Highland Bride

Dear

The noble history of Scotland has always left me breathless--strong, bold men loyally defending the legacy of their fathers, giving up their lives for the land. In HIGHLAND BRIDE, Janet Bieber creates a charming tale of two spirited people who love as fiercely as they fight. It's a delightful romance by an author whose dazzling career is just beginning. . . .

As proud as any of the Highland barons, the new chieftain of the MacKendricks is the equal of friend and foe alike--with one exception. She is a woman. Flame-haired and glorious, Madlin mourns the father and brothers who died by the sword of the clan Fraser. She will retaliate and bring peace the way brave warriors have done for centuries--by kidnapping and wedding the enemy.

Sir Ewan, knight of England, is the unforgiving pawn in Madlin's daring plot to forge a clan alliance. But as Madlin faces her new husband, feels the burning rage of this dangerously handsome man she has boldly captured and thrust before a priest, she fears it is she who is at his mercy. For once Ewan lays siege to her body and soul, he will possess the woman who dared make him her prisoner.

Enjoy HIGHLAND BRIDE!

Sincerely,
