Midnight Wishes

Determined not to lose her again, Terrell sets out to convince Jade that love can be sweeter the second time around―and together, they can make all of their wishes for the New Year come true…
This book was a page turner, it kept me interested. I didn't like the back and forth, or a grown women playing games, but I guess after a bad heart break, one is scare to let love win, or even know real love.
It was wonderful. The opening was incredibly creative and I thought "how wonderful a way to end it" almost in the same situation yet a happier ending. Jade and Terrell's love was complicated, yet simple, deep but very much so on the surface and I loved that about this love story. It was refreshing to be able to read a novel without the guilt often felt when reading a novel that turns into soft porn. It was written with class. I loved it! Definitely a good read
