus the big blue companion dragon and Elvis the little red Chinese dragon chimera brought a lot to these enthralling tales of good vs greed/power/struggles. Thank you Sarah and Michael !!
The Beaumont series was the best read my wife and I have enjoyed. There was comedy, fighting, sorrow intrigue. This series had it all. I read to my wife because she enjoys how I get into the characters and have fun. The other enjoyable part of this entire series was no foul language was used. Thank you for presenting to everyone a wonderful series of books. Sincerely, Michael and Susan.
Well, many late nights, then weeks of waiting for the next book to be released through 7 years of the Beaufont saga, and now the tale is told. Satisfying, thorough and yet, I’m not really ready for it to be over. Thank you Sarah! Thank you Michael! Always loved the author’s notes too. Now I have to discover a new series to begin! (Now where IS that list of Sarah’s other works?) Sigh..
I read or more listen to all 78 books in this series. I laughed cried and grew in my heart and soul. These book are about the world and family. What I always known in my life and taught my children . family and the love we have is never ending . These books hold that in word and the authors soul. Read these books and be drawn into the Beau font world .. What I did like was saying goodbye to this series. I cried at the end .
Enjoyed this whole series of Gen books so full of fairy creatures and giants with an encounter with magic technology , great appreciation for good Mexican tacos . Lots of dragons of different types and colors. Traveled over the world in search of mystic truth and saved the world from EVIL. Along the way we met the whole family and friends of the Braufonts from founding on the 15thcentury to the present time
I was looking forward and dreading reading this last Beaufont book. I did not want it to end because I have enjoyed reading these books since the beginning. Sarah made me laugh and cry and I believe we are friends now. I won the Rose and Elvis mug! You can not go wrong reading all the Beaufont series!
Fantastic characters. Beautifully written . The adventures and side adventures keep the reader fascinated and though you know everything will work out fine in the end you often cant see how. I love Sarah and Michael as authors and their fast moving adventures with feel good running through them keep me buying their stories. When’s the next one?
Happy and sad but actual tears! Hated to see this series end but happy with the result of all the Beaufonts! Hopefully the author may bring back Mama Jamba and Papa Creole once again!
An amazing end to an amazing series. I’m sad to say goodbye to the Beaufont family, but all stories must end. These characters are like old friends at this point, but I know they’ve had a wonderful journey.
They.have all.been wonderful. The adventure always keeps you unable to put it down. This was the.perfect ending. It couldn't have been any better. The characters are all enchanting in their different ways! I thank the authors Gor their dedication.
It was an amazing conclusion to the story of Gen Beaufont. Hopefully we'll get more from the Beaufont family. Would like to see how William Jr's life turns out. I think there's more Beaufont stories to come. Thanks Sarah you are magical.
I have read all of the Beaufont series and have to say they are all wonderful. The characters all have their own quirks, and there is always laughs and adventure in every book. I'm sad that that the series are ending, but cannot wait to see what books are up next.
78 books over six series wow I have been so invested with this wonderfully, amazing story that I have forgotten how many hours of reading it took. It's been a wonderful journey one I have recommended to my of my friends.
A beautiful ending to the era of Beaufonts. There’s so much wisdom imparted in this epic finale. Thank you Sarah for the laughs and tears that carried us through so many years.
Thank you for answering the questions about what happens after all the excitement is over. Thank you for a wonderful story. I enjoyed it all very much.
A great big Thank You to Sarah and Michael for giving us such a wonderful ride. I`ve read the whole saga of the Beaufont family and their friends and what a ride it has been. we have seen them grow and get new lives and adventures. Mamma and Poppa Time were brilliant characters along with Subner, King Rupert and all the others to many to mention. This last book wound everything up beautifully ( except Subner) I hope it all ended well for him even though he was a grump! I feel a little lost now but am living in hopes that another saga of equal excellence is in the pipeline, thanks Again.
