Informative read. I have read a number of the author's books - her style of writing is the draw. She uses an easy to read manner and guides the reader through an overview of the diagnosis, she highlights research and provides explanations in clear simple words that doesn't patronise and then goes into more detail on how to work through difficulties . She suggests ways of making changes that are manageable and that attaining dreams are possible. A great read particularly if you want to explore the subject and presented in chunks with key takeaways. She also presents the information in chunks so you can dip in and dip out. RECOMMENDED.

Eye opening

I've read through the book once and am preparing to read it again with pen and notebook in hand. This book explains so much.
