I own this book and it is such a great book. It depicts beautiful picture on the cover, and each recipe is an authentic Southern delicacy that takes us back to what plantation life was really like.
I can't say as a Southern cook that I will ever cook from this book, but it is a great read and makes a beautiful item to put with my Scarlett and Rhett dolls in my glass curio!
