Abby and Quinn are alive. Still reeling from battle, they must learn to navigate this new world and prepare for a much bigger war. They've witnessed Lunalissa's Chosen's power--and he's only getting stronger. Unless they can stop him, he will plunge the world into darkness and bring forth a new age of destruction.
Many have lost their lives already and Jade is not far behind. Will he survive the effects of his fire-blood or will he awaken as a much more dangerous monster than he already believed himself to be?
Bound by Roses is the third book in the Ash and Roses fantasy romance series.
N.B. Snook is a Canadian author who prefers to spend her days sipping mocha lattes by the lakeshore and working on her latest novel. She’s a lover of cats, dinosaurs, and massive portions of spaghetti. Thunderstorms excite her, true crime fascinates her, and oranges are her enemy.
I just fall more and more in love with this series.
There were many more twists, steamy scenes and epic battles and as Noel predicted, we needed tissues. Do I ever listen? No, I just read through blurry eyes.
I cannot wait for the next installment. No seriously I cannot wait. It needed to be written yesterday.
3.5 stars. Well, that was crazy. It was very, very slow at first, especially for the third book in a series. I also found the lovey dovey dialogue between Quinn and Abby to be a bit repetitive, and I'm lowkey tired of it. like, yes, we get it. A lot of spicy scenes were unnecessary. It felt like filler scenes because of the lack of tension beforehand. It felt like, "Well, we got nothing else to do, so let's have sex." I really wish the next couple of books are a bit more fast-paced, with more politics, tension, and a bit less emphasis on the spice. I overall enjoyed reading this series so far, and i hope the next books are better.

Okayyy, this is my 3rd ARC for N.B. Snook and I once again really enjoyed the opportunity! Of course, I had to start over from book 1 again since I have awful memory, but they’re great books so I won’t mind continuing this tradition with each new book that is released in the series. I messaged the author to whine that I was dreading the end, she did that well with building up to what I was sure would be a terribly sad ending! 🤣 She asked me to trust her not to break my heart beyond repair and she was true to her word. As I had feared, the ending had a small sad element, but it also had a few “wait, what?!” moments that leave me eagerly awaiting the next book in the series. This is a really good series full of likable characters, dragons, magic, and lore - all of the things I love. I can’t wait for the next one to release!
Quinn is left with questions when he discovers some new information about his mother's family in Marein. To find answers, he and Abby travel to a cave that holds the history of his family. They make a shocking discovery. This leaves them with more questions, so they are sent to visit the Spider. For a price, she gives Abby and Quinn the answers they seek. Now they must prepare the people of Marein for battle and save the people of Lunae. Void's power grows stronger every day. They must hurry to stop this evil.
Omg. I have loved the series from the start. This book put me through it. I enjoyed the new characters, all the twists and turns and the mystery oh what will happen next. I have so many questions. Abby has turned into a strong woman and I love her and Quinn’s love story. That twist…Jade has officially pissed me off. Goodness needs to prevail in the end and everything set right!
Story felt like it was being dragged out unnecessarily. It felt like the characters personalities changed to fit the plot. Currently not wanting to keep reading this series and don't want it to take two more books to resolve things.
Diving right back into the world of Abby and Quinn. You think you know what's going to happen, but no you do not!I I absolutely love this world and all of the new aspects as well. The cliffhanger at the end though... Always with the cliff hangers 🥺 And the spice was definitely spicy!! 🥵
This might be my favorite so far in the series! It was a mix of twists, action, and answers! I had a hard time putting it down. I read this over the Christmas break in a matter of days when I really didn’t have the time to be reading.
Loving this series…. But sooooo mad!!! I was so excited for this book to come out thinking it would conclude and she leaves us on a cliffhanger?? But sooooo good!

Much better than the second book! Moved very quickly and so many twists and turns! Abby and Quinn have to find their way back to each other and I think her mom will help him do just that.

Maaaan that cliffhanger is going to kill me. Totally worth it, and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book with Jade, Abby, Quinn, and everyone else in the book!
Also.. Why is it so hard to write a review without spoilers? 😂
Bound by Roses is the third installment of the Ash and Roses series. And all I can say—you better buckle up. NB takes you on a maze of twists and turns while Abby, Quinn, and Jade navigate new waters both literally in Marein and amongst themselves.
I had such a blast reading this book trying to figure out what Imelda and Void were up to and how Abby, Quinn, and Jade were going to defeat her. Once again NB had some great world building as we explored Marein and the lands around it. The plot is much more intricate than you’ll ever imagine, and it’s so well thought out! I do wish that a few scenes had been a little more clear about how characters deduced some thoughts because at times their line of thought was unclear. But overall this was a fantastic novel and I NEED book 4 ASAP after that ending! #ashandroses #romantasy #werewolves #dragons #sirens #prophecies
