Annnnd... once again I just plain adore an Olympus, Inc book. This one's a sapphic (both MCs are bi) romantic suspense. It's set in an island festival, with the romance being between a single-mum burlesque performer and a fallen-from-grace influencer/photographer. To make things even more complicated, the MCs' exes are both there.

It's body positive and sex work positive and fun. Also, there are murders.

Extra kudos to Healey for writing an X book to finish off my A to Z reading challenge for 2025!

Fabulous finish to the latest trilogy.

I had not previously really thought about how much a thriller could function like a burlesque tease, but combining it with a romance and the burlesque trappings was _delightful_. I adored that Cressida's act was also a murder (execution, whatever 😄). Just beautifully done.

Disappointing end to a good series, first 3 feel very different to last 3 books, so far fetched, also about 20% longer than it needed to be

Delightful book. I'm rather sad that the Olympian series is over, though I suppose I can (and probably should) re-read.
