Good read for someone looking for some information on improving their health and quality of life.
That said, it does rely on some outdated info especially on nutrition topics such as red meat, saturated fats, and cholesterol. I also believe there could have been more page real estate covering how avoiding seed oils and poisons largely present in the food supply will improve metabolic health.
Overall, follow the advice within the book and you will live a long, healthy life.
Pretty common knowledge with a lot of author’s own personal usage. I found it a little boring and almost like he was trying to sell me on his own supplements. Consistently felt there was a sales pitch to his own ventures within a book focused on helping readers live longer.
