He’s a Grinch. She loves the holiday season. And the sparks when they meet could light up a Christmas tree…
Holly Kerrigan was born to love Christmas and has agreed to return to her small hometown to spend her birthday and favorite holiday with her sister’s new family. She expected a quiet visit, lots of cuddles with her new niece, and then to return to her normal busy life. The last thing she was expecting was Liam Dorsey.
Liam came to Windsor Peak to support one of his best friends at a difficult time in her life. Used to a life of luxury and women throwing themselves at him, he is caught off guard by a woman who expects more from him than usual. His views on Christmas are put to the test as he undergoes Holly’s holiday training, and he finds himself changing in ways he never expected.
Will mistletoe and the charm of Windsor Peak cause Holly and Liam to put their differences aside and accept the gift of love this year? Join your favorite Windsor Peak family in this celebration of the holiday and see how the magic of the season can change even the most reclusive hearts.
Denise Latham writes heartwarming novels that readers find difficult to put down and that pull on the heartstrings. Her writing of dialogue makes readers feel they are a part of the conversation and helps readers fall in love with the characters. With stories that both tell an important story and also have a hint of romance, her books appeal to readers of multiple genres.
As an Army wife (Ret.), Denise pulled on her own personal experiences to tackle the subject of PTSD and the difficulty soldiers can face when coming home from war and attempting to fit back into the life they left. Coming Home balances that difficult subject with a romance and the lighthearted, fun banter that will draw you in.
Denise lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts with her husband Tom, two sons Camden and Calum, and two dogs.
As an avid reader, Denise loves books that make her laugh, or fall in love with the characters - and hopes that's what you'll do with her books!
This is anovella between books 4 and 5 of the delightful small-town romance series by Denise Latham. Set in Windsor Peak, Vermont; each book is about 2 people and their road to romance.
This book centres around Holly, Shea's sister, who is visiting for the holidays and Liam, Patrick's co-star in a successful movie franchise. Holly thinks Liam is a self centered person who doesn't care about anyone, something which isn't true. They find themselves in the same small town, thrown together as Holly's sister is married to Patrick's brother, so they see a lot of each other. Can Holly see past her initial thoughts?
I absolutely love these books, and once I've started them, I can't seem to put them down. Each book is a standalone story, and they're best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and wider storyline.
I cannot wait to read book 6 in the series, back to full a length story about Nat; Patrick, and Liam's other co- star and Mike, a trainer who lives and works in the town.
If you like books by Debbie Macomber and Sherryl Woods, you'll love these books.
I fall more and more in love with the town of Windsor Peak and these lovely characters with each book!!! Denise knows how to craft a heart warming story that truly makes you feel a part of the town and a friend of the characters. Each book gets better and better and I want more and more books on the adventures of these characters and all the new ones to come. I already can't wait for the next book!!!
If you love holiday cheer, family warmth, and a love story that’ll leave you smiling long after the tree comes down, this one is for you! ❤️💌
He’s a total Grinch. She’s Miss Christmas. Holiday Home brings opposites-attract magic to life in the most charming way! Holly and Liam light up the page with witty banter, slow-burn chemistry, and heart-melting moments in the cozy town of Windsor Peak.🌲✨
This novella is pure joy and can be read anytime of the year - don’t miss it!📚
What a great Christmas novella. I loved Liam and Holly, and I loved the total Christmas overload. There was no way Liam could stay all Grinch like with that much glitter and festive cheer.
It was great to explore Liam’s character a bit more having only really met his Hollywood ego before. He’s really just a sweetie pie. His heart is as big as Patrick’s and I loved how he helped the town and declared his love to Holly.
A fantastic addition to the series and a great Christmas read.
Perfect holiday romance! I could picture this as a Hallmark movie, it was so cute. These characters were both relatively new to Windsor Peak, and I loved getting to know them. Even though it's holiday, I'd say to still read in the order of the series, even if it's not December - the storylines are so intertwined, reading in order is best.
This was like a hallmark show, boy meets girl and they fall in love.. I love the characters , friends and what a fantastic community that helps show kindness, giving, and a helping hand. I hope you enjoy this series as much as I have. I highly recommend it. Enjoy
