why is this on goodr eads dear good ISNT IT ENOUGH THAT THIS BOOK HAS ME WANTING TO KILL MYSELF EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE? DO I HAVE TO SEE IT HERE TO??? also such an old cover wtf we are on the 8th edition now
An excellent Anatomy text geared to those who have never tackled the subject before. The book has great scope as well as depth of knowledge and I think (as it was for my course of study) it should be an essential text.
I loved the summarizations at the end of each section boiling down WHAT REALLY MATTERS - because let's face it. There are just too many darn parts in the human body for us to remember all the components, relations to other components, nerve, venous and arterial supplies for, LOL.
Get this book. You won't be disappointed. It is authored especially with a clinician's perspective.
Had a mental breakdown at half price books today and I opened up this bad boy and read the section on veins (bc I’m on vascular surgery rn) and felt instantly better 💯 so I’ll give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 🩷
I’m not technically reading this textbook, but so far (over 400 pages in) I think it’s quite good. It cuts out most of the unnecessary explanations and gets straight to the core information. That said, I don’t think I’ll rely on it as much in the second half of the semester, because at times it feels a bit too concise and leaves out details that I find important, not just the “extra” material. I know this sounds really confusing, because it’s also confusing me. I think it has to do more with my anatomy professor too.
Anywho, It’s really hard to find a good anatomy textbook to follow 🥲
This is a book I pull regularly to show patients the relevant anatomy and talk about their disease process. It would be a useful book for any family with family members with significant ongoing illness who wanted to be able to better understand what is going on with their illness or body.
Tuvalette okuyorum zaten. 250 deyim şu an. "sargı bezlerine, appendixlere"
Walopun SAYA GAK PUNYA buku ini, tapi pernah baca (pinjam totin). Well, bukunya sih oke, kalo baca dan INGAT pasti nilai tentamen bakal bagus. Sayangnya nilai saya selalu "mepet". Hahaa
