Daft's Leadership is a superb textbook. The book is well-written, easy-to-read, and the author uses great examples to reinforce the concepts and theories in the textbook. The examples are interesting and incorporate recent events. Several of my classmates purchased the international edition of this textbook. ***Do not purchase the international edition of this textbook for use in the U.S.****. The books are different (missing pages and exercises), and my classmates ended up spending additional money they wouldn't have had to if they purchased the correct edition to begin with.
