This is not an easy read . Concepts presented are totally "revolutionary" to conventional thinking. This is humanistic psychology in a marxist format which will put off some . Newman ,as with Marx, raises some valid issues and perhaps some over the top as well . Worth the read for anyone in the mental health profession .
