Grieving for Luc, Natalie Pierce is forced by fate to once more come to the rescue of the human race. Her new aquatic adversaries are far more dangerous than anything she has ever encountered before and she needs all the assistance she can find to take them down.
Nat must take steps she never thought were possible to combat the rising menace. Her conscience is torn between her personal morals and her role as Mortis. Her job is to safeguard the humans, but at what cost to herself?
I began reading horror and paranormal books when most girls my age were still reading fairy stories. I always dreamed that one day I would be able to write stories that readers could become lost in.
The Mortis, Shifter Squad, Hellscourge and Fate's Warriors series are connected, but can be read as stand alone series. The overarching theme about Fate's chosen champions will come to an end with my fifth series; Loki's Exile.
My sixth series, Hunter Elite, begins a new saga with the seventh series, Half Fae Hunter, as a spin off.

Well I thought those little buggers were one of the good guys. And why were they able to communicate with her when they were on Viltar (is that the correct name) but she couldn't communicate with them once they were on earth. And how the hell did they manage to stow away on that damn ship?!
At least she finally found a government offical that likes her, she even got a red suit out of it?! But will it last, we know that humans are a fickle bunch.
Happy that Luc is okay, but had a feeling he was going to come back after gaining those wicked powers on the alien planet. Fate would have to really be an evil bitch to let her really live without a man.
This is I believe the next to the last book in the series. Natalie has been told by Fate that if they could help the human race to survive one more catastrophe she will be allowed to live peacefully.
