A good girl shouldn’t blackmail her brother’s best friend into being her fake boyfriend.

Rule #1 of losing your v-card? Don't let your brother's best friend catch you trying.

Rule #2? Definitely don't blackmail the team's notorious enforcer into being your fake boyfriend.

Knox Thompson agrees to destroy my reputation, but there’s a my v-card belongs to him. His rules. His timing. No negotiations.

Now I'm faking it with college hockey's most dangerous player, and god, is he good with those hands.

When it starts to feel real, this bad boy enforcer swears he isn't good enough for me.

Even though I've kept my end of the deal.

Even though every touch makes me fall harder.

The closer we get to crossing that line, the more his secrets threaten to tear us apart.

And now I'm not sure what scares me more—losing my virginity to the enforcer...

Or watching him walk away with my heart.

Pucking Knox is a brother’s best friend fake dating hockey romance in the Honey Badger Puckers series. This book can be read as a standalone. It ends with a happy ever after and contains spice. 18+

FMC was highly annoying like good god i wanted to smack her. She just seemed really immature. Knox, bad boy hockey player was an absolute hell yes. The whole “im not trying to change him”, yeah that’s exactly what she was doing after he refused to have sex with her on her terms. Yeah Knox bettered himself in certain ways which was good but i still feel like it wasn’t enough for her. The chasing her and doing things her way after he made a mistake just dragged on waaaaay too much and she wasn’t even sure if she wanted him or not but still led him on. Also calling each other Ms. Walter’s and Mr. Thompson was extremely weird and not cute at all. Like GAG. I liked the enforcer bad boy better and his dirty talk was chefs kiss 💋 The beginning of the story was much better, the blackmail/virginity plot, frenemies to lovers would’ve been sooo much better.

Perfect is a lie

Knox has this unrealistic look on life with Kennedy. He thinks she wants perfect. He can't see that she sees deeper. Lucky for him, she's a deep woman, complex, and sees his hidden value.

He can't see past his past flaws. He can't see the man he's becoming for her, even though it's because of her love.

In one night, he destroyed everything. Hurt, heartbroken, and over the drama, she walks away, perfecting her mask. They're both a mess. Until he finally pulls his head out of his butt and realizes he's lost everything.

Best friend, love of his life, career, all up in smoke. Once you reach rock bottom, you can only rise above.

Recommended. Despite the tears.

Knox & Kennedy

A slow burn, she’s a virgin and he is a player. Nice chemistry between the two. Kennedy is a politicians daughter struggling with her good girl image and wanting to rebel. Knox is the enforcer of the team, getting into fights and needing to improve his image to get into the NHL. Their chemistry is strong throughout, and I liked that this book had several small conflicts instead of one huge one at the end. Cute book
